Your condo was wonderful! Cooking Thanksgiving dinner was really easy because it was so well-stocked. We had everything we could possibly need. The weather started warming up nicely by Wednesday, so we spent Thanksgiving day on the beach.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with our family. It was everything you said and so much more. The floor plan is great and worked so well with my kids, 5 and 3. The view of the ocean was awesome and everything was exactly as the pictures showed. The proximity to the beach was a big plus. We spend all day at the beach and pool. The complex was beautifully maintained and very clean. The kitchen had eveything we needed to cook. I think your condo is the best location there, away from the crowds and high rises yet close to everything. I am so glad I found you.

Dear Sherry and Mike,
Our family would like to thank yours for an amazing stay in your beautiful condo. We have been staying at your condo for the past 2 years and intend to return for years to come. We have very particular requirements when it comes to choosing a place to spend our family vacation. Yours fits the bill as follows:
1) It feels like home away from home! We are used to a large home and your place has all the room we need plus some! The bedrooms, family room and kitchen are so roomy! We can spread out and have space to spare.
2) The decorating is beautiful. The furniture, colors, etc are great. It is obvious that money was well spent on an interior decorator. Everything is so clean and orderly.
3) It is convenient to the beach. The walk is comfortable and close. With children...we walk back and forth quite a bit during a days time. It's great not to have to worry about the distance.
4) We have everything we need! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking at home and the kids have their own TV and we do too...with cable!
We can't say enough positive things about your condo. We look forward to returning very soon. Thank you so much for allowing us to share your home away from home.

Thank you, again for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful condo. The location, decor, and (important on Spring Break) noise level were perfect. Being back from the road noise was responsible for a marked improvement in general enjoyment for our stay there. The view from the back patio was great. The three of us had a terrific time. We look forward to a return visit, perhaps this fall.

Dear Sherry and Mike Oxner,
We totally enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condominium the first week of January 2004. I have viewed many condominiums in the Destin Area and your is definitely the most tastefully decorated. Each room had that elegant touch that made you feel you were in a very special place. It is completely funished down to the smallest kitchen convenience.
My husband loved the closeness to the beach where early morning walks could be made. The unobstructed view from your living room out to the ocean was enjoyed throughout the day. The elevator was handy for a visit from a friend who could not manage the steps.
Pavilion Palms is located conveniently to shoppping and great restaurants. We will definitly want to make reservations for a return visit next year.
