| We had a great family vacation in this condo. It was very nicely furnished and oh so comfortable. Deer Park is a great place to take the family and there is so much to do right there on the grounds-swimming in a beautiful lake or indoor pool, horseshoes, tennis, walking adventures, family gatherings at the gazebo or indoor facilities. Combined with this great condo and the Deer Park setting, you will not be disappointed. Dan was great to deal with and we thank him for a memorable vacation. |

| The condo was absolutaly beautiful! We enjoyed the fireplace and the private deck overlooking the woods. All of the staff at the recreation center were very friendly and helpful. I will definately rent this condo again. |

| We enjoyed the condo very much. It was spacious, we had four adults and three kids. The bunk beds are a great help! We used the rec center because it was right next door. It is a bright, pleasant space! And the skiing was great too! |

| This unit was very well kept, had a great open floor plan, nice size rooms and plenty of closet space. The location is great as well being right next to the lake,clubhouse, and having the river behind you is really nice. We had a great week!!! |

We had a super time. The weather was awesome; the condo was terrific (clean and everything we could use. Loved the open living area and size of the rooms. We loved the location - near the Rec Ctr and Lake. We did rock climbing, found Lost River's caves, mini-golfed, played wallyball, basketball, tennis, did tons of swimming in the lake and pool, and "cascaded" down the Cascades. My husband fell in love with your fireplace and the view. We also loved hearing the sounds of the water falls behind the unit. One week was definitely too short for us but was extremely appreciated since we hadn't been to Deerpark in a long time. It is a favorite get-away, even for my extended family.
Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your unit. Your considerations for our vacation were extremely appreciated. |

Our stay at your Deer Park property was very pleasant. It was very convient to get to our sons graduation at PSU. Seeing the long line of trafic on the northbound side of the highway was all worth it!
The condo was well equiped and clean. My whole family loved the relaxing surroundings. Your rental process was easy to understand and convient.
I would highly recomend your condo to any family who has a PSU graduation,or just a relaxing time away!

| We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this vacation home to anyone. It is perfect for families, our children loved the recreation center and the lake. The unit had everything we needed and was very clean and spacious. The owner was wonderful to deal with and we appreciated it when he called to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We will be back again for sure! |

The condo was perfect for us and the kids enjoyed the Rec center. Your opening and closing instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The book with the local restaurant info was a huge help... great idea. Loved Lincoln as it was so easy to find everything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was roomier than it appeared in the pictures, and the views of the woods were great. On three of the mornings we woke up to fresh snow. The kitchen was well equipped (3 corkscrews!), and we enjoyed big late breakfasts and evening snacks by the fire. We're glad you choose to rent. It was a good place for a family gathering. The entire complex is laid out to take advantage of the natural setting and the location is great for both winter and summer actvities.

Our family would highly recommend a family vacation stay in this condo. It was so easy to find and a quick trip from Boston. We enjoyed the spacious, well kept condo. The kitchen was stocked with all of the things we needed to cook our meals. The boys (8,5,3) loved the lake and the double bunk beds.
The condo is in an ideal location! We were able to visit many of the area attractions i.e. The Flume, Storyland. When we visit the White Mountains, we will never stay in a hotel again. We recommend this vacation to any family. |

This was our 2nd stay at the condo. It is spacious and clean with nice views. We love the location and the grounds. It has a small 'nature trail' around the pond and a short walk to the Pemi River. We did not use the Rec center but it is great to know it's there in case of rain. We had perfect spring weather.

| Deer Park and Dan,s Condo were wonderful.The Condo was very clean with everything you would need for a spectacular vacation.Location,Location,Location. Always something to do. Condo has all the key amenities.We have rented other units in Deer Park, but this one has others beat. Dan is also right on top of things. Great communicator and would definately rent it again. | My husband and I would highly recommend a family vacation stay in this condo. Our children loved the indoor pool, the lake and the double bunk beds in their bedroom;-) My husband and I enjoyed the spacious, meticulous condo. The view from all windows was spectacular. The kitchen was stocked with all of the cooking accessories needed to eat in when we chose not to dine out. We enjoyed the outdoor porch in the evening. We were able to have family cookouts by the lake as well as take walks by the river directly behind the condo. The condo is in an ideal location! We were able to visit many of the area attractions i.e. The Flume, Lost River etc. etc. I also enjoyed using the exercise room during our vacation! We had a wonderful, memorable week! We recommend this vacation to any family. |

| We enjoyed a wonderful week at this condo. The unit is spacious and nicely laid out. We especially enjoyed the distant view of Cannon Mt. and the abundance of sunshine streaming in during the sunny days. Having the rec center and ice skating so close was a real bonus. We have rented other units in Deer Park and the Loon area but this one has the others beat. Definitely would rent again! |

| This condo is spectacular. First of all, the owners are very friendly and easy to work with. Secondly, the condo was extremely tidy and clean. It was very spacious and had great extras including the fact that it is close to the lobby and lake. The owner has taken the time to prepare a binder full of local activities, stores, and restaurant recommendations complete with menus, locations, and hours of operations (even those with delivery!). There is plenty to do with 2 ski resorts near by and the beautiful New Hampshire mountains always in view. Overall, this is a great place for a getaway! |

Easy access of I-93, and as you drive in to the Resort you'll fall in love at first site, sm. lake in front of Club house and the White Mountains in the background.

We had a great time in your condo! Very spacious!! The kids loved the bunk beds and my wife and I loved the view of the river and the fireplace. Your condo was extremely clean and inviting and your professionalism made renting from enjoyable. After skiing we spent many hours playing in the pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi. The video rentals in the rec. center was a nice touch too for the kids. Thank you for opening up your home to us. We will will be renting from you again.
