Unit 802 is beautifully decorated, close to the elevator, and has a spectacular view from the living area and the bedroom. This is the perfect place to stay in Gulf Shores! |

| The condo was beautiful. Everything we needed and much more for a fun spring break. Weather wasn't the greatest but we made due with other activities like shopping and site seeing. We enjoyed playing baseball on the beach and just being outdoors. The kids loved all three pools. LuLu's restaurant was the best. This is a must eat place. Good food, great atmosphere, fun for the adults and kids. The condo was clean and listening to the Gulf everynight was great. Thanks for letting us rent it. |

| Our stay at the Lighthouse (unit 802) was delightful. The interior of this unit is warm and cozy with a wonderful use of color. It was pure luxury to have the master bedroom suite with the huge closet and the whirlpool bath. The kids enjoyed the pirate-themed bunk bedroom with the tv during their down time. We spent most of our days making sand castles on the beach or swimming in the pool. We ate at Lamberts (with the throwed rolls and the prankster waiters) and the Waffle House across the street for kicks. Our final night was spent at my husband's favorite place in the world, DeSoto's. It was a memorable week and I wish we were still there. |

We thoroughly enjoyed our two month stay in 802. It is pleasantly decorated, was well furnished for our needs, and had a wonderful view of the beach and gulf. We always felt safe in the condo and even on the beach after dark.
We enjoyed eating at the Steamer and Ducks, but ate at a variety of places, all of which were good. We also really enjoyed the area golf courses (we played at 14 of them) and with one or two exceptions found them worth the money. We will certainly consider 802 as our first choice if we are able to come back next year. |

I LOVED the condo:0) I stayed their a week in October for my honeymoon. The beach is beautiful and the attractions are plenty! I love that area because it is family or couple oriented. The condo was clean and spacious. Mark you were great from the start. VERY helpful. Thanks again for the opportunity to rent your beautiful condo. We greatly appreciate it!

Mark and Debra - We stayed in your condo the week of July 29 - August 3 and absolutely loved it. It was our first trip to Gulf Shores and we definitely plan to be back. The condo was perfect for our family of four. Its very well equipped and I loved the coffee maker. For some reason, it made the best tasting coffee (maybe it was the ocean view that made everything
taste better). Our 15 year old was able to go parasailing and the whole family enjoyed a 2 hour dolphin cruise. The restaurants in the area were great. We especially liked the Original Oyster House and The Crab
Trap. Waterville USA was also a blast. I think we caught the tail end
of the tourist season because the lines and wait time were low
everywhere we went. All-in-all, one of the best vacations our family has
taken. We hope to do it again next year and would definitely like to stay
in your condo. I'm sure we'll be in touch. Thanks again. |

This condo was beautifully decorated. The balcony was great to just sit and enjoy the gulf. Just is a great condo for people with little ones, because it is so reasonably priced. Mark's book of things to do and places to eat at was really nice to have. I would recommend every one eat at Desoto's. We go there every time. Sea and Suds is great and it is within walking distance of the condo. I would recommend gulf shores to everyone it is a great place to go.

We stayed at the condo from 7/07/07-7/14/07. The condo really is beautiful, just like the pictures. The view from the balcony is perfect. Our two children (ages 2 & 4) loved the pirate room and the stash of games. We got a lot of good ideas from the book that Mark & Debra had prepared. I emailed Mark for a suggestion on a
place to eat for our last and night and he responded very quickly. The Louisianna Lagniappe was great (a little expensive) but definately worth it. Thanks again, Mark & Debra for letting us enjoy your wonderful place. |

We loved staying in the Lighthouse 802. It is a beautiful condo- the best we have stayed in ever!
The girls loved the box full of games under the bunk beds and having their own TV and DVD player their room. (Their dad and I loved the ease in which they went to bed at night!) The fountain pools and hot tubs were a big hit with them too!
Our favotite place to eat was
LULU'S. It was FANTASTIC! The girls loved the idea of playing outside while our food was being prepared.
We also liked Track. The bumper boats were a big hit. Of course, when Greg rode them with Logan, they were immediately attacked for being the only adult and only GIRL in the pool! It was hilarious to watch! Greg and Logan were soaking wet and Mary Morgan and I were roaring with laughter! The Skyrocket is FUN to watch from the stands, but we would NEVER do it!

