| This is a lovely property in a beautiful setting. It's in a quiet location but just a short distance from downtown Palm Springs and all the amenities. It's a good sized, very comfortable property with all the facilities we needed. The best feature, however, was the pool. It was very hot when we stayed (August) and we spent many hours in the water. The owner was also very helpful, assisting us during our visit, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Tropical Paridise. |

WHAT A PERFECT PLACE TO BEGIN OUR HONEYMOON!
After a very hectic planning period, the wedding came off almost perfectly and we sure were in need of some rest and relaxation.
Your home fit our needs PERFECTLY! The pool was enjoyed many times and the house is furnished beautifully. Although I think we could have slept on a rock, the Master Bedroom King Bed was a pleasure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you so much for the opportunity! We recommend to all and my next keystrokes are to check for availability for our 1st Anniversary next April! |

| We just spent a great week at Tropical Paradise--our fourth different place in four years and overall the best. It is a BIG plus to have local owners to get in touch with in the event of a problem and noone could have been better to deal with than Tom. Grapefruit right off the tree, beautiful views of the mountains and mature palms, privacy, homey feel, very nice furnishings including unique art, and friendly hummingbirds--what more can you ask for? We will return for sure. |

| We have stayed at Tropical Paradise two years running. We loved it so much the first time, we returned the year after, and next time we visit Palm Springs we will seek to book again. We found Tom and Larry more than fair renters. My only reservation recommending this place is that it becomes too popular and we can't get booked when we want it! |

| We booked because the house looked good on the website. We were very pleased we did. The house was very clean, Tom, the owner was very helpful. The sun was hot (we hadn't seen the sun for months back home in England) - it was July after all! The peacefulness of the area and views locally were all very acurately described. What topped it off for us was hand-feeding a hummingbird in the garden. Unforgetable! Thanks Tom! |

| The house and the pool area are great. The pool area always has a little shade on it perfect for the summer months. We have been vacationing in Palm Springs for 20 years and wish we had found this house much sooner. The perfect place for total relaxtion.Tom is very accomadating. | This property is clean, quiet, and very relaxing. None of our family wanted to go home. The trees and mountains were beautiful and of course the weather was typical Palm Springs - awesome. Very private back yard and a lovely comfortable home on the inside as well. Can't wait to return and can't figure out whether to tell our friends about it or keep it to ourselves. | Anyone looking for a great 3-bedroom house in South Palm Springs should look no further. Beautifully furnished with firm mattresses, the house also offers all the fun things outdoors, including a sparkling pool and hot tub. Lovely plantings with fruit tress in season. Plenty of privacy and well away from road and airport noise. Best part is booking directly with owners rather than with a no-care agency. Call now for your dates. |

This home is incredible! This is in an extremely quiet neighborhood.We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio by the pool and had dinner on the lit patio at night. Double french doors open to a shangri-la.Hopefully the neighbours have the majestic palm trees lit up at night while you're in the hot tub! The pool mats were a great accessory when the temperature got cookin. A great night sleep was had every night! The location could not be any better for us!
Our holiday was so very special and wonderful for the whole family,Doug deserves most of the credit but your beautiful home could not have added more to the vacation.

| We couldn't have been more pleased with our decision to rent this house in Palm Springs. Everything is as represented and then some. We especially appreciated how quiet the neighborhood is and how convenient to local attractions. We can't imagine staying anywhere else. Finally, you can't beat the value for our family of 5. Did I mention how comfortable the beds were, the ambiance of the fireplace, I could go on... |

| What a fantastic vacation home!Imaculate and beautifully decorated.We spent a week in the beginning of July,and the heat index soared to 130 degrees,but we were cool and happy with the awesome pool (we practically lived in it)and the cool tile floors in the house(the central air condtioning kept the tiles cool).We swam day and night,and I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and using the barbeque.We never wanted to leave.....and are planning to come back ASAP! |

| My husband and I stayed for a month in this lovely hme. It was a true Paradise complete with fresh fruit right off the tree. Everything was immaculate andtastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully implemented and a joy to cook in, although we did go out very often to wonderful, nearby eating places. The owners were so gracious and helpful that we felt as if we never wanted to leave. We will certainly be back. |

| This house is fantastic! We came from the dirty apple for a week of peace and quiet and that is exactly what we got. A very clean and home-like house for us to just get away from the world. The heated pool (a must), is kept super clean and the backyard is wonderfully manicured. We are looking forward to returning this summer for a longer stay. |
