This immaculate cottage was perfect for our family. our three year old could run around outside without the worry of roads or cars. the stone veranda was always cool and breezy to relax on, even during the hottest weather. the beach is gorgeous and a nice walk down the hill, though waves are large for little ones. it's a perfect little hideaway from the fray. we thoroughly enjoyed out stay.

| The perfect house for a family reunion. The house was equipped with everything you might need to sit back and enjoy some family time together. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and ample. A state of the art kitchen as part of a great room enabling family to cook, dine and hang out together. Deck space was large with views of the ocean. Proximity to the beach made going to the beach everyday simple and easy. My family and I would return anytime without thinking twice. Really a great time had by all! |

| We loved the house and the guest cottage. So incredible architecturally and so convenient to the beach! We would recommend it wholeheartedly and particularly to large groups who want room to spread out and need ample and well-equipped gathering space. |

| we had a wonderful time in the carney-iacono house. there is so much room. you really have many places to escape even with a big crowd. one of my favorite things was the tv room downstairs. if people wanted to watch tv they had to leave to wonderful living area with the view. we thought this was one of our most favorite vacations. |

| This house is fabulous. Each room is well appointed, spacious and very comfortable for our group of 10 (6 adults and 4 pre-school kids). Loved the kitchen!! We all had a terrific time and would definitely like to return for next year's summer vacation. |

Let me add my comments to all the positive things that have been said about this house. The layout is perfect for a family of up to 10. Families that love to cook will partclarly like the kitchen layout with its double counter, ample storage space and utensils, and top-of-the line equipment; followed by a choice of leisurely eating around a large table on a spacious deck or in a well-placed dining area.
Montauk itself has just the perfect combination of family-friendliness without honky-tonk yet closeness to the elegance of the Hamptons, plus numerous activities |

We had a fantastic time at this wonderful house--its spacious, sunny--great for both adults and kids. You have a wonderful ocean view, several decks and a mere 5 minute drive to a private beach. The handiwork of the home is incredible--bamboo flooring, wonderful wood on all the walls--the kitchen is also very large--completely furnished with pots, pans, coffee makers.
This is by far the best house our family has ever rented! |

| We just spent a great week at this lovely Montauk home. It is beautifully designed and built, with an open floor plan that was elegant and relaxing at the same time. It was more than enough room for our group of 8, with its spacious and well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms and the large, top of the line kitchen. The large deck and 2 outdoor showers also made this house a pleasure after the day at the nearby, gorgeous Monatuk beaches. I would not hesitate to recommend this property. |

| My family (4 children), and members of my extended family had a dream vacation in Montauk, LI. The 2 houses - main house and guest house - accommodated a group of 12 in comfort & luxury. The beautiful and uncrowded Hither Hills beach was minutes away, and we enjoyed all that Montauk offers (kayaking, horse back riding). We cooked in the gourmet kitchen and had breakfast on the deck to the sounds of the ocean. Truly a beautiful house & a great experience. The owner - Jennifer - is easy to work with & most helpful. And the property management folks keep the houses in great condition. (Thanks for everything Jennifer, we would LOVE to come again). |

| Awesome house! We had a family reunion and the main house plus the guest house were big enough to accomodate everybody very comfortably. The gas grill and well-equipped kitchen were so inviting that we had dinner in every night! It was like Thanksgiving everyday. The walk to the beach is easy. We had a very memorable visit and everybody had a terrific week. |

| What a beautiful place in a fabulous location! The house is luxurious, located at the end of a private cul de sac. The night sky was absolutely incredible with no lights in the area, and seeing the moon rise over the ocean was fantastic! For anyone that knows Montauk, the beaches in the Hither Hills section where this house is located, are the best, and a short walk down the hill brings you to the best of the best. And close to everything else Montauk has to offer - Gurney's Spa, great local restaurants, fishing, golfing at Montauk Downs, and Biking in Hither Hills State Park. Everyone in the family had a great time! |

We had a wonderful time at your place,and were wondering if we could become your
"new best friends" as it says on the pillow in the bedroom.
All kidding aside,the place and location are superb.
I'm glad you found everything in order when we left.We try to treat other people's property as we would our own. Thank you in advance for your return of the security and the lens cap. Its mine. The shorts were found under the couch and no one took claim to them.
