| We just returned from Carolina Beach and had a wonderful time. The location is excellent and the condo is very well equipped for any of your needs. I love the lazy relxing feel of the area and cannot wait to return. Definitly will recommend to my friends. |

| What a wonderful condo! We stayed from June 2-9th and just loved Carolina Beach. This condo really had everything you needed from the umbrellas and beach chairs down to the kitchen utensils. Very clean and cozy and the view is just breathtaking from the balcony. I would return in a minute and recommend to anyone. The beach is just seconds away! Carolina Beach is very quaint, quiet and relaxing. We hated to leave! Southport was a fun day trip as well by way of ferry. Overall we had a great vacation, thank you for the rental-we would love to return. |

I spent an entire month at the condo this past March/April. The reasonable price made this lenghth of a stay possible. I could not have been more pleased with the location (best on the beach) and the condition of the condo itself. The decor was well designed, upkeep impeccable and I wanted for nothing (the washer/dryer was a bonus). I was within walking distance to everything I needed except the post office. The weather made it necessary to use both the air conditioning and furnace with in a weeks span and both kept me very comfortable. I saw dolphins swimming by three times! During a high wind storm that lasted wind storm that lasted over 24 hours, the sway of the condo was unnerving, but a good story to share when I returned home! The final week I had two guests arrive and things got tight, but for three adults it can be done.
The only reason I would not return would be the number of travelers was greater than three. |

| This was our first time to Carolina Beach and we think we had the BEST location on the island. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and strolling the beach every evening. The condo had everything you could possibly need and was very clean and updated. We will definately be back next year. Thank you Sean & Betsy for sharing your condo with us. The Mahlmans |

| Great condo. Everything we needed and more. We had a great week, very relaxing. We went to historic Wilmington and did the lunch cruise on Henreitta II and did the trolley tour. We also went to Southport by way of the ferry. Calabash is the best place for seafood. I could have spent the entire week on the beaach and the deck and never gotten bored. |

| I had a wonderful time at Carolina Beach. Our condo was awesome and so very clean. Everything was new and the decorating was very well done. We stayed August6-13th. We had a great time at your condo! View from the deck is spectatcular. We really enjoyed our time here. If you get a chance, try the Deck House restaurant and Hula Grill. The food is delicious. Historic Wilmington is also beautiful. So much history. Thanks so much. We hope to return again.

Just a short trip but has a wonderful time. Very relaxing. If you do any deep sea fishing, go to Carolina Coastal Adventures and request "Shaw". He is an outstanding guide and takes you to where the "real" fishing is. Thanks for the use of such a beautiful condo. Hope to come again soon!

my wife and i stayed here and had a very enjoyable time. From the balcony you have a gorgeous view of the ocean and beach. Though not huge, the living room is all you could need as is the kitchen which is open to this space. we were impressed by the cleanliness of the condo,too.
I am a walker so i was very pleased by how close the boardwalk is. The fishing boats are only a 5 minute walk, and various restaurants are scattered about.
Otherwise, downtown Wilmington is only a 10 minute drive north and Fort Fisher is about the same south.
This is an excellent place to stay.
