We had a wonderful stay on Kauai. We loved the proximity to Brennecke's beach. We used the available boogie boards and took them to the beach almost daily. Of course the kids loved having the pool just outside the front door as well. The condo is well furnished and very comfortable. We took advantage of the beach towels, snorkel gear, mats and other beach supplies. It was very nice having them available. George was great to work with. We'd definitely stay here again.

Our stay at George's Kauai condo was fabulous! It is very clean and neatly decorated. The master closet is stocked with several items from
snorkels and beach equipment to a baby's high chair. The location is perfect. Bottom floor access in a beautiful garden setting. The pool and BBQ's are conviently located right outside the front door. Most days we had it to ourselves.

| We stayed here May 2, 2009 through May 10, 2009. This condo is excellently maintained and equipped. The first floor location was a big plus during arrival, departure and grocery trips. We were glad to find all the snorkel and beach equipment in the closets. The resort area is great and this unit is located adjacent to the BBQ and pool to make things convenient. At first we were a little concerned thinking that people would be loud at the pool in the evenings but it was not a problem at all. The unit is modern, clean and well furnished. Just remember that most of the units here are not air conditioned and occasionally, if the breeze dies down, it can be a little warm. All the rooms have ceiling fans though to keep the air moving. We enjoyed ourselves very much and if we ever make it back to Kauai would love to have the opportunity to stay here again. George is great to work with and I can highly recommend both him and this condo. |

| We had a great time at the condo. I only wish my own home was so immaculate. It was spacious, had all the amenities that made easy (dish soap, bath soap, etc.). When I was looking for somewhere I found some other places, but many of them are plagued by roosters that wake you up all hours of the night, there were NO roosters here (or bugs either). Though bring some mosquito spray as they are out at night all over the island so we did get bit. The beach is conveniently located, pool steps outside the door, tropical setting that is well kept. George was easy to work with. Lots of extras (beach chairs, boogie boards,towels). Enjoy this great vacation! |

We had a wonderful stay in this condo!
The location was ideal because it was
halfway between the east side and the
west side. The condo was very clean
and nicely decorated. The landscaping
was meticulously maintained and
gorgeous. It was so nice to have the
pool, jacuzzi, and bar-b-que grill so
close to the condo. We used three of
the snorkels and fins and they worked
great. There were also towels, beach
chairs, beach mats, boogie boards and a
cooler to use. And best of all George
was great to work with. If we have the
chance to return to Kauai we will stay
here again. This place definitely gets
an Ono! |

| This was our first trip to a Hawaiian destination, Kauai is the best island! George's condo only enhanced the beauty of our trip. The Poipu location, is one of the best beaches on the island. Our condo was just minutes from the beach, snorkeling (that was just phenomenal), and golfing! The condo was beautiful! We found it stocked with some extras that were a plus; beach towels, boogie boards, snorkel equipment and beach chairs. It was so nice to be able to go to the beach and not have to take a white hotel towel. Also a plus, the pool just right outside the condo's door. If you're looking for the trip of a lifetime, Kauai is hands down it. Thanks George! |

| The condo was great and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The toys and kid things (booster and crib) were especially handy. There are tons of dvds but no kid ones which was surprising, but not a problem. The other equiment like snorkle gear and boogie boards was great to have. Some of it is missing parts, like broken staps on some of the fins or missing leashes on the boogie boards, but there is so much of it that you can find something that will work. George was really easy to work with and it is an extra bonus that he provides us with all the fun gear to use so I hope guests will continue to take care of it. |

This was our first trip to Kauai and we had a great time staying at he regency #211 condo. It is a beautiful place. Everything is close by and it has all the amenities you need for a fun time. We enjoyed the pool and BBQ just 10 steps from our door. The short walk to the beach for beautiful sunsets was great. Thanks George for making our stay great and being so easy to work with. | We have stayed in kauai before in another condo, but we enjoyed George's condo much beter. It was plenty spacious for the four of us and having the pool and bbq so close was a plus. I would recommend bringing some dvd's to watch and enjoy in the evening, but no need to bring your own towels. They've got plenty stocked there. The snorkel gear could be better but if you prefer Costco sells some nice ones. George was very flexible and even allowed us to stay an extra night without any problems. You won't be disapointed if you stay at his condo! |

