Really enjoyed our time here and found the apartment very relaxing and comfortable. We had our two small children with us who loved looking at the ferry coming and going and checking out all the boats in the harbour. A glass of red wine on the roof-top overlooking the harbour in the warmth of the night was a favourite for myself and my husband.

This was a lovely place to stay, with a wonderful water view. The owner went out of his way to accomodate us and we do not hesitate to recommend this charming cond.

Thank you for allowing me to stay at your wonderful condo. I had a great time exploring Marblehead and Boston and your condo was the perfect place to call home for a week. I enjoyed the cozy and comfortable atmosphere, as well as the interesting collection of art and books. It is a great place for relaxing and watching the water from the large picture windows. Phil and Nancy were most hospitible, going out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable, carefree stay.

Me and my familiy (3 persons), we4 stayed from 11th of may to 29th of may 2002 in that beautiful condo. At the first view we felt at home. The looking out onto the harbour and the roof deck, we enjoyed it ervery second of our stay. It was the most beautiful holiday we ever had.Thank you for all, Phil.

Carol stayed from the 4th of April through the 20th of May while major repairs were being done to her townhouse in Marblehead. She stated that she was delighted with her stay and spent "many happy hours at her computer looking out onto the harbor".
