stay.Great location and the owners were
great to work with.The home was nice and
clean and this time of year was great for
the fishing.Most days were in the high

| We had another wonderful stay oceanside this summer. We enjoy the house with its ample room for all 12 of us. Our family is growing and the house is perfect for us. The children and grandchildren can't wait to go back to the ocean again. It is a perfect place for a family getaway and we all look forward to it each year....we have been returning for 5 years! |

We had a very enjoyable week in very comfortable beach house. We loved the 3rd floor and loved the small beach town, loved the short walk to beach and the fishing pier. Weather was wonderful for sunbathing. Best vacation ever!!!! Thank you so much Kelly. Hope to see you again soon.
Remember to see me in the mountains when in area.

Just wanted to let you know that my family really enjoyed the stay at your beach house in June. The weather was much nicer than we have experienced in August. We were lucky with the weather--not sure about the the following week though--we had a lot of rain here in Advance, and it looked like the whole state was pretty wet.
The new matresses were comfortable, and the new fridge was nice. We grilled fish several nights, which turned out great, and cleaned it before we left--there's nothing like a grill at the beach. |

| This was the first time our family had rented a beach house for a family get together to celebrate our parents' wedding anniversary. We had a great time! Kelly was wonderful to work with on scheduling our family trip. The house was so bright and cheery. Being able to walk to the beach was great. The house was clean and very comfortable. We look forward to renting from Kelly again. |

This was our first family trip with all of our children and grandchildren. Your house was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and spacious. Everyone had a great time. With all the TVs there was no fighting on how wanted to watch what and the grand children loved the viedo game. ON a scale of 1 to 10 I give your place a 10 plus. My husband and I stayed on the top floor which was beautiful the colors in the bedroom and the sunroom made you feel refreshed. I am lookeing forward to staying at your house in years to come.
also the view from our bedroom was wonderful and breathtaking. It was nice to get up of a morning and watch the waves and the fish boats on the ocean. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. |

| My family enjoyed this beautiful beach house Labor Day weekend, 2004. It was perfect for our family of 5 couples (w/2 toddlers). Each couple had their own private sleeping quarters, the baths were plentiful and the outside showers were great! The ocean views from the third floor deck were outstanding and the private walkway to the beach was perfect for the little ones (not to mention the surf fishermen in our family!) We couldn't have enjoyed it more. This property is very well kept with lots of amenities and a perfect location. Avi and Kelly, thanks for sharing! |

| There were actually three different families and we all enjoyed out stay. The home was what was advertised, clean, comfortable and all the ammenities. The balconies offer beautiful views of the ocean, especially the third floor. It is a nice quiet area without a lot of hustle and bustle of congested attractions. Although you do have to drive to some local night life, it isn't really that far. The life is really laid back and relaxed. It is a nice place to relax. |

| The Rissmiller & Turnage Bonding Week was great. The cottage, weather, food, fun and fellowship was just what we all wanted. We'd like to reserve again next year again for the third week in July 05. We offer these recommendations; handrail for steps leading to third floor, stoarge shelves in kitchen closet, mirror in outside shower and folding chairs for additional seating. Kelly and Avi, thanks for being gracious hosts. |

***We have added a handrail to the third floor. We are hoping to redecorate and add a larger dining table for next season. We also have added shelving in the pantry, added more chairs, and revamped the boardwalk with a ramp from the driveway to the deck...no more stepping stones!! Thanks for the suggestions!
****Addendum May 2005 We have refurnished the middle floor with a larger dining table and chairs, a new sectional sofa and tables in the Family room and new colors. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. We also have added a hammock stand by the deck.Look forward to seeing you this summer.

I wanted RELAXATION! The beach
house was a wonderful place to do
just that. I had not been vacationing
in about three years, and to have a
chance to enjoy oceanfront property,
wonderful weather and a stress-free
environment was absolutely what I
wanted and needed. I especially
liked that I did not have to leave the
house to enjoy the beach; I could just
sit out on the deck, read a book and
enjoy the view. The area is not as
conjested with people, so it is easier
to find good locations to shop, eat
out and enjoy the historical sites in
Wilmington. Have a memorable time
when you visit! |

| I've stayed at this beach house for the last few years and it is a great place to come to "get away from it all." It is quiet yet a short distance to plenty of action. This home is the perfect location to spend time with your family or get away with girlfriends for a few days or a week. The house is lovely on the inside and out - exceptionally well maintained. Having your own private walk to the beach makes you feel very safe. It's where I plan to spend time each summer for quite a while! |

| I rented this house for a girls vacation. It was perfect. The house has a quaint cottage feel and is located in a quiet area of the beach. We had the option of staying in to relax or going out to the nearby restaraunts and bars. We also had the option of cooking at the house or eating out. And, the short walk to the beach (just down the private boardwalk) made it easy to go back and forth from the house to the beach all day. |
