My Family and I (2 Teens, Hubby and I) stayed in this WONDERFUL Condo for 12 days this March/April. Andrea was very kind and answered all our questions, prior to arriving to the BI, within 24 hours. We knew when we entered her gorgeous condo that we had a special place. We live in a large home, so we need a large vacation rental...and everything was PERFECT. Clean, with TONS of beach towels, guide books, snorkel gear, beach umbrella; Andrea supplies all the goodies!
We soooo loved our stay! Our only regret is that we could not stay longer. I would inquire about this condo again, in a heart beat!

My husband, his parents and I stayed here in October and we were all delighted with the condo. As part of a wedding group, we had the opportunity to visit several other units, and I have to say that "ours" was the nicest - the furnishings are elegant and chic.
The condo has a well-equipped kitchen, a party-sized master bathroom, and lots of useful extras like coolers for the beach, snorkel equipment, and guide books.
Parking is an absolute breeze, right outside the elevator and staircase.
From bed, every morning, Wayde and I watched the sun rise over Mauna Kea, and then we all enjoyed our Kona coffee and breakfast of fresh local fruit on the lanai. Pure relaxation! Nights were absolutely quiet, and the condo was peaceful by day, too - although we spent most of our time out exploring or hanging out on nearby beaches.

This is an update - We have our reservation for this summer. We are returning to your condo and we can't wait.
Original 9/16/2005 entry: Hi Andrea. we're the family that stayed in your condo on 8/5-8/19. I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in your condo. it was new, clean, great location, had everything we needed and lots of room for the four of us. we walked over to the waikoloa shops many times because it was so convenient - the parking at the shops could get very crowded. we have to say that it was the very best condo that we have stayed in in Hawaii. i just wanted to thank you for representing your condo truthfully in your listing. next time we go to the big island we will definitely check your condo first to see if it is available.

| We adored Waikoloa Beach Resort. The unit is perfect - and everything is close by. Have breakfast on the deck and spend teh day at Mauna Kea Beach is the most beautiful beach on Hawaii. Hapuna Beach is close by. Make sure you do the walk to Waipu valley and take a picnic. For the best snorkelling, take a kayak to Cooks Monument. Of course then there's the Lava. perhaps we shoudl keep the secret. |

Last time I came to the Big Island, I rented a house.
I want to say that my visit this time, staying at this
spacious and elegant condo, was so much more
enjoyable thanks to the well thought-through
amenities of this particular rental.
Some really nice things: It's on the top floor and on
the end so it's very quiet; parking space is by the
walkway so you're not sandwiched between cars
when loading/unloading gear; unit is situated
conveniently close to the gym, pool, jacuzzi and
most importantly BBQs (you might not use these if
they were further away); and last but not least, the
unit's tasteful and uncluttered furnishings: after sun
and fun filled days out at the beach and seeing the
island's sights, coming back to the peaceful
simplicity of this graceful condo really added to the
enjoyment of my vacation.
Thanks for sharing this wonderful place with us, I
highly recommend it as the place to stay on the Big
Island!

| Beautiful condo that is well furnished and very well maintained--it felt like home away from home. It's also in a great location and has pretty scenery from the lanai. Highly recommend this condo--we'll stay there again when we return to the Big Island. |

| Just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your gorgeous condo and we appreciated your being flexible about letting us stay 5 days instead of 7. Although, after we got there - I really wished we had booked the place for 2 weeks! The condo was very beautiful - lots of classy upgrades. I loved the oriental decor. We were very appreciative of having free internet. Great location and just a dang nice place to relax and feel pampered. Mahalo big time! |

| What an absolutely gorgeous condo and the perfect location! We loved the gated community with the outdoor pool, fitness center, and gas bbq grills. The condo was immaculate, had all the conveniences of a house, and made us feel as if we were royalty in a 5-star hotel. We swam and snorkeled at almost every beach within just a few minutes of the condo and loved the upscale stores at King's Shopping Center! This is the perfect condo for couples on a romantic Hawaiian getaway, as well as families on vacation. Thank You! |

