| Had a great time. A wonderful place to relax. The condo was very comfortable, I stayed in both F8 and F2, the ammentites were excellent, well mantained. The onwer was so very helpful and gave great advice on where to eat and places to go. The condo is located in the best place on the island,so easy to get to everything. Plus the rates are very reasonable. I throughly enjoyed my 3 weeks. |

| This is a wonderful and comfortable place to stay - like a home away from home. The location is perfect - close to beach, restaurants, village. We walked every where and enjoyed taking the bikes as well. We really did not want to leave as evidenced by the fact that we altered our scheduled 3 days in Savannah down to 1 day just to stay in St. Simon's longer. It's a long trip for us but so worth it. I hope to spend 2 weeks next year and a whole month the following year. Owners were so easy to work with and very accomodating. |

| Looking forward again to our yearly trip to St. Simons and this great condo. This is our fourth year. This condo has everything we need and more. Clean, close to beach and village. Beds are very comfortable. Owner is extremely accomodating and a great guy. Try it for yourself. You will not be disappointed! |

| Great central location and very comfortable beds. Easy to ride around to all the areas whether by car or bikes. Kitchen had everything we needed. And the pool and ping pong became a favorite thing to do espcially while washing. Wi-fi in both condo and at the pool keeps you connected. Owner is pleasant to deal with, with no problems. We will be back and next year hopefully for two weeks! |

| Although I didn't get a chance to take my trip to St. Simons and stay at this property, I would like to comment on the wonderful cooperation I received from the property owner. First of all, when I decided to stay at this property and notified him, he was very cooperative, pleasant and always had a quick response to any questions I may have had. When I sadly had to notify him that I was not going to be able to make my trip, he upheld his refund policy and returned my deposit in a very timely manner. Hopefully, I will get a chance to visit St. Simons and this property next year. |

The kind comment is much appreciated. We would add that the refund policy is, that we refund 100% of what we can recover by renting to another party for the same dates. So far, we have always had enough notice from cancelling guests to give an 100% refund, but that may not always be possible if no other guest takes the cancelled dates. We simply want to be clear that we do not have a "guaranteed" refund policy, but instead, it depends on getting a substitute guest for the same dates.

| We had a wonderful visit to the island! The condo is VERY clean and newly renovated. There is plenty of sleeping room and all the decor has a relaxed feel. The kitchen is well equipped and feels larger than it appears. The pool has been upgraded and is very nice. Bicycles are provided with this rental, which is a big deal on St. Simon's. It is in a great location, close to everything. The owner made this rental very quick and easy! My family really enjoyed this condo and all its "perks". We will certainly stay here again! |

| Our stay couldn't have been more enjoyable. The townhouse was equipped with EVERYTHING we needed. You know how sometimes you're disappointed when you actually get to a place you've rented? This unit EXCEEDED ALL of our expectations. Perfect location, clean, well maintained grounds, everything in working order (right down to the blender for those all-important margueritas!). The owners were very helpful with info about the area and the rental. We can't wait to come back. It was a perfect vacation spot. |

| This was our first visit to St. Simons. It is truly a spectacular place, with lots to see and do. We enjoyed it all from this condo, which is so conveniently located to everything. The unit is clean, comfortable, easy to live in and has everything needed for a vacation. We will definitely keep this one in our plans for the future. |

| Exactly as promissed, even better. Everything is new or almost new. Can't think of anything the owner has left out. Had a small problem with the internet (funky power on island) and the owner immediately offered a solution, at his expense. You should never have an internet problem again. I would imagine that anyother problem would be resolved as quickly. Don't anticipate any, this is a really nice place, centrally located to everything on St. Simons. We will return. |

| My two children and I decided to spend Christmas at SS, Ga. My husband was deployed to Iraq, so I needed a place where we could feel safe staying alone. This condo was perfect! I slept like a baby every night. The kids didn't want to leave, they loved the condo just as much as the beach. Everything was so close. Starbucks was 5 min away, Wachovia/Wells Fargo, Chick-Fil-A, shopping, beach...it was a perfect location. On Christmas Eve we ordered Dominoes pizza and watched Christmas programs. We went to see "Marley and Me" at the theater on Christmas day and then went back for the last viewing of Bedtime stories wearing our PJ's. It was such a great Christmas! The condo had wireless internet access, so we were even able to see my husband via the web cam! Our first choice for the holidays is to have Dad home, but this was a wonderful distraction! The military is moving us to New Jersey...but I'm sure we will be back here for another visit. The Owners are so so so nice! Why are there not more people like that?! Best Condo at SS!!! |

Our family stayed at the condo for our vacation in Sept. We fished off shore and off the smaller pier at East Beach Causeway. Yep! There really are fish to be caught off that pier!! Just use a sinker and shrimp, drop right off the pier and wait for the pull...
I can't wait to go back! The owners were really great people!! |

| This is one of the best condos on the Island and we really enjoyed our stay! The beach is only a short drive or bike ride away and this condo is also close to the many wonderful restaurants on the Island! The owner couldn't have been nicer to us and he went the extra mile to give us directions around the island and to recommend the best restaurants! We plan to go back again next year since our first visit to St. Simons was such an enjoyable one! |

| We enjoyed riding bikes to the beach, the Village, even to pick up a DVD down by the roundabout. Leave your car in the parking spot! The condo was fully equipped, quiet, and in a great location. We ate 2/3 of our meals at the condo and had access to all of the cooking utensils we needed. Don't miss the shrimp and grits at Barbara Jean's. |

| We love St. Simons and have been many times. We really love the location of this condo...so close to the beach, groceries, village! The complex is small, shaded with gorgeous Spanish moss-laden white oaks....sidewalks throughout. The unit is well appointed for a family to enjoy and feel right at home. We will definitely want to visit again. |

| We were very happy with our recent St. Simon's Island vacation, staying at Condo F-8, Island Townhouse Condominiums. The ease of using the VRBO on line information/reservation process was a pleasant surprise as we had never rented that way before. The written information supplied by the owner, on access, amenities, what to do, where to shop, best restaurants, etc., was very helpful and right on target. It was truly a trouble-free rental process. The bicycles supplied with the condo were delightful to use on the extensive bike trails that lead literally everywhere you may wish to go on the island. The condo itself was roomy, nicely furnished and had lovely, newly tiled kithen and baths. We would recommend this condo to anyone desiring a carefree vacation in a lovely setting. |