We had a wonderful time in Kauai and the regency #211 Condo was beautiful, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for a great time. At first my wife was concerned about it not having A/C, but we found it not to be an issue at all. The evenings were very pleasant with the windows open and the ceiling fans going. Having the island air circulating and hearing all the sounds was actually very nice. The location is awesome. 10 ft from the pool area and bbq's! A short walk to two beaches and a restaurant.
George, the owner is a pleasure to deal with. We will be staying here again next time we return to Poipu! |

This was our second consecutive year staying in this beautiful condo and this year we stayed two weeks! George was again an absolute pleasure to work with...the perfect host. Again, we were thrilled with the unit...it was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated...the two lanais are heaven! The proximity to the pool (5 steps?) was perfect for my two young children. The kitchen makes eating in so easy...we used the BBQ by the pool several times on this trip. We love the easy walk to both Poipu Beach (Brenneke's for shaved ice after dinner...yum!) and the Hyatt. The unit offers all the extras...beach mats, boogey boards, chairs, cooler, etc...we didn't to purchase anything! Thank you again George for a fantastic vacation...we are already planning next year!!

The two-bedroom, two-bath condo was more than we had expected and the proximity to the beach, Old Koloa Town and other shopping was very convenient. Would I ever want to return to Kauai and specifically to this condo? You bet! I'm already planning my next trip! |

| This was our second time staying at Regency #211. We spent two weeks in this well equipped and beautifully decorated condo. The cooler and boogie board available to renters came in handy. Only a short walk to the barbecue and pool area. Poipu beach is a comfortable walk away. Poipu Mall is a two minute drive (Starbucks just moved in so that is really handy). I would recommend this condo to anyone with a family. |

| WOW! We were so pleased with our experience from the first time we contacted George & ending with the day we left (we didn't want to leave it!). The condo was much more than we imagined~ LOVED IT! We were travelling with my parents & our 6 yo son & EVERYONE loved this condo best of every place we stayed! Easy walk to everything, beautiful grounds, quiet, lush landscaping creates privacy. The kitched & BBQ area allowed us to cook most of our meals at the condo. The pool is so close you could probably jump into it from the lanai :) We will DEFINITELY be back! | We just stayed in this condo in late August of this year (2007). It was great! What a location. It is a short walk to the local beaches (Poipu and Brenneke's). A short drive to spouting horn. Not far from awesome Waimea Canyon. We got the best sunset photo I think we have ever taken on Poipu beach. The condo is spaceous and comfortable. The pictures on the website are accurate and current. You can see how nice this place is. Pool, barbecue facilities, plenty of beach toys, coolers, etc. All are provided. George (owner) is a great guy to work with. He goes out of his way to make sure you have a great vacation. This place is a bargain. We highly recommend it. |

It was very comfortably furnished, and well-located, within walking distance of the beach. We never heard any noise from the units above or adjacent to the building we were in. Just came back from Kauai last Saturday. We had a
fabulous stay in Regency #211. This condo was so
dreamy and spacious. High ceilings, gorgeous
furniture, amazing color scheme, clean with all the
comforts of home and more. The kids loved the fact
that the pool was literally 10 steps (maybe less!)
away and just a 5 minute walk to the beautiful
beach. We were pleasantly surprised to find boogie
boards, beach chairs, coolors, etc... We had the
time of our lives hanging out in the condo--a true
gem! We loved the location of the unit and the

Wow...what an incredible week we spent in Regency #211! The unit was just perfect...everything we were looking for on our Hawaiian vacation. Beautifully decorated and spacious. The garden setting is so peaceful...how great to wake up to geckos on the tropical plants...drinking morning coffee on one of the two lanais! We found this unit to be perfectly located for us...within steps of the pool, walking distance of the beach.

Just returned from a weeks stay at the Regency#211.We had a fabulous time! The accommodations were spacious and very comfortable. The pool and grill outside our door was a definite plus.We enjoyed the beautiful trees and tropical plants on the grounds,and also the early morning walks to the beach to watch the sunrise;in the evenings to experience the rapture of the incredible sunsets.
We would highly recommend this condo to anyone staying on the south shore.

