| We had a great time and had 0 problems getting into our room or with the room itself. As to be expected with a resort this large, you spend a lot of time waiting on elevators, but we had a great family vacation. The location could not be better unless you do not want to be in the middle of all the action. Pool area as well as the whole resort was very nice. The only negative that I would say is that this is a very popular and crowded resort. If you do not like crowds, this will not be the place for you! Great stay and will do it again!! |

| We had a wonderful time!! The whole family (7) was able to be together in the condo and we enjoyed every day of it. We had to complain to Oceanwalk about 2 of their security guards, every minute of every day they were rude and angry towards everybody, that made it not so pleasant outside in the pools, but that isn't Renata's fault, just bad choice in hire for Oceanwalk. We let the front desk know our bad experiences and they took care of them. Thank you Renata for such a beautiful and clean condo for us to stay in all week! |

Renata - I want to thank you once again, for the wonderful time we had while staying at your condo. This is the third or fourth stay at your wonderful vacation spot. We spent a longer time this year in Daytona than usual and every day was fantastic.
We enjoy the fact that it is directly on the beach and the facility is just what we want. Well stocked with just about everything you can imagine and spacious. We had both units again and that really works best for us.
I have one request. I did forget some of my hanging clothes in the back closet. About 7 or 8 items on hangers. I am wondering if it would be at all possible to have them sent back to me. If so, you could use some our damage deposit to make this happen. Iknow it is above and beyond the call, but just wondering if it is at all possible. Maybe they are already disposed of. Could you let me know? I would appreciate that. If you want to call me about this, call at 320-808-1684.

| In a random internet search for a last minute booking for the 2009 Speedweek events, we just happened to find Renata and the Ocean Walk Resort. Prior to our visit, Renata was SOOOOO helpful and made us an amazing deal and provided us with everything we needed. She communicated with us through phone and e-mail and was very accommodating. Upon our arrival, we were all amazed at how nice the condo and resort were. The location was amazing, the view spectacular and the services provided by the Ocean Walk were first class. | I use Vicki's rentals at the minimum 10 times a year. If someone mentions going to Daytona, I tell them please check with her first. SHe is the main reason we stay at the Oceanwalk. I have called her personal cell phone while staying during big events, Holidays, no matter what. SHe has always gotten right back to me resolving any matter i have ever had. Our refrigerator was not working when we arrived, but I called the front desk and they sent someone up immediatedly to fix it. There was SO much for the kids to do. This was our first time at this resort and we will definitely be back! |

| Unit was standard, but clean and they had extra items in the unit if needed for younger children (which we didn't need). My main complaint was the rudeness of their cleaning personnel and the owner during check out day. Most individual units give you a later check out time (10 or 11) and then know to give a little extra time before sending the crew into the unit. Our cleaning crew showed up at 9:10 (we had a 9am checkout time)and was extremely rude when we told them it would be a few more minutes until we were completely out. (We were out of the unit by 9:18). The owner hired cleaning crew called the owner to complain and we were asked to speak with the owner. After discussing the rudeness of her personnel, instead of her apologizing for the cleaning crew's rude behavior, she told us they were on a tight schedule and that we were now considered late and messing up their schedule. At one point, I even heard the cleaning crew say to each other..."Let's just call security to get them out of here". I have never been spoken to in such a rude way by either the cleaning crew or unit owners before. It ended our week on a very sour note and I would not recommend renting from this owner again. I expected much more professional behavior after spending over $2,000/week for this unit and was treated like guests in a low class motel. This comment may be deleted by the owner...but I hope not as others need to be aware. :) |

I own and rent 7 condos in Daytona Beach and my housekeeping staff needed to get ALL of them done on this particular check out day (between 9AM & 4PM). The check out time was posted in the condo and also in documents that I mailed the guest. I also request that guests with any special needs as far as check in & out times notify me in advance. I wish that the guest had made previous arrangements, as we could have easily accommodated her. Things being as they were, with no previous communication from this guest on a late check out, it did put my housekeeper behind. My housekeeper called me at 9:30 and so the times quoted above were off...
Please, Please, please, to all future guests, be aware that any late stays may affect someone's check in times and we will do our best to accommodate any and all requests based on our housekeeper's schedule. Thank you in advance !!

