This house couldn't be more perfect. The house is
Much better then pictures and words can describe.
Phil and Rory with the help of Howard made the
whole rental process easy and very convienent. My
family and I stayed in the House from 3/17/09 to
3/23/09. The house is located so close to all Orlando
attractions and was spotless in a safe quiet
neighborhood. I can't say enough about the beautiful
heated pool, my two year old didn't want to leave.
We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to
furture vacations there.

| My family and I stayed in this house June 27- July 25 and we really enjoyed it. Everything was well kept and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed the private pool. Much better than staying in a hotel, and the price was very reasonable. My family would stay here again. |

| This house was a wonderful place to stay in my family's trip to Disney in June, 2008. Plenty of space for my family of 7 and the kids had an absolute ball in the pool and staying in their "new" bedrooms. I would HIGHLY recommend this property as a great alternative to hotels in the area. Couldn't have been any better of an experience for us! |

| We had a wonderful time in Orlando (8 adults and 5 children). This house is not only spacious and clean and welcoming, it also has that cozy feeling about it. Located in a gated comunity, very close to WD, lake view, etc,etc. In one word: WONDERFUL. I highly recommend it. |

| This house was great! It was close to Walt Disney World and we still had a quiet place to return to so we (the exhausted parents) could relax and the kids could swim in the pool. I would be happy to give a reference to anyone who is thinking about renting this house, just e-mail me. |

I was a little apprehensive about selecting a place to
stay in Florida over the Internet. I was delighted to
find a place in our price range that could
accommodate all 10 of us. When we arrived I was
very happy to see the house and area was lovely –
just as it was pictured on the website. The house
offered us the opportunity for our kids and
grandkids to spend time together in a private
setting. A hotel would not have been the same. We
were able to share meals, swim in the pool and
come “home” to our own quiet, private sanctuary
after trips to the parks. Rory and Phil answered all
our questions promptly and refunded our deposit in
a timely fashion. We really enjoyed our stay.

| Very cozy home! Great for 2 or 3 couples. Great rooms in seperate areas of the house, which is great for privacy if staying with numerous people. Compared to other locations in davenport, this was in a great location with very low traffic! We will definately consider renting here again in the futur! The kids had a blast!!! Thanks! |

Everything about this transation was great. The home was wonderful, roomy, decorated appropriately, and had a beautiful view of the lake. The community was very secure.
The O'Gormans were great to deal with. Everything was just as it was represented to be and they were very prompt in all of their communications. |

Thank you for the wonderful holiday we had in your villa. We found it to be comfortable, spacious and ideally situated for the theme parks, shops and places to eat. The pool area was a welcome refuge from the hot weather and we couldn't wait to plunge in after a morning in the parks! You should advise anybody booking with you in future to pack a pair of binoculars to watch the wildlife in the lake, we wished we had!

Just wanted to tell you how truly impressed we were with your home. We rent almost every year and have encountered many interesting things along the way:)
Your house was SPOTLESSLY clean, the directions you gave us were wonderful, the little neighborhood was adorable (very Key Westy) - we even saw a huge wild turkey walking around the street!
And the pool - STELLAR. It was warm and clean and the kids were in it so much and so enjoyed it that they wanted to stay and swim instead of go to an outside activity.
Just wonderful - Thank you so much.

We stayed at your place for two week in the beginning of August 2004 and it exceeded all expectations. The house looks lovely on the website, but is even better in real life.
You can believe it or not, but the chilfren enjoyed the swimming pool so mucht it was very difficult to pursuade them to go to a themepark.
A great place to be. Thanks again for a wonderful holiday.

We had a very enjoyable holiday in November. The location and comfort of the house, made our stay very relaxing.
We were near shops, golf, and amenities.
Yet the house was in a very quiet,private residential area. It was wonderful to have the pool, to come back to, to refresh in after being out and about during the day. The house was spacious, six of us stayed, and we were able to have our own space. Living area is well laid out and very comfortable. We would definately plan another visit. |

We'd like to let everybody know we had a wonderful time visiting Orlando and staying in your guest home. The house was fabulous and well worth the price.
