Thank you so much for allowing us to make this our "home away from home." These last two weeks have been extremely relaxing and fun. It has been six months since we were together as a family, and even though it was only two weeks we all had some really great bonding moments. Watching movies on the cold days and sight seeing were so much fun! We would love to come back in the summer months to enjoy the beach more!

You've thoughtfully prepared your place for multiple uses and audiences; we appreciated the notebook of local attractions, well-kept house and lawn, and dinners easily prepared with gear in the kitchen. We have long considered a vacation at the Long Island Sound but, being originally from Long Island, it took an "ah-ha!" moment to consider doing it on the Connecticut shore. We enjoyed the comfort of your home with all its pleasant touches. It served as a serene base for all our activities - beach, theatre and site-seeing. The sunsets are uniquely beautiful and the bird-watching soothing. Thank you for providing all the comforts of home, and the flowers. And the Bocci set!

These last 3 weeks have been such a refreshing Blessing for Nick & me - and our family. It has been so evident that you have done so much to "the cottage" to make it an awesome retreat for all who come here. It was very well equipped in every area, which made it so easy to move in and relax.

Interesting how the views of the marsh can change - from green golden grasses to shimmering water - all in one day! My mother is a "Gillette", a relative of William Gillette. This family connection prompted our visit to the Gillette Castle. That was a great, memorable day! Please know that we appreciated the cleanliness of your cottage and convenient location. Sorry we didn't get a chance to meet you.

Lovely cottage in a superb location for sightseeing. Weather was hot and sunny for our entire stay. Didn't get a chance to spend a lot of time on the beaches as there was so much to see and do.
We had memorable visits to Boston and New York and highly recommend visiting the Mashantucket Pequot Museum and Gillette Castle via the ferry.
Thank you Ivey and Rocco for everything. We have all thoroughly enjoyed our time spent in Connecticut and have lots of happy memories to take back to England with us.

We love the house. It was very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The outdoor shower is great! The queen bed is so comfortable. It's obvious that the house is well cared for.