Just wanted to thank so much for the amazing condo at the Ocean Walk in Daytona. We stayed there for two weeks for a conference and felt like we had a home to come back to each night. Everything was so neat and clean and we had everything we needed to be completely comfortable. Although weather wasn't fabulous when we were there, we were so impressed with the resort's amenities. The indoor pool and the beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub area was amazing. I feel like we had a taste of the good life and will never go back to staying in a hotel unless we have to! We stayed in an Oceanwalk condo you got for us summer of 2006 and I can't say enough about how great our vacation was. My parents stayed with my wife and I and our two boys and we were all so comfortable. The staff was very friendly and we never asked for anything that wasn't taken care of, right down to the last detail. While waiting in line to check in they came around with fresh baked cookies and bottled water.. I mean..who else does THAT? The nightly food was great, we ate the Italian night and loved it. No need to even leave the resort, you have everything you need. We are staying there again this summer and can't wait! Thanks. |

After skiing in Colorado we spent our 11 remaining holidays in this wonderful condo. We were thrilled from all the amenities in and "around" the condo and above all we had great weather.
Unfortunately, every day working men cleaned the stairs in the pool area with steam jets, so it was extremely loud at the pool and due to works at the frontage we could not use the balcony the last 4 days (maybe the December is a good month for such work). But otherwise we had a great stay!!! It was our 7th vacation in Florida and considering ALL facts - it was the best. We'll come back with friends! |

| We have been vacationing at the beach for almost 30 years and have stayed at some very nice condos but unit 1411A has to be one of the best ones yet. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need. We have a 9 year old daughter and she loved the pool and also liked that she could stroll down the beach to the arcade. The picture on the internet does not do justice to how nice and how roomy the condo is. I also liked the fact that if you didn't want to get in the car and drive to eat that the restaurants and shoppes were within walking distance. We had not been to Daytona Beach in over 20 years and we were amazed at how much cleaner and nicer that part of the beach was. We will not hesitate to book this condo again and will pass the info along to anyone in our town that is looking for a place to stay. |

We had 2 families & it was so nice having 2 living rooms yet everyone could be together once the kids were asleep. The kids LOVED the pools the best. The resort is a bit crowded, but if you go expecting lots of people you'll have a wonderful time. |

Oceanwalk is by far, one of the most classy, upscale hotel/resort facilities in Daytona, and Renata's units (I believe that I have stayed in all of them) are simply fantastic! Yes, the ocean views are spectacular and the furnishings are updated and clean, but what is really a nice touch, and somewhat unexpected is that each unit has many necessary extras, ranging from beach chairs to spare pillows to video games and movies. Oceanwalk has become my favorite vacation destination, and I hope to return on many more occasions. |

| the condo was comfortable and very well equipped. it was very convenient to our conference location at the Hilton. Our only disappointment was the odd arrangement where the main living area did not face the ocean, but rather the master bedroom had the prime ocean front view. since we didn't want to constantly sit on the balcony or in the bedroom, we didn't get much chance to enjoy the beautiful view. For us the proximity to the Hilton was paramount, so we were happy. thanks |

Dear Renata, I want to tell you what a wonderful Thanksgiving we had at Ocean Walk Resort. It is the first time ever that all of my 7 grandchildren were all together with me. My daughter and son-in law and youngest grandchild spent the week, the others came by for the day, from Leesburg and Spring Hill. It was so great, the baby loved feeding the pigeons out of her hand on the balcony and the teenagers were not seen for hours at a time, in the pool, arcade or on the beach. The kitchens were just wonderful. We cooked Turkey and ham and all the trimmmings for 20 people, plenty of room and nobody wanted to leave, thank you so much. We are planning to make it an annual family tradition.