Thank you for making your condo such a lovely island retreat. You thought of so many details that crown your vacation rental making it a royal experience! Even providing lovely dishes with an Asian flare to serve meals on! From the flat screen TV, to the quality pots and pans...it felt like a home away from home immediately!
What a relief to finally have a computer and not be charged by the minute to use it like at the resorts we stayed at! And we were so impressed and grateful that you left your storage closet available with snorkel gear and even a boogie board! You thought of everything...
Loved the location, loved the views, loved the soft comfy king size bed. Even loved how the wind blew in and created a wonderful tropical breeze!
One day we sat out on the lanai and on the next lanai over there was a local guy playing his ukelele and singing with the most gorgeous voice. It was heaven sitting out there with the views, breeze, and the trees swaying in time with his angelic voice. It was a lovely lovely time there. We will always check your availabilty first in the future!

| It was one of the most georgous condos that we have ever stayed in and we are Marriott owners. Very spacious for two people. The king bed in the master bedroom was so comfy and it was nice to have the use of the computer. My husband enjoyed the large screened TV in the living room. The large patio was a delightful area to have breakfast in the morning sun. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking although I tried to do very little of that. Our favorite restaurants were Merriman's (Meditterian) in the King's Shops and also in Kamuela. Excellent food!! The condo is ideally located near the pool and fitness room and has a wonderful and peaceful view of the mountains. Within a short 15 minute walk you can be at the Marriott beach area. We did not do much sight seeing as we have done that in previous years but chose to simply do a lot of relaxing which was not a problem in such a lovely setting. We look forward to another visit sometime in the near future. |

My wife and I had a wonderful 1-week stay here. The condo is beautifully decorated and very well-equipped. We were able to prepare great meals in the elegant kitchen when we didn’t feel like going to one of the great nearby restaurants. The plasma TV was also nice on those occasions when I wanted to watch some of the interesting DVDs in the unit. It was great waking up to the view of the volcano from the Master Bedroom. The unit had all the snorkeling and beach gear we needed.
A-Bay is just a fifteen-minute walk away. The beach there is very pleasant. During our stay, the water was most calm and clear in the morning. I saw a number of turtles and schools of fish during my morning swims. I also had a fun time learning to wind surf there too. There were lots of kids thrilled by the water slide at the Outrigger Hotel next to the beach.
The Kings Shops are just a short walk away as well. There is a convenience store, some up scale shops (including duty-free) and some fine restaurants. There is even fresh bread baked daily at the Merrimen’s café.
Lot's of great activities nearby. Favorite beaches: Makalawena and Beach 69. Fantastic snorkelig at Cook's Monument. Great views on the high road to Havi. Thrilling views of live lava flow at Volcano Park.
We had a truly re-energizing vacation here. We look forward to staying here again.

"We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this unit was. W spent many mornings on the lani watching golfers hit into sand traps! If you snorkle A-bay, you need to go way out so that the water is crystal clear. Don't worry, we were out 300 yards and could still stand up! Also check out the dolphins at the Hilton... great free show. We also took the 4-Wheel in to Waipio Valley. They make a huge deal about how steep and narrow the road is... but we thought the roads on Maui were much steeper and scary(er). If you have a 4-Wheel and feel confident about driving it, the Valley is worth it. Very Beautiful. Hint: on all the river crossings and huge mud puddles, put into low 4-Wheel and go across slowly - no need to go fast, you won't sink into the mud."

| We had a wonderful stay at the Fairway Villas. The view of the golf course and volcano were beautiful. The location is perfect, there is snorkeling in A-Bay, Shopping and Restautants at King's cross, and Public Beach Access all within walking distance. We were thrilled with the condo, it is really decorated beautifully and very spacious. The pool is great and is very relaxing. Do yourself a favor and rent a 4-wheel drive so that you can explore anything you want, and reach those beautiful spots without the long hikes. |

We had a lovely two weeks. Fabulous condo, best we have experienced in any of the islands. I especially liked the view of the volcano!!!
We loved the short walk to the Kings Shops. Diving and snorkeling were great as are the beaches and boogey boarding. |
