Thanks Kristine! We really enjoyed our stay in your condo this past March/08. The weather was great, nice beach, really good food and nice people. The condo was just what we were looking for.
If we ever go back or have friends looking for a place to stay, we'll definitely keep you in mind.

We had a fantastic 7 weeks in your condo....The view from balcony was great. While sipping a margarita in the early evening we would watch the cruise ships pass by to their next port after leaving Cabo San Lucas. The weather was perfect, no rain and no mosquito's to bother you at night. The condo is well equipped and if we plan to return to Los Cobos in the future we will contact you. Just wanted to let you know that this place is by far the most I've gotten for my money in Los Cabos! I've rented about six "VRBO" units here and yours is my favorite! I've been able to get wireless on my computer sitting on the couch in the living room and that is a pretty big deal for me as I have to bid, via computer, for my travel lines for next month's schedule while I'm down here.
The view, peace and quiet, and so many extras - condiments, extra toilet paper, cable TV, CD player and emergency tequila (which I haven't yet tried) are very much appreciated!
Thank you so much for offering such a great deal!

This condo was more beautiful than expected. I felt like I was at home, it was very cozy and comfortable and had everything that I needed.
The pool was fantastic and very clean.
San Jose del Cabo is so much nicer than Cabo San Lucas and this place is in a perfect spot to enjoy all this town has to offer.
I highly recommend the downtown area. It was beautiful and had lots to offer.
The beach is right across the street and takes about 5-10 minute to walk there down the small hill that the condo sits on.
The AC works great and it was a nice refuge from the heat outside.
The MEGA (super grocery store) is about a 15 minute walk and has everything that you need and then some. The bus stop is right across from the MEGA that takes you into Cabo.
I believe that anyone will have a great time here.
I highly recommend this condo to anyone and would stay here again. |

The condo was very well kept and clean. Kristine's condo has everything you need to cook your meals. The pool area was amazing we spent many afternoons there instead of on the beach. We were very happy we decided to stay in San Jose instead of the busy Cabo and this condo is a short walk into San Jose as well as a short walk to the bus to Cabo. We had a really great time and would highly recommend Kristine's condo.

| We had a fabulous stay at Kristine's condo. Everything was perfect. Impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, fully equipped, gorgeous views, conveniently located, quiet, and spacious. I cannot say enough great things about it. Each day, we would be so excited to return to the condo from our beach excursions because it really felt like home away from home. The price was definitely worth it and I would recommend this condo to anyone and everyone. Parking is private and hassle free. I would return in a heartbeat. Kristine was incredibly helpful and the whole experience, from booking to checking out, was quick & easy. |

Spent 3 months in winter (feel like eternal spring and only experience 2 unusual rainy days...)We were grated by the "Welcome to your place in Paradise" (that's the slogan of the Peninsula condos), it makes us smile each time we passed by, but well, looks like "Garden of Eden" indeed !
Lovely condo, perfectly equiped with everything you need. Quiet, lot of air, light and space. Nice view of the sea which is within a 10 min. walk. (No noise of the spectacular crashing waves to wake you at night!) Almost no need to go to the estuary: all the birds come to the lake of the Mayan golf course (which one looks like "the Garden of Eden") and it's just at the right side of your balcony! Ospreys, vultures, egrets, cormorants, ducks, herons...Sit and relax...
In january and feb. you can watch hummingbirds in the bougainvilliers or whales passing by the sea of Cortés...(bring your binoculars!)
San José "centro" is a 20 min. colorfull and good smelling easy walk (or you can take the typical city "school bus", 5 min. from your door-step). You get the best of two worlds: great walking beach/sunbathing/surfing and city nearby! And a lot more to discover...East Cape, inexpensive day trip by comfortable Aguila bus to Todos Santos (1h30) or overnight stay at charming capital La Paz (3hres Via corta, bit longer Via larga but worthwhile for the scenery!)
Handsome, kind people; won't hesitate to rent it again if we return to Cabo! |