| Lighthouse 802 is perfection! As a 25 year veteran of the travel industry, I have visited hotels and condo world-wide. The is by far the best of the best. If you visit Gulf Shores, don't miss an opportunity to go to Foley and eat at The Gift Horse restaurant and enjoy a shake at Stacy's Old-Time Drug Store and Soda Fountain...well worth the trip! |

Unlike some condos I have stayed at this was extremely well stocked with everything from lots of cookware and utensils to a game bin for the kids! I was with 3 other families all in their own condo and ours far better stocked and nicely decorated. |

Our beach vacation here in Gulf Shores was just what we had hoped for -- a lot of relaxation and time on the beautiful beach. The condo was perfect for our family and made it very easy to stay with children. It is decorated so nice and had everything that we needed. We especially liked the master bedroom and bunkroom with cool TV! The binder with tips on restaurant, recreation, etc. was very helpful. Thanks for everything and we hope to be back again soon!

We spent the weekend after Christmas at the Gulf...spent time on the beach, in the indoor pool, the outdoor pools and spa! We began and ended our day with a meal on the patio and went to sleep listening to the waves crash against the beach! INCREDIBLE!!! |

My husband and I stayed at your condo at the Lighthouse from 8/21/06-8/25/06 and it was wonderful. We celebrated our 30th anniversay while we were there. The condo is very very beautiful. The view from the master bedrooms king size bed was breathtaking. You could see all the way down the beach lying in bed. The weather was great, enjoyed wonderful food and hated our stay had to end. We would love to stay in your condo next time we are at the coast.

The view of the Gulf from the living room, master bedroom and the balcony was super! The unit was everything it was advertised to be and our hosts were very helpful. The condo was more than we expected. It was decorated very nicely, the beds were extremely comfortable, the view from the balcony was awesome, and the people at the front desk were very pleasant and very helpful. Of all the vacations we took to the gulf or to the ocean this was the first time we saw a dolphin jump completely out of the water - not only once but three times. The restaurants were very good, especially Mikee's. The golf courses were in excellent shape. The vacation was PERFECT.

| My family and I stayed in this unit over memorial day weekend. I was astonished upon entering the unit...it was beautiful! Mark was exceptionally wonderful. He was pleasant and he went out of his way to keep me updated on payments received, booking confirmation, etc. There was some construction going on at the Phoenix but that really wasn't a problem. For the most part, the staff was great at the Phoenix....there was one who was not very pleasant. In all, wonderful trip and I will be returning! |

| We really enjoyed our visit to Orange Beach. The condo was excellent - very clean and comfortable - and the view from the balcony was great. This was our first trip to the Gulf, and we spent the majority of our time enjoying the sand, surf, and swimming pools. We tried a different restaurant each evening, and enjoyed every meal. I was even able to bribe my 11-year old daugher to try a raw oyster with me!! We found the area and people to be very family friendly, and we hope to get back again in the near future. |

We always stay in Phoenix III, but this was our first time in this unit. We loved the decor, especially the "kissing fish" over the dining table! The tile floors were a suprise as well as the quality of the furnishings. The weather was perfect, but the water had a lot of seaweed. We tried Mikee's Seafood for the first time and loved it! We also went on Cold Mil Fleet Dolphin Cruise and saw a lot of dolphins and had a great boat ride. We will definitely stay here again next year! |

| This was a great vacation. The condo is super nice with great decoration and all the utensils, including serving dishes of all kinds, that you would ever need. We liked that because we ate in quite a bit. We tried Jumbo's but were not as impressed as we had hoped for the expense of the food. Lambert's was terrific and we have decided to eat there twice a week when vacationing the area instead of trying to find a good seafood place. I hope we can come again next year. |

This condo is first-class in its decor, location and quality. The views from the balcony (which you can also see from the master bedroom) are BREATHTAKING, and we were happily surprised by the quality of the furniture, the bedding and of the overall cleanliness and spaciousness of the condo as well. The Phoenix III building has an outdoor pool which is gorgeous, along with an indoor pool with two hot tubs and we enjoyed all the amenties! If anyone would like to email us for any further recommendations, please feel free to do so---- we would go back to this condo again and again and would give it an A++++ rating.
