| Spent a week in early October... the condo is perfect for 4 adults. Great beach, tennis and golf access along with clean,comforatble and well appointed accomodation - recommend highly (and the owners are a pleasure to work with!) |

| We absolutely enjoyed our stay. This is our 2nd year at 117 The Greens, and look forward to coming back next year. The beach locker is a huge plus for us, especially with our kids. The location cannot be better. |

We found this property to be just about perfect. The
unit is updated and very tastefully decorated. The
nearness to beach and beach locker were a real bonus.
We are hoping to return again. |

We absolutely loved our stay at 117 Greens. Shipyard is our favorite, because of its location. We have stayed many times in various condos in Shipyard, but we liked this location best. Right across from the tennis and a short walk to the beach.
The condo has a lovely beach decor with beautiful upgrades and awonderful eye for detail. I felt like I was in a HGTV design model. We loved everything about the condo and will stay there again. The owners were wonderful to rent from. They just took care of everything. It's the best! |
