Martin & Maureen We just wanted to say thank you for all your help in our stay at your home in Florida over the New Year. The home was perfect and we had a wonderful time. The kids were in the pool every moment we were there. With 5 children in tow it was a joy to have such a great kitchen for meal preparation. The location was great. The community was very quiet which we took advantage of for our daily walks. The grocery store was a 2 minute drive away and the amusement parks were very close but far enough that there was little traffic and very quiet evenings which was appreciated. This was the first time we had rented a home like this rather than use a hotel and we are hooked. We have already received our security deposit back. Thanks again.

You guys sent the BEST reply I have ever seen for rental information!!! so much information and detail.
I just found out that a few more people are wanting to join us. It will be 15 adults, total. We are one big happy family of non-drinkers and non-smokers. Hi Martin and Maureen, We stayed at your house from June 21-28,2008.We were 3 family and everybody were very comfortable,the house was very spacious kids had fun playing around,internet service was great the adults was content with it averybody had a blast in the pool and the kids were always in a hurry to go home from a day out just so they could swim again.The house location is convenient to everything the parks,Sea world , Grocery, Restaurant, etc..and Thank you Martin for providing that information before hand it was very helpful.We were surely home away from home, we were able to do everything we usually do at home.I would surely recommend your villa to my freinds.

We just wanted to say, our stay at your house was wonderful. Your home is even nicer in person than in the pictures. Until you are there you have no idea how open and roomy your home is.
The best way I can put it is that Sandy said she felt like she was home. She doesn't say that normally. I only wish our house was as nice. We did try sending about 14 pictures but ran into a problem. Once we figure out what we are doing wrong we will send them again.
We are actually going to have one of the sunset from your patio overlooking the lake blown up and framed. At least on the computer the picture is stunning. We have a picture framed from a vacation in Tennessee that it will be hung next to.
It was a pleasure doing business with you. From our first contact you were there for any questions with a timely response. It is always a little scary dealing over the Internet but you put my mind at ease quickly. We signed the guest book in your house. we hope this note in your line book will help someone decide to stay at your home.
I did want to mention that on Sunday it rained and your gutters are blocked. The rain came pouring over the sides so you might want to ask your Management Company to have them cleaned out. Between the pine needles and weight of the water in the gutter that can cause damage. I know well since I had about 10 trees cut down at my house several years ago because the were always getting blocked.
I hope that when we return to Florida several years from now your house will still be available. I will check for that first. I also wanted to say that the free Internet and phone calls is a great service. We used the Internet for directions to several places we went to and several other things that made our stay even easier.
My wife liked using your phone since it had better reception than our cell phone. Cell phones are great but not always clear. I hope the pictures we send you show how open and comfortable your home is.
Thank you again for everything. We could not have had a better time or been more happy with your beautiful home. I will e-mail you again when we send the pictures to make sure you got them all. Regards and best wishes, Sandy and Bill

I know that if we were looking for a Villa to rent, then your appraisal would certainly go a long way in our decision making. We thank you and Sandy so much for the updated, photographs. as we believe it is important to keep up to date.
We totally agree with you that the Sunset from the Lanai is absolutely idylic and stunning, when somebody previously said that the views were 'something to die for' they were not wrong.
Thanks also for the update re the guttering, we will pass this on the Management Company for immediate attention.

We stayed from 4/14/07 to 4/21/07. The house was all we hoped for and more. It truely is a home away from home. The pool and whirlpool were large and clean. The large patio had a roof over it stopping at the screened in pool so you can sit and chat in privacy rain or shine. Martin was a great help from our first contact. I am not 100% comfortable with internet rentals but any questions I had Martin answered ASAP. You are within 3 miles of I-4 which takes you to all the parks and the other main highway to Orlando's Airport. From the time we pulled out of the driveway in less than 20 minutes we were getting out of our car at Epcot. There is a supermarket 2 blocks from the entrance from I-4. Prices are great and if you plan to eat in to save money you will save a bundle. If you have a laptop bring it. We used ours to get directions to everything. The internet and phone service are in the price so you don't pay extra. That is a wonderful deal for people with children. The sunsets are beautiful and when on the patio or in the pool you have a wonderful view. We wanted a quiet and private vacation and Martin's villa allowed that to happen for us. |

