Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us! From start to finish everything was exceptional! We enjoyed celebrating Monica's birthday at "13" restaurant and later at "Iggies" for karaoke - You two are awesome!!! We were a little nervous about driving here in St. Thomas, but with both of your help, ideas of places to eat at & see, and maps it was so easy! The suite is perfectly located to everything. Things we enjoyed: (1) Staring our day with coffee overlooking beautiful TuTu Bay on our private deck "Breakfast in Paradise". (2) Beaches: Magens Bay, Coki Beach, and Smith Bay. (3) A couple of days of just relaxing by the pool enjoying the great views with our Ipod music playing & fighting over who got the hammock!!!
(4) A day sail around St. Thomas & snorkeling from Red Hook with Dave was terrific! (5) Evenings in the hot tub with the full moon lighting up the sky (aah! So relaxing after a day in the sun! Who could ask for more!!) Food: The cheeseburgers, salads, and wings at "Jack's" were a must and so close by! Red Hook is great for evening dinners & only a short 10 minute drive away. We tried "lotus" at happy hour for sushi, "XO Bistro" - salads & crab cakes, "East End Cafe" (Italian & great dessert! "Amigo's for Mexican & view of the harbor! The "Udder Delight" ice cream cream shop out by Magens Bay, sunset at "Blue Moon Cafe"! One can't say enough about how amazing our vacation has been! We loved everything & plan to visit HarmonySuite again soon! Tom & Monica - your genuine hospitality was greatly appreciated. You two have thought of everything!!! Thank you both for an unforgettable vacation!!! God bless you both.

Your follow-up phone call after my e-mail inquiry really sealed the deal for us...and we are so glad we chose HarmonySuite. We just know this was the right spot for us after reading previous guest comments on your web page.
We just love the sound of the rustling palms, the roosters morning - and night? (are they confused!), the wind chimes, tree frogs at night. We loved the hot tub every night - looking at the stars and watching for shooting stars - we did see a couple! Peter did 2 dives with Aqua Action Dive Center in Secret Harbor - very good dives - we would recommend that company. We snorkeled at Secret Harbor, Sapphire Beach (saw a large sea turtle), Coki (amazing - litterally surrounded by all kinds of fish), Smith Bay (a couple of large rays, an octopus, school of tiny squid).
We enjoyed the BBQ at night so we didn't have to go out in the dark. Enjoyed "Room With a View" one night - food was excellent - & great view (we ate outside). All in all - a perfect holiday - and a great start attending church with you. Thanks for inviting us!
(So glad we came here instead of St. John!). We almost booked Sapphire Beach - that would have been a huge disappointment, as they look a bit run down. HarmonySuite is THE BEST!

We had the best time at our stay here in St. Thomas. I'm so glad we decided to stay at HarmonySuite. Our week was full of the best experiences one could enjoy in their life. Tiffany & I went beach hopping from Magens Bay to Cinnamon Bay in St. John. We enjoyed the color of the water, the different types of plants, the smells of the island, and hearing the waves hitting the rocks. One day we took a breakaway tour to the BVI. Awesome!
The beauty of the island and our experiences of it helps us worship Jesus because it reminds us of the glorious new earth He will come back to re-create. It made us so thankful to Him for dying in our place to remove our sin debt so that we could enjoy these experiences with Him for eternity.

I really don't know where to begin. We come to St. Thomas each year in November, but I must say that finding HarmonySuite was a real blessing this year. Frank & I had the most amazing time, and, after 16 years of marriage I think we fell in love all over again. Our lives at home in Pennsylvania tends to be a little "stressful" at times, between work and family, etc. that at times we seem to take things for granted and miss out on a lot of things, not to mention time spent away from one another. Spending quality time with Frank alone these 10+ days has been a blessing and something we will not soon forget. We thank you both for sharing your piece of paradise with us. We really enjoyed the pool, decks, and spa. Tom - your breakfasts were great - and Frank was so impressed and enjoyed them so much, he promises to make them for me every morning!! "Tom & Monica or should I say Monica & Tom, where do I begin. Upon arrival I was overwhelmed by Tom's hospitality. The way you took the initiative to show us around the island was going above and beyond the expectations that I held for you. I would come back here in a heartbeat. In fact, this suite would encourage me to go to St. Thomas over any other Caribbean destination. Monica's breakfast is so simple, yet so satisfying. It was wonderful having the place cleaned during the midpoint of the trip; it felt like a brand new place. Take it from me, you must try all of their suggestions (especially Oceana). One of the best things about their suggestions is that they do not have you waste your time checking out tourist traps. They ask you what you are looking for out of your trip, and then point you in the right direction. As the trip comes to the end I am sad to leave, but will always smile when I think of the love and happiness that this vacation had. As you read this journal you seem to see the same things over and over. I hope this love nest serves you as well as it did us. Thank you Tom & Monica once again for everything you have done. Thank you so much for everything. From the time we landed at the airport last Sunday until today, you guys have been unbelievable. You are both so kind and selfless and it shows in your actions. The suite has been everything we hoped for and more. Your recommendations, help and friendship over the last week have made our honeymoon a memory we will cherish forever. Thanks again!!!
In order to help those staying in the future, here is an itinerary of what we did each day:
Day 1 (Sunday) - arrive - RELAX in the hot tub when you get here!
Day 2 (Monday) - went to the beach at the Wyndham Sugar Bay Resort - very pretty (hammock & chairs were free) - a little rocky. We also went to Sapphire Beach. Very pretty also. A little crowded. Good snorkeling (you can meet turtles here - they will swim right up to you). Got a massage from Hyacinth - SHE IS AWESOME! (Out on the deck - it was so relaxing). Ate at Molly Malone's for dinner - OK - think chili's w/an island flare. (Oh, & Jack's for lunch - GREAT!)
Day 3 (Tuesday). Magen's Bay - touristy but beautiful. Rented kayak and paddled to "Little Magen's Beach" - AWESOME! Beautiful & secluded. Dinner at Indigo - GO HERE! - Atmosphere & food are great.
Day 4 (Wednesday). St. John trip w/car - you must go to Cinammon Bay Beach - Sooo pretty. Hiked to Leinster Bay Beach and swam to Watermelon Cay (Island) - just OK - bring snorkels if you go. Dinner at Whale of a Tale - disappointing - go somewhere else.
Day 5 (Thursday). Coki Beach - lots of fun - snorkeling is great. Local flare - get there early!! Ate dinner at Herve' - GREAT food, atmosphere & service - their key lime pie was delicious.
Day 6 (Friday). Shopped all day - for jewelry go to Spectrum and see Jad (located in alley by Foot Locker - tell him Cari from AL sent you). Vendors WILL bargain. Ate dinner at Epernay in Frenchtown. (reasonably priced & good food).
Day 7 (Saturday). Day trip to Virgin Gorda, Diamond Reef, Marina Key and Jost Van Dyke through Breakaway Tours. AWESOME! MUST DO THIS!! Bring swim shoes & underwater camera. It was the highlight of our trip! Ate dinner at Oceana. Great view & atmosphere. Good food. Nice owner.
Day 8 (Sunday). Sulked about having to leave.
TIPS: Stay left, be careful around sharp turns, lots of sunscreen, stay on two-number roads, and have a great time. Take lots of pictures."

