March, 2009
We returned to this Condo for the first week in February, prior to heading up to a rental house in San Pancho for the rest of the month. It was very much like coming home. The location of this Condo remains, to us, the very best in Puerto Vallarta; so near to PV’s best restaurants and attractions and yet so distant from the hectic and huge all-inclusive resorts. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to find the Super Bowl game with English commentary on the new TV just as we arrived.
This year the whale watching from the balcony was incredible! Almost every day we saw Humpback whales in the Bay, a few very close in (especially a mother with calf). We even saw a large group pass by and, from what we know about whale behaviour, this was probably a number of males in pursuit of a female. In the distance we watched whales flapping their flukes on the surface of the water and once one even breached right out of the water (had never seen that before). Other than going out to sea (which we did with Ecotours in a zodiac), this is to us the best place to see whales in Banderas Bay.
We certainly highly recommend this Condo as a great place to stay in Puerto Vallarta!

We really enjoyed the stay this Jan of 2009. The apartment was as advertised and the view was spectacular. Our son who had never been to Mexico before told us he much preferred such an apartment than any luxury resort. That means a lot. Carlos was very helpful and we were close to everything we needed. Old Vallarta has a lot to offer. The only regret was that the vacation went by too fast. |

| My wife Susan and I stayed a week in this charming affordable condo in February 2009. It was clean, cool, well-equipped and very comfortable. It's location near the Malecon, the beach, great restaurants and convenient transportation is excellent. The Chez Elena restaurant across the street is superb. A quick telephone call to Advantage rent-a-car brought a rental to our door for excursions up the coast to Bucerias, Sayulita, etc. Best of all was the wonderful interaction with Patricia, the Unit owner, and Carlos, her administrator. As usual, the weather and people of PV were the best! |

The condo was as advertised. The view was beautiful and the cool ceramic tile floors much appreciated. Carlos was extremely helpful during our visit and very gracious as well. I only wished for more quiet.
Much of the noise issue stemmed from our visit there during semana santa (holy week -the week preceding Easter Sunday). Techno-pop was blasted out from the Malacon every night until 6:00 a.m. in the morning. |

Denny Li, thanks for your comment. I will insist with authorities about the noise issue during Holidays, since I believe it is out of control,

| My husband and I spent a week in January 2008 at the Condo. It was perfect. Beautiful view of the bay with balcony and terraces. Condo was clean and cheery. The location was great. I loved being in the middle of old town, yet out of the tourist areas. I could walk everywhere- beach, restaurants, shops. Our only problem was my husband's mobility. He has difficulty walking hills and steps so we frequently used taxis- easy to get and inexpensive. |

We are returning from a month stay in this condo on the hill of the old city of Puerto Vallarta. The view is fantastic and the breeze always there. It is very centrally located. Although Frank has some mobility problems, we went down on foot but came back by Taxi which is very affordable. An interesting place to be if you want to be part of the real life of the town. |

| We have just returned from a 15-day stay in this condo in PV and we had a great vacation. The downtown location is ideal (incredible view and easily accessible to beach, shops, etc.) and everything in the condo was in good working order. Owner very pleasant and helpful. A fine address. |

My husband and I stayed one week in a quaint typical cottage overlooking the white walls and red roof tops of downtown Puerto Vallarta, the beautiful bay and Pacific Ocean. The sunsets were marvelous and access to the town below was very convenient. We recommend this wonderful spot. |

| We decided to stay in this condo because we had a 16 month old but we still wanted to experience being in real Mexico. The condo surpassed our expectations. It was great getting up to a view of the ocean and listening to the church bells. Patricia and her administrator Carlos were very helpful and Patricia even called us mid-week to check on us. Best of all was the location. Walking distance to Malecon, Isla Rio Cuale, buses, supermarkets and all the good restaurants in the old town. |

| If you want a place to stay in downtown Vallarta, I highly recommend this condo. It's 3 blocks uphill from the beach, beautiful view of the ocean (dolphin sightings every morning), close to bus stops and restaurants. Fully equiped kitchen. Owner and manager very helpful ! Would love to return soon. |

My husband and I stayed at this condo from March 24th until April 6th 2006. All questions to the owner prior to our trip were promptly answered. This condo met all of our expectations. It is well-equipped, spacious and cool. It is situated three blocks uphill from the main gathering place for locals and tourists (Malecon). We particularly appreciated the beautiful view of the bay and the magnificient sunsets. We do not hesitate to recommend this condo. Christine and Jean-Bernard LeBlanc New-Brunswick, Canada |

We just got back from your wonderful condo in Puerta Vallarta. It was a wonderful space, large, clean, comfortable in a great neighborhood. It was convenient to everything; we walked every day to the beaches and great restaurants. From our balcony we could watch the fireworks and the native musicians on the high pole near the water.
We would love to come back again; and have told all friends about what an ideal spot it is for staying in Puerta Vallarta.
Carlos was a great help in getting us oriented.

| We spent the Christmas and New Year's Holiday in Puerta Vallarta at this wonderful condo. Last year we stayed in a hotel in hotel zone at a much greater cost, less accessible and less interesting. We were fond of the location, with quick access to shopping, restaurants, the beach. The two-bedroom condo was clean, well maintained with beautiful views of the city and the ocean. This space is in the heart of the neighborhood and you could connect with a variety of local community members as well. It is an ideal vacation spot. |

We carefully chose to stay at your beautiful Condo for a month this winter. All of our expectations were either met or exceeded! We are a retired couple and decided to be in the heart of Old Town. Your Condo is nearby many excellent restaurants and interesting shopping districts. The furnishings are comfortable with a traditional Mexican appearance and the view of the Bay is truly spectacular! We thoroughly enjoyed watching the City come alive early in the morning, the cruise ships come and go, the wonderful sunsets and the evening fireworks directly in front of us. No other location seemed quite so unique and we were unable to find any place at which we would have rather have stayed. Thanks for making our visit to Puerto Vallarta so remarkable and memorable!

When we arrived at the condo we loved the beautiful view, is simply wonderful. You can see the sea, the mountains, and the lovely down town. The condo is very comfortable and nice. The kitchen is fresh, you can have breakfast looking the sea and smelling flowers. Beds and bath rooms are perfect. The condo is silently so you can sleep very well. Is near down town and the beach, so you can walk and enjoy it. Vallarta is a beautiful place and the condo is near everything so you can go and see many things and walk around. We were at the condo at the end of the day, when the sun is going down, and we saw incredible colors and clouds. Then, we saw the lights of the city turning on slowly. Some ships at the sea with their lights... To much beauty to be true, but it was. I am sorry because my english is very bad, but the condo is simply the best. My daugther and I had a very good time with very much happiness.