We enjoyed the use of the lanai with table and chairs overlooking the garden and pool area. Complete with snorkel gear, boogie boards (we had to rent these at a different accomodation last year!), ice coolers, beach mats ready to go to the beach. Only a few steps to the pool and barbecues and a very short walk to Poipu beach. Used internet hook-up each day for email. George was very helpful and accommodating. I recommend this condo without hesitation. You won't be disappointed. |

Beautiful decor, steps to the pool and B-B-Q area, spacious accomodations, snorkel gear, beach mats & chairs, boogie boards, ice chests, etc. available for our use! Our first trip to Kauai was not a disappointment. #211 at the Regency at Poipu Kai is an absolute dream. Two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, huge kitchen with dishwasher, sunken living room, washer/dryer. The interior decorating is lovely. We thank you for the use of your chairs, cooler, movies, books, etc. The pool, bbq and hot tub were enjoyed every day by ourselves and our 16 year old son.
The golf courses are fantastic and the service industry people are very accommodating. We enjoyed our first helicopter ride over the island with Air Kauai.

can assure you that if available I will be staying at the same condo at the
Regency. we were so fortunate to have found this place, it is clean
comfortable, spacious, and has all the amenities as well as location needed
to enjoy your vacation without any problems, wish we were booking for next
year. PS I never go into the guest book and give my opinions but this one
truly rated the my doing so.

All of the amenities were provided, all kitchen appliances, iron, 2 DVD's and VCR's, movies, towels etc. The location was also wonderful, with the pool and BBQ just steps away and the beach within walking distance. We loved the tropical vegetation that surrounded the condo making private balcony's for us to eat out on. We will positively be returning to this condo. Thanks, George, for an awesome time in your lovely condo! It's airy and has great "Hawaiian" furniture! Most of all, it has all the necessary amenities to accomadate us (2 full baths, washer and dryer, and full kitchen). The short walk to the beach is beautiful and convenient. I think this was our 5th straight year and we were not disappointed in any way, even though it rained on us for something like 43 straight days. We love the condo, its central PoiPu location, all of the emnities and especially your concern for our needs. George, we understand you can't control the rain, but, thanks for trying.

We stayed at the Regency #211 almost 2 weeks. It was a very pleasant, spacious condo. I especially loved being so close to the BBQ and the pool which is right outside the unit. The grounds are absolutely beautifully kept, with many tropical plants and trees. I loved walking the paths/walkways in the morning and evening.
The condo was clean, bright, had large bedrooms, a nice cooking area and had a washer and dryer! What a bonus! I appreciated the extra books to read (and left a few of my own)and the nice TV. It was all in all a very relaxing and wonderful holiday. I would highly recommend this unit and property to anyone visiting Kuaii. We just returned from a wonderful stay in Kauai and
Regency 211. The condo was clean and nicely
furnished. The rates were reasonable, and the
owner was a pleasure to work with. He made
himself available to us by both email and phone,
and wanted to make sure we had a great stay.
As previously mentioned in other's comments, the
location was great, the "extras" (boogie boards,
cooler, snorkel gear) were a bonus, and the washer/
dryer was indispensible! (especially with two
babies!)
We hope to make it back someday soon!

| We thoroughly loved spending our week on Kaua'i calling this condo home. It is big enough to actually get away from it *all* (including the people you brought with you), and the amenities available are exactly what anyone needs to feel at home. The short walk to Poipu beach is very scenic in and of itself, and the expansive beach area you find there is the perfect place to relax. Being the kind of family that loves to cook, we were a little disappointed about the lack of basic kitchen staples in the cupboards (cornstarch, baking powder, etc.). However, after our neighbors told us about their roach problem we were more than happy to have had to purchase those necessary items. Many, many Mahalos to George for being so great to work with -- after leaving we spent another week on Maui, and I found myself missing our Kaua'i accomodations. | Our stay in Kaua'i was absolutely fantastic, particularly because of our accomodations. The Regency at Poipu Kai is very well situated, close to a great beaches particularly for our small children, great restaurants, sightseeing, and easy access to major roads for other sightseeing adventures. #211 is also well situated right across from the pool and bbq. The unit itself is very well appointed with modern attractive furnishing and well equipped. There was nothing we needed to get elsewhere. It had the cooler, snorkeling gear, beach umbrella, mats, toys for the kids, books, dvds, videos, and best of all a washer and dryer. All this for a very reasonable price. We wouldn't have stayed anywhere else. Lastly, the owner was great to work. |

