| As the summer is coming to a close, I am reminded of how we began our summer in June. We had a wonderful week's stay at Nakiska and want to spread the good word about it. It was a great location- very close to the beach and walkable to many locations. It was affordable and with the good price, we felt we could do other things like renting bikes and kayaks. Even though it was so close to many things, it was also quiet. Very clean and home-like, it had all we needed to give us a comfortable, relaxing vacation. |

| We greatly enjoyed our week at Topsail Island! The house was very nice, well equipt and comfortable for the whole family. The beach is beautiful and just what we were hoping for! Richard checked in with us to make sure everything was okay at the beginning of the week and to give some tips on the area. We would definitely return for another vacation! |

| We wanted to thank you for such a wonderful time! Having just gotten married in December, this was our first family vacation. It was absolutely wonderful! The condo had more than enough room for the two of us and our six children. It was beautifully decorated and clean. It was also well stocked with any amenities that one might need when away from home. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation! |

| Richard made sure we had everything we needed. Our family of 6 loved this place. The kitchen was modern and well stocked. The entire place was well decorated and very clean. The beach was close by, and plenty of room to spread out. |

| Our family had the pleasure of staying at Nakiska for nine days in April after our son returned home from Iraq. The house was beautifully decorated, equipped with every possible amenity and our stay could not have been more delightful. There was some uncertainty about the exact dates when our son would be returning and Richard (the owner) could not have been more helpful or accommodating. We have stayed in many homes on Topsail Island, but I can honestly say that this one is our favorite and we look forward to returning to Nakiska. |

| We had a great family reunion at Nakiska. The location was very convenient. We were able to walk to shopping and restaurants. The beach is very close and we had our choice of spots on the beach. The house is well maintained and has everything you need for a great vacation. |

| This was our first time on Topsail Island and we had a wonderful visit. The house was perfect for our 2 families which included 4 preschool age little girls (our little surfer girls). We loved the fact that we didn't have to cross any busy streets to get to the beach and enjoyed eating lunches out on the picnic tables in the courtyard. The beach was perfect and the house was very clean and very well stocked. |

| This was a lovely, very clean cottage. The kitchen was better equipped than most rentals we have stayed in. Richard was extremely cordial and even called the first night we arrived to make sure everything was OK (and passed on some great restaurant recommendations). We had a wonderfaul family vacation with grandparents and kids and hope to return soo. |

| Great beach home! Clean, beautiful. We were amazed out how well the kitchen was equipped. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 teens. While not beach front, the small complex courtyard is lovely and you can see and hear the ocean from the deck. We were there during July 4th week and neither the beach nor island felt crowded. Highly recommend this place. |

| We loved the house--it was so clean and beautiful!! The owner was also very accomodating--my son was returning from Iraq and we weren't sure of the dates until the last minute. He worked with us and we got to spend a whole week with my son. We are definitely coming back!! |

| I can't tell you which was better the actual beach house or the owner's, they were so easy to work with it made the trip even more enjoyable. Their home is beautiful & has every kitchen gadget you can think of using on vaction. We loved it so much that we are staying again this year! |

| This property is beautifully maintained and comes equiped with all you need for a wonderful week at the beach. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need & the beach equipment (chairs, buckets & shovels, extra boogie boards, beach mats, etc.) mean you don't have to bring a bunch of stuff from home. Our friends rented this house 2 years ago and the owners have continued to make improvements which make it a place you want to return to again and again. Thanks for a memorable week! |

| We were thrilled with the condo! It had everything we needed and was impeccably clean. We had six children and three adults and had plenty of room. The kids especially liked having their own TV's in their rooms and even though they were hardly on, it made them feel special. We'd go back in a New York second. |

| There are only good things to say about our stay at Top Sail Island. The townhouse (Nakiska) was just beautiful,plenty of room and all of the conveniences of home. The ocean was awesome, warm all the time. We are definitely planning on returning. We have some really great memories of our trip to Surf City. |

| nakiska stands out from other beachhomes. the decor and furnishings are a cut above most beachhouses i have rented at surf city. it's an extremely comfortable house with all amenities provided. it's also ideally located...numerous restaurants and retail shops are but a 3 minute drive, or walking distance. as for the beaches, well, what can i say...anyone who's ever been to the topsail beach/surf city area knows that it's perhaps the best beach in the world! (uncrowded beaches at their best) |

| Nakiska is a truly beautiful vacation spot. Each room is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with personal touches. The beach is clean and inviting, not at all crowded and only a short walk away. Right down the street there is a great fishing pier, lots of shopping and plenty of great restaurants. | Nakiska was a very pleasant stay. The kitchen was stocked well with plenty of silverware, plates, cups, etc. All appliances were practically new. The home was clean and comfortable. The beach was beautiful and and just a short walk away, but we were close enough to enjoy the breeze, and hear the surf. We had a great time and look forward to staying at this beach home again. |
