| My family made such wonderful memories during our vacation in this beautiful "home". We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. You could feel the warmth and care in every room with the attention to detail. Everything you needed was there and then some. My eight and six year old girls enjoyed hanging on the roof deck as much as the beach. And the sunsets and sunrises from the decks, just amazing! Not only were the decks wonderful for scenery, they proved a great place to play our new family favorite, "Catch Phrase". Last but not least, the weather cooperated which is always a plus. Our 2007 family vacation at LBI will be talked about for many years to come thanks to you. |

| Just returned from a "girls weekend" at Highland Tides. It is incredibly beautiful - the pictures just don't do it justice! The views are incredible from inside or on the decks and it really is a few steps to the beach. It is very spacious and well stocked, plenty of room for 8 woman (and no kids or husbands!) Property manager was easy to work with and extremely responsive. We will definately be back for the 2nd Annual! |

| Wow! Opening words of each of the families upon arrival. Web site pictures are almost inadequate to reflect the actual comfort and space. Well equipped to prepare, serve and eat whatever it is you prepare. Large dining table permitted rotation of evening meal preparation and entire family dining. Location is excellent for small children. Even has a baby pool for backyard use. Very comfortable and spacious. This was a test for us: 2 grandparents, 3 married children w/spouses and 2 kids each, plus one son and girl friend. Enough comfortable space for everyone. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the accomodations. |

| This house is perfect for a large family group. Everything you need is there and everything is first class. The views are wonderful, proximity to the beach makes shlepping little ones back and forth a breeze and you can walk to anything you might need. The biggest plus is the owner's caring concern for renters...he is attentive and helpful. We will definitely want to stay here again! |

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Highland Tides. The home was beautiful and well equipped. The location and views of the ocean were beautiful. We would definitely return again. Thanks for everything.

| I have been renting homes in LBI for six years now. This house is by far the best appointed home. Excellent attention to details that renters are usually responsible for are all well taken care of. I have never rented a home that stocked a kithen so well...a real delight. During my stay, the weather was wonderful, but this house is so open and spacious yet private enough to accomodate large rainy day groups comfortably. I would highly recommend this rental and intend to return myself. |

We just returned from what has to be the best long
Thanksgiving weekend we have ever spent. We
decided several years ago that LBI would be a great
place to have Thanksgiving dinner for the family (5
kids & spouses, 9 grandkids (5-11 yrs.), brother-
in-law, sister-in-law, nephew and fiance, and a
couple of friends. Everyone loved the lovely,
spacious rooms throughout the house, it has the
warmth, comfort and feel of your own home (only
better). The weather cooperated and made walks
on the beach (one house away) 2 or 3 times a day
part of our routine, and waking up to the sunrise
every morning in our room was spectaular.
Everything from the art work to the coffee mugs,
from the beautiful floors to the tile in the showers,
from the trash bags to the appliances that allowed
us to cook a great Thanksgiving dinner was
wonderful. We will definitely be back in the future. |

| My husband and I stayed in this house for our 2nd wedding anniversary. We got married on LBI and we both grew up in NJ and spent many days and nights at our favorite shore. The house was spectacular and it was very obvious the owners took special interest in making sure everything was perfect - and it was. I have been going to LBI every summer since I left NJ in 1985 and this is by far the best house we've had. The views are simply spectacular. When the weather cooperates - which is did for us - it is the next best thing to heaven. We are still wishing we were there. Thank you for such a wonderful contribution to our anniversay celebration! |

| Our family has just returned from probably the best family vacation we have ever spent at LBI. I was a bit nervous about renting this property without seeing it first but, we took the chance and I am so glad we did. When we first opened the door to this beautiful beach house I could not believe my eyes. I never expected the house to be so welcoming and warm. It was absolutely beautiful. The colors of the house and the warm decor made us feel so welcomed. We really did not feel we were in a rental property at all. From the warm decor, outside decks, views and convenience of this home we would highly recommend this property to anyone but, not if they want the same week we do next year. We are so glad we found this home! |

| I wanted to tell you how much we loved this house. My friends and family gathered for a girls weekend to celebrate my 4oth birthday. The house was a spectacular backdrop to a wonderful gathering. Everything about the house exceeded my expecations—the layout, furnishings, artwork, location all were amazing. We definitely hope to be back again! |

| I must admit this is one of the most beautiful homes I have stayed in on the Jersey Shore. The home is tastefully decorated. The colors and decor are both warming and inviting giving you a feeling as though you are at home. This elegant home is immaculate and perfectly designed to give each of it's guests privacy during their stay. I am recomending this home to all of my friends which will appreciate the ambiance of this great shore home. I also look forward to making my second visit next year. |

| I just returned home from spending a fabulous week in this gorgeous house. The home really is as beautiful as the pictures and the views are even better. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated - I even got some decorating ideas for my own home! The kitchen had absolutely every appliance and gadget we could possibly have needed. The location relative to the beach was awesome - litteraly just steps from the dunes. It was also conveniently located to several food establishments and convenience stores. If I decide to return to LBI for a summer vacation, I will certainly explore the availablity of this home and would absolutely recommend it to anyone else who might be looking for a beautiful place to stay. |