This was the first time I have stayed in a timeshared property, and it definitely won't be the last.
I only hope that unit 1411 is representative of all timeshares.
I especially liked the fact that the day we got there, there were already several amnenities we didn't expect, like coffee, condiments, even a cooler. By the end of the week we had time to replace and even add more items than were there when we got there, and felt great about the whole homey feeling that created.
Ocean Walk is a blast too. Tons of stuff to do, and conveniently located.

There is so much to do (pools are open 24 hours) The complex next door offers movies, dining and entertainment there's no reason to move your car you have it all right there. We stayed at the Ocean Walk Resort the week of July 9th - July 16th. THe condo was unbelievable, clean and totally packed with kitchen/cleaning/laundry products. My son and girlfriend and my daughter's family + 2 children all came. The condo was very comfortable and accommodated all of us with ease. THe resort itself is fantastic and the view from out balcony onto Daytona Beach was incredible. I spent each morning drinking my coffee and watching the sun come up over the ocean. The staff in the resort itself were very accommmodating.
It's a great place. We will most definitely come again. For a wonderful family vacation there is no better place. It is also very accessible to Disney/and Universal Studios (which we all did).
For a great time you will never forget give Renata a call.

Just want to highly recommend this condoif you are looking to vacation in Daytona Beach. Our room was very clean and nicely decerated. The 600 ct sheets made me feel like I was home. Even though we only stayed 1 night we really enjoyed every minute. Our kids ages 5, 9, & 13 loved the variety of pools. I even floated around the lazy river. The McGregor's market in the lobby was very convenient too. The resort offered many activities for the kids. All my kids enjoyed playing the miniture golf over and over. The condo provides all ine would need for a pleasant say, especially since we had our 13 months old son with us. The luxurious decor with its color coordinated accessories, the fully stocked kitchen, the comfortable beds, and even the added touch of the creatively designed tissue flowers and the scented plug-ins, gave your place a very special feeling of staying at a friends home instead of a rental. Everyone was helpful and pleasant and I would recommend the resort to anyone. Your unit was very well equipped with everything needed to cook/eat in - we've never stayed in a condo so well appointed - and this was just the lock-out! Our only concern was parking on the lower level - hard to make the swing to the gate with a truck - one time and you learn! All in all great place! |

The younger girls (4 high school seniors) especially enjoyed the lazy river and beach. The older girls (moms) enjoyed the lazy river, walking on the no drive beach and the lounging areas around all the pools. Everyone loved the condo and all the room we had. You have equipped the condo with everything necessary to make our visit relaxing and trouble free. The views from the balcony were exquisite and the weather was great too. | We stayed at the Ocean Walk Resort during the 1st week of March, sandwiched between the Daytona 500 and Bike Week. I can not say enough good things about the resort. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool areas (2 inside pools as well as the beautiful outdoor pools) were immaculate as well. My wife, daughter and myself all enjoyed the the lazy river and water slide. The rooms and views were lovely. If walking on the beach is something that you enjoy, than you will be very pleased to stroll along the Daytona shore. All in all, I have nothing negative to say about the resort. So much so, that we have rebooked for a week in June! The only negative that we could come up with was that the weather was medicore, but it certainly didn't take away from the good time had by all. I would recommend this resort to anyone, young or old, who expects and demands quality for their vacation dollar. |

Just wanted to let you know that we were more than delighted with your unit at oceanwalk. Having two very young children we always prepare to be a constant source of entertainment for them, this time however, was very different. Not only was the unit beautiful but so was the resort, there was so much for the children to do no matter what the weather, between the activities centre, indoor pool and mini golf to the outside heated pools including the childrens pool/playground. As soon as we decide on dates for our next rrip, we will be in touch and book with you again. I have also given your name to family and friends who are in the process of deciding on a vacation destination.

We had a great vacation, my teenage daughter said that was the best beach trip she had been on and my son cried because we had to leave. We can not wait to go back there it is the best place we have ever stayed at for our children. The condo was really nice, you thought of everything! We want to go ahead and make reservations there for the summer if it will not be to expensive for the sumer rates.