My husband and I commented several times on the comfort of the bed, especally after a gruelling 13 mile hike. Having a washer and dryer was equally convient. | We loved our stay in the Regency condos. We were very much welcomed by the friendly staff of the Aston resort. We were given maps, directions and recommandations for the local shopping centers and restatuarants. The condo it self was very clean and airy. We loved the location of the condo only 5 min walk from the beach. The kitchen was very well equiped with all necessary tools, the DVD player and CD player came in handy as well in the living room. The washing machine and dryer was a big plus. Over all we were very comfortable there during our stay,it just felt like our own home plus the beach!! |

We absolutely loved our stay in Kauai! We arrived to find a nicely decorated condo with modern furnishings and attractive decor! We found it to be spacious and very well stocked with all the necessary items to make our stay more convenient. We traveled with our 2 month old baby as well as another couple. The condo was equipped with a portable crib, beach towels, collapsible chairs, boogie boards, snorkle gear, and much more! We couldn't believe how much easier this made our trip! Also- what's that saying? "Location, location, location"! Being just minutes away from beautiful beaches, great restaurants & shopping centers, and a phenomenal golf course was more than we could have asked for. The owner & staff were a delight to work with and were attentive to our every need.
We've planned this trip for over a year now and we were extremely relieved to have it exceed our every expectation! We can't wait to return and look forward to staying with them again!!

| The Regency at Poipukai is a great location for enjoying Kauai. The facilities are right next to the Hyatt and the expansive grounds offer lovely walks and views of sunsets. Unit 211 is well situated by one of the many pools and BBQ setups. The condo is nicely appointed and we enjoyed one of our family's best Christmas's ever snuggled 'round a cute little Hawaiian Christmas Tree in the family room. Don't miss the farmer's market in Koloa on Monday's for great produce to stock the refridgerator for your stay. The best thing about this condo is that it is just down the street from Roy's for some of the best food we've ever eatin' anywhere--with the exception of the Beach House Restaurant, also an ONO and just "down the road" to Spouting Horn. | While we were only at the condo for two nights, it was a wonderful stay. The complex was beautiful and the accomadations were well kept and clean. We hope to go back some day!! |

We had a wonderful stay at the condo in Poipu. We have been to the island numerous times and have stayed in Kapaa, Lihue and Hanalei, but this was our first time in Poipu. We loved the condo. It was very spacious and had everything we needed (except more time to be there!).
We did a great new tour in Lihue called ZipLining. It was really fun. Check it out on your next visit. Also, walk down to Poipu Bar & Grill. Next setting and close by.

We had a wonderful time in Poipu. The condow was roomy even with the 6 of us we didn't feel like we were falling all over each other. The Grandkids loved having the pool at our fron door. The parents enjoyed it as well and the BBQ was also very handy. The new lights in the area were useful. It was interesting that we got to see nature & the monk seal & pup but she kept us off one of our favorite beaches & one of the best beaches in Kauai.

We had a great time on Kaua'i. The best island! The condo was just what we needed. Reasonable rates, kitchen, two bedrooms, space, and lots more. George was very accomodating- even helped us get set up with a playpen/crib combo so we wouldn't have to lug ours along! We would definitely stay here again!

| So nice to arrive to a clean and neat condo after flying all day. Everything we needed was there and the staff at the Regency was great. Of course Kauai was beautiful. I would recommend George's place and thanks to George for being so helpful. |

| My wife and I spent our week long honeymoon at the Poipu condo. Large, light rooms, along with 3 minute private stroll to the beach made our stay most enjoyable. Poipu is a great central location to access the whole island. We'll be back. |

| We had a wonderful visit to the condo: snorkeling at the nearby beach, horsebackriding, grilling---fun jaunts to the farmer's market. The pool is right out the door.
