We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was nicely decorated and very clean. Location was excellent. The owner was very helpful about the golf courses. A wonderful place to stay for the serious golfer. Resort priv. allows one to play at a discounted rate.

We had a wonderful time here! Very comfortable accommodations, close walk or bike ride to beach, and prompt, friendly communications with the owner. This villa overlooks the pool at the Tennis Club Villas in East Beach. It is very private, though, as the trees afford a bit of privacy filter from the pool. This is a very quiet area, even during the busy season of summer when we were there. Also it is easy biking or walking distance to the Town Center market and cafe. Be sure to stop at Rosebank Farms market on John's Island right before the Kiawah/Seabrook entrances! We visited there several times during our stay. Wonderful fresh vegetables and local seafood! Be sure to note whether or not a listing has resort privileges, as this one does, because if you want access to any of the resort/island pools you will need it. This also give you discounts on golf and tennis, the kids' camp, and priority reservations for the restaurants and spa, and more. Kiawah is top-notch in our book, whether you are a golfer, tennis player, nature lover, or family with kids who want a fun beach vacation.

Exactly as advertised. Owner very helpful, was in touch immediately. Unit roomy for 1 BR, 1 bath. Quiet, as pool was inactive when we were here at end of April 2004. Kitchen fairly well equipped, but don't plan sophisticated cooking. I advise bring own beach chairs, as none supplied, and rentals very expensive ($10/chair/day.) Full resort priveleges a nice feature, as we had access to most areas, reduced fees and linen service without extra charges.

This is a very nice place - with even prettier views than the pictures seem to show. The location is excellent, as it's on the second floor and looking out from the deck into the trees and through to the pool is like being in a tree house. A nice "filtered" view. It's also very private as the people at the pool really can't see you. Also, just around the corner is the tennis club and a nice little deli/store with an informal grill (and excellent food). It's also a fairly spacious place for a one bedroom. The owner is a nice and flexible person to deal with. We stayed here 4 days at one of the busiest times of the year, but it was still very private and quiet.