| Our family rented the Eureka during Christmas holiday. Our children tr aveled from Ohio and Ill. with two grandchildren that we had not seen for 5 months. EVERYONE LOVED the home and pool. We had so much room and one bedroom was not even used. The kids played in the pool every spare minute with grandpa and his sinking plastic beer bottle. I hated to return home b/c the house was so nice. We had a couple of problems that needed attention and Keith Hallas the rental agent was there within the hour to fix the sweeper and fire alarms which kept beeping..They were so nice. Neighbors were nice also at least they smiled and said hello. We just had a great time and getting to Disney was very quick..Look at a map there is an easy way to avoid a backup on Rt. 4. | I am taking my grandchildren and their parents to Disney for the first time and want everything to be magical for them. Martin has made the preparation a lot easier and very pleasant by replying to my questions almost immediately (and I have had many). I am sure I will be entering the guest book with a positive tesimony after our stay. My brother has already driven by the area and was delighted as I am sure we will be. |

| The place was dirty!!! The mangement company had to come back to clean the floors our first day. After that we cleaned the rest ourselves. There was fresh blood stains on the mattress pad. What a health hazard!! The table was set with dirty dishes. We had to wash all the dishes, bedding and linens before we could use them. We do not recommend this place. |

The above comments are the feedback from a family who stayed in our 'Executive luxury Villa and allowed their pets to jump / climb and lounge all over our furniture and bedding, during their stay.
They were charged a 'Comfort' clean of $95.00 from their $300 deposit, for the disrespect they showed to OUR home AND property.
We ask that if you read all the positive feedback for ALL our Villa's, then we verily believe that you will agree that these allegations have completely no foundation whatsoever.
We then ask... "Would you like to sleep in a bed or sit on a chair which has been adorned by animal genitalia"...?
We have since received from this family 3 e-mails (to date) containing nearly 1,100 words / 81 lines & 11 paragraphs accusing both our management company and us of being nothing more than thieves and crooks..... and stealing from them $95.00 and that they have now threatened us with their intention to litigate
Please feel free to contact our website and we will provide a full transcript of e-mails and their threatening behaviour.
By virtue of their actions these people suggest that they are nothing more than PROFESSIONAL COMPLAINERS who appear to enjoy threatening people with the suggestion that they actually pay them compensation for staying in our Homes or they will Sue.........

Addendum : - As to date (July 4th) we have not received any notification as to the intended litigation threats. WE therefore still stand by our claim, that these people are nothing more than scare mongers, who treat people and their property with nothing more than contempt.

| Very nice home, Management Company does a great job of keeping home and pool very clean, Air Conditioning worked perfect. only drawback was there was no Internet connection as advertised and it should be made a little more child proof window locks up high and maybe a door alarm(my 6 year old figured out how to open windows)great location 10-15 minute ride to Disney Attractions. would definitely reccomend friends to stay here and we would stay here again . |

| We truly enjoyed our week in Eureka. It was convenient to the Disney Parks and a wonderful refuge from them as well. Pool was great. Plenty of room for 9 of us and we could have had more. Convenient shopping. |

Hi Martin. I just wanted to say, thank you for letting us rent your wonderful home. Even though the A/C stopped working the pool was very refreshing, Plus it rained the whole week we were there. we did however use the pool to the fullest extent.

Hi Marlon. It was great to receive your feedback, having checked out the A/C it is now working fine... The problem may have been created if any of the doors or windows are left open in the house.. (these need to be left closed for the full effect of A/C.

| We recently stayed at the Villa Eureka (Grand Reserve) and had a great time. We were not disappointed, the Villa Eureka is a very beautiful and spacious rental home with a very nice screened in pool. The home is located in a very beautiful and well maintained gated community. Also,the home is conveniently located, requiring only a short drive to all the major attractions in and around the Orlando, Florida area. Another reason our trip was so pleasant was the friendly and helpful owners, Martin and Sarah. You will never find nicer, more helpful people than them. This was our first experience vacationing in a rental home, but it will not be our last. It sure beats the heck out of a hotel stay. |
