Thank you for sharing your cabin with us. We had a terrific week biking the BRP, hiking (Boone Fork Trail in Price Park was a favorite), and just enjoying nature. The cabin was always a great place to relax at the end of the day with a glass of wine and a fire. We had everything we needed and were perfectly comfortable here. Location is perfect. We look forward to returning for another Blue Ridge Getaway!

What a great place! We had a little trouble getting here due to the snow & ice. Luckily a neighbor coming down the dill in 4 –wheel drive drove us and our things to the cabin. For the rest of the weekend the weather was awesome & the snow & ice melted away. We enjoyed Grandfather Mountain & Moses Cone Park. Enjoyed a great meal at bistro Roca & highly recommend the Whistle Stop BLT at the Storie Street Grille. We enjoyed having the amenities of home. Thank you for offering your cabin & we hope to be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing getaway at the Creekside Cabin – all the comforts of home in such a peaceful setting! Shopping in town & at the outlets was fun, as was taking walks around Bass Lake with our dogs. Meals at the Village Café, Storie Street Grille and Pssghettis were sooo good. The hot tub and fireplace were perfect on the cold nights (following beautiful, sunny days).
Hope to be back soon!

Thank your for allowing us to enjoy your home once again. This was our first visit during the summer. We had never seen the “green” beauty your property bestows.
We celebrated Ryan’s 29th birthday as well as the dog’s 3rd and 4th birthdays. It was a fun time! The hot tub was a welcomed relief from mornings of hiking.

We spent four weeks at Creekside Cottage last year and returned for six weeks this year, so you know we’ve loved it here. Blowing Rock and Boone are both great and the cool temperatures can’t be beaten! We’ve especially enjoyed the outdoor concerts at Jones House in Boone, and the park in Banner Elk. And we have actually taken dulcimer lessons while here this year! Lots of fun – Our last weekend here may have been historical – App beats Michigan, in Michigan, 34-32! This may put Boone “on the map!”

What a beautiful cabin and a wonderful landscape! The location is ideal between Blowing Rock, Boone and so near the area sites, especially Tweetsie. Everything was so nice we had a memorable 17th wedding anniversary. We highly recommend Woodland's in Blowing rock. As a native Tarheel, I can say it was suberb!
Our best tourist memory was trout fishing near Grandfather Mountain. The trout were delicious! Thank you so much!

Our month at Creekside Cottage has been just what we wanted-cool weather, quiet & serence, beautiful scenery everywhere. I have especially enjoyed waking up in our "treehouse bedroom" and watchingthe sun filter slowly through the thick forest. Im not able to hike, but the walk around the lake at Broyhill Park have been great! We've enjoyed the convenience of location between Boone and Blowing Rock and good restaraunts in both places.
Bluegrass music on the lawn and the NC Symphony as well as the BR Stage Company-there's always something to do! For Roger, the Boone Gold Club was the highlight!
Thanks for having everything we needed, or wanted, here. If it's God's will, we will be back next year for another month.

I came here on vacation with the sole intention of finding rest and restoration. I had no idea that rest and restoration would come wrapped in a box called "Creekside Cottage". The cabin was far beyond what my dreams had colored for one. Everything about this week was perfect! My 3 yr old Lab loved cooling herself in the creek after a long hike.

We enjoyed the Hot Tub (repeatedly, the proximity to Blwoing Rock, the Parkway and the peaceful mornings & nights. The squeaky floors even allowed us to track the kids wherever they went! We loved the upstairs and the creek.
"Me and my Mom went in the hot tub every night..we found out the light changes colors! The rifle above the fireplace was heavey! We played in the creek too and went on a hike into the woods until we found another house. we tried to build a fairy house but it was to hard."

We enjoyed our stay. Blowing Rock is always such a treat for us. This house is great-Cute half bath in back to listen to the creek while getting ready was wonderful. Downstairs bedroom is great for "sleeping in" because it's so dark at night. The bed upstairs is so cozy and sleeping with the sliding door on the balcony open to hear the creek at night was delightful. Loved the Hot Tub for our aching backs too! Our second anniversary together was a pleasure here at Creekside Cottage. (Highly recommend Crippens Restaraunt for dinner)Thank you!
