I celebrated my 50th birthday in Kauai at Pu'u Po'a Condo #3134 during the 2nd week of November '08. It was a dream of mine for the past 10 yrs to do so and I was so blessed to have had it come true. I enjoyed everyday there, even during a few of the rainy days. The condo was a home away from home with everything that you needed at your finger tip. I never felt I had to be doing anything special other than what I was doing at any given time just being there, sitting on the lanais admiring the magnificient views, cooking on the grill, taking a walk around the neighboring condos/golf courses, viewing the mountains/walking down to the ocean and getting a view of a huge tortoise, driving down to Hanalei for shopping or eating out, or watching the surfer dudes do their thing. :o) I will never be able to say "thank you" enough to the owners for their blessing of making it the best birthday I've had in my 50 yrs of living. I will forever highly recommend to anyone the advice of "you will enjoy staying at Pu'u Po'a 3134 without a doubt".

March 2, 2009 Recently my wife and I spent a glorious month in Paradise, but unfortunately had to leave too soon (sob, sob). What especially made the vacation exceptional was unit #406 at Pu’u Poa. The condo is more delightful than the web site photos exhibit. You won’t be disappointed. The web site doesn’t pay justice to the tremendous panoramic views (three sides) of the azure Pacific Ocean. Everything is “spic & span”, showing as an almost brand new unit. The upholstery is bright and looking brand new. Everything from Martha Stewart pans, beach chairs, snorkel stuff, beach container for cold drinks and sandwiches, to a coffee bean grinder is there. You won’t need a thing. We also enjoyed cooking fresh fish on the lanai gas grill in the evenings. The Weber grille is new, clean, and easy to use. At night you’ll fall asleep the roaring waves of the Pacific, which are right under the unit. And all day long you’ll see surfers and snorkelers from your lanai. The views from the lanai are stunning. It’s like looking at a giant post card all day. In fact, each night many people travel to Pu’u Poa to watch dramatic sunsets over Bali Hai, which you see from your private lanai. Hideaway Beach, down from the condo, is a great place to snorkel. You’ll see numerous brightly colored fish within 3 minutes of entering the water, only 20 yards from shore. And the beach is protected by a reef, so it’s safe. Finally, I hope your trip to Paradise was as pleasurable and memorable as ours. Aloha! John & Marion Rusenko West Chester, Pennsylvania 610 692-7514
