This was our 1st time in Bear Trap and this condo was wonderful. With two elderly parents, one in a wheelchair, having everything on one floor was so convenient as well as the handicap accessible ramps outside. Very clean with beautiful views. This is a close approx. 2 blocks from either the pavilion or 2nd pool. With the shuttle stop right outside this unit, it was very easy to take the shuttle to the beach.

Thank you, Joanne for such nice comments on our villa. People don't realize how important a one story unit with a great roll-in shower for ease of care for your loved ones. Ramps and special parking and even a lift center living room coffee table make the stay and reduce the burden on other family members. The knee height mattresses in the bedroom help a handicapped person move in and out of bed with ease. Thank you again and hope to hear from you again. Enjoy the summer!

Hello: Where shall I begin? My experience and vacation at 58A October Glory "Bear Trap Dunes", was amazing. I truly enjoyed every minute. The home is wonderful and very accomodating. There wasn't a single thing missing. I must mention that the most exciting of all was the view. I truly enjoyed being able to sit outside to have a meal and/or a hot cup of coffee on the patio, overlooking the tranquil and beautiful view of the Duck Pond. It felt as if I was on a retreat. The view allows for a time of reflection, meditation, as well as making you feel that you are millions of miles away from home. Thank You, Mr. and Mrs. Maselli for sharing your lovely home with me.
Good Luck, because once you step in this lovely home, you will not want to leave.

My husband and I are very excited that there has been so much interest in 58A October Glory which caters to the handicapp individual. Remember us when traveling seems overwhelming. From wheelchair access parking(2 spaces) with ramp curbing to level entry into and throughout the villa. 58A may be the answer for you!