Our boys really enjoyed their first stay in St. Thomas. They looked forward to Tom ringing the bell each morning so they could help him feed the fish. The highlight after feeding the fish was seeing what was for breakfast. The breakfast was delicious and such a special treat. We enjoyed the room service each day with a beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea.
As we talked last night about leaving today, our 7 year old's eyes filled up with tears as he stated he "didn't want to leave". Our 4 year old said he "wanted to stay 100 more days".

Thank you for providing us a beautiful oasis on our vacation. Although the start of our trip was a little stressful, with a local hitting us in the back of our car, it was clear that we were more than just guests. Tom stayed with us the whole time we waited for the police (2 hours) and then took us to the police station until everything was completed. We can't thank you enough for being there for us and trying to help make the best of the situation. It did give us the opportunity to learn more about you and the highlights of the island.
When we finally got to the suite, it was totally breathtaking. The pictures do not compare to its real beauty. The views and amenities are absolutely incredible. We enjoyed all the special touches and were able to relax and enjoy each other throughout the trip.
We will always keep HarmonySuite close to our hearts since it was here that we renewed our wedding vows for our 10th year anniversary. Thanks for helping plan this event and Tom for taking the beautiful pictures. It was all a wonderful experience. We will definitely keep in touch and hope to be back again one day.

We spent a week at this private villa for our 16th wedding anniversary. You have to be there to really appreciate the beauty of this place. We felt like we owned a private villa for a week. Everything was just great. The villa, the jacuzzi, the pool and of course the privacy...!!!

The most memorable first vacation of our lives that we will tell all of our loved ones about. Starting from the time we arrived, to the time we departed. The amount of time and preparation the both of you dedicated in helping me plan to surprise Rick with renewing our wedding vows is so appreciated. Starting with picking up my pastor and his wife at the airport, to opening your home and allowing them to stay at your condo on Mahogany Run Golf Course, going to Sapphire Beach to take photos of Rick and I because we don't have any wedding photos, surprising him with Pastor Steve and Sandy walking up behind him. That picture says it all about our vacation. God's surprises that he has for our lives.
The views from HarmonySuite are so surreal they take your breath away and allow you to feel you are the only one experiencing it. Words can not describe how highly we recommend this place! There was so much we enjoyed, from the beautiful view, the decor of the suite, to the great personalities of the hosts ( Tom and Monica are THE best!) We actually felt like it was a home away from home and hated to leave. We love coming to St. Thomas and from now on, will NEVER stay anywhere else.
I also want to note that I was SO comfortable in the suite, and am 7 months pregnant. Highly recommended for the travelling pregos out there! Especially if you're as hard to please as I am! :) Tom and Monica have created a true haven for travellers. You will love them and HarmonySuite. |

"By the time you read this it will be two weeks past our scheduled departure date. The S.W.A.T. team will have done it's job, dragging us out of the coziness of the grotto of goodness you call HarmonySuite.
Our refusal to leave will have made headlines early on, as we issued our demands via email; the right to wake to a little tiny bell announcing breakfast, the right to have beautiful, heavenly dreams & visions every time we lay down (I'm not kidding about this...It's been happening every night and afternoon), the right to have peace & quiet all the time, and the right to exist in a bright sphere of love.
Your prayers and good wishes and love have put a spin on every atom and molecule that make up this place, and it can be felt as plain as the nose on your face.
Someday science will prove that love is the only thing that matters, but until science catches up with real life, the true believers will know what they've always known, and at the end of the day that's all that counts.

"This trip all started out to me as a mystery. I awoke Friday morning with plans to attend an "early morning" meeting which had me arrive at work an hour earlier than usual. Mike, my boyfriend, decided he too would go in early. To my surprise there was no meeting. He had arranged a scheme with my boss. The next thing I knew, I'm on my way to paradise! Even though our travel was delayed, I was able to be totally relaxed in a matter of a few minutes. Tom led us to the most gorgeous view where Mike asked me to marry him!! - While the sun was setting!! It was all perfect.
