| We have been staying in Parkside for 12 to 15 years. This is our first visit to this villa. The villa has a wonderful floor plan with 3 bedrooms and each with their private bath. The floor plan insured that each area of living was private. The villa was extremely clean and well maintained. Parkside is a wonderful area of Kiawah, only a beautiful/scenic 7 minute walk to the gorgeous beach and so very close to the park and town center. We very much enjoyed our stay! |

| We had a wonderful stay in this villa, which comfortably accommodated 4 adults, 4 children and a toddler. The location is convenient to the beach, the pool and the East Beach village. The screened in porch provided additional usable space for the kids, especially during some afternoon thunderstorms, and the vaulted ceiling provides a nice sense of space. |

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your townhouse. During our stay we took many long bike rides, walked the nearby beach daily, and took walks through the natural areas. It was a treat to watch the sunrise and the sunset from the beach. We saw much wildlife. Many deer, raccoons and other small animals. Many of the birds we saw on the island are not found in our hame state. We were lucky enough to find a tidal inlet where, almost daily,at high tide dolphins would come within a few feet of us. This was our seventh year of visiting Kiawah and the sixth different rental unit where we have stayed. This rental was by far the nicest one we have rented. It had very comfortable furniture,a well-equiped kitchen, a very good location on the island, and the overall appearance of the unit seemed brand-new. |

Our stay at your villa far exceeded our expectations in every way possible! The villa has a perfect location and layout - my parents in their late 70's enjoyed having a comfortable place to relax between activities - our teenager loved being so close to Night Heron Park and all the "teen activities" that she readily joined in - our 11 year old felt comfortable riding her bike alone to the park, the tennis courts, or the beach and back whenever she pleased, giving her a new sense of independence in this wonderfully safe environment. As for me, a relaxing evening sitting on the screened porch (we moved the lamp outside!) reading and listening to the sounds of the island was a highlight. It's amazing that one can feel so much privacy in a complex like Parkside but you really can't even see another villa from the porch because the developers had the good sense to leave all those wonderful live oaks.
Kiawah Island speaks for itself - according to my father who has seen many, the beach is the nicest he has ever experienced and we enjoyed a special time together riding our bikes all the way to the southern end as the the sun set one evening. My mother, the naturalist, particularly enjoyed watching the herons and egrets - especially early in the morning when we biked over to East Beach Village for the newspaper.
As for the rest of us - our teenager just loved the friends she met and continues contacts with them awaiting next year - our 11 year old enjoyed the nature activities and tracking alligators all over the island - and we just loved the idea that the whole family could spend two weeks together in such an idyllic place as Kiawah Island. Thanks so much for your hospitality!
P.S. And, oh yes, we now have framed prints of a heron and egret on our living room wall inspired by the one hanging over your fireplace! A nice way to remember our stay at 4601 Parkside Villas!! |

| Our family had a wonderful stay at the Villa. We had lots of room for our family of six. The place was clean and well equiped as well. We would definately like to rebook and stay again when the weather was warmer and we could make full use of the beach and all the ammenities that the Island has to offer. |
