| We were truly impressed with the set up of this condo unit. It is very cozy and truly a home away from home. The beach was fantastic and amenities were close by. The internet and unlimited long distance calls which were included allowed us to keep in touch with our family back home. Liz and Don were very thorough with instructions from arrival to departure which were provided to us before we left - there were no surprises. I would highly recommend their unit. |

My husband and I returned a week ago from staying at this fabulous condo. It is beautifully decorated, with a wonderful ocean view from the balcony. We cooked many meals in the fully furnished kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. They have a local line and a VOIP phone which made it possible to keep in touch with family back in the States. Liz and Don were amazing to work with and called us twice to make sure everything was going well. They have a binder full of information about the area that was helpful. The beach is quiet and you can take long walks in either direction. At first we didn't have a rental car and walked along the beach about a mile to the Lucaya Marketplace area for dinner and then back. We enjoyed the evening walks so much. The condos have beautiful flowers and shrubs in the garden with little, curly-tailed lizards scampering around. The pool was clean and very picturesque, overlooking the beach. Everything here was a delight. The only disappointment was having to leave! We would definitely recommend this condo and hope we can return someday!

I recently spent a week for my honeymoon at Coral Beach in Don and Liz's condo. The overall experience was more than I could have imagined. The Condo was immaculate upon arrival and had everything we needed. For the week while we were there we did not have a car or use any transportation. The condo owners had a book that allowed us to find local restaurants and shopping that happened to be a short walk along the beach away. Each evening we walked along to beach to the port and had a wonderful time shopping, eating, and getting to know the locals. Getting to know the locals made the stay great and we happened to come across other condo owners that were very polite and even helped us get to know the island more. The condo was beautiful with a great view. The beach was very private especially compared to the port where the high rise hotels are. You have plenty of beach real estate to yourself. I would definitely give this condo an A++. |

We've just returned from a two-week stay at Don and Liz's condo. We enjoyed our stay very much, as their condo was very well equipped with all the amenenities anyone could need. The condo is clean, and the furniture is very comfortable.
We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere on the beach and at the well-kept swimming pool. We felt secure at the condo, as there is 24 hour security, and we look forward to returning in the future. |

This is a great condo for a couple. It's quiet, loved-
up and feels like home right away. We didn't have
any problems at all, and Liz and Don made
themselves available for questions at any time.
There's a beautiful view from the balcony, and the
beach is blissful. It's also much quieter than the
resorts just down the beach, but you can still enjoy
the amenities that cater to them-- scooter rentals,
snorkeling trips, restaurants, shops, bars, etc. all
available at port lucaya. We rented a scooter and
got around easily. The snorkeling just down the
beach (Liz and Don provided this info in their
thoughtful packet) was great! My first time to see
an octopus (twice!) Truly a wonderful and laid back
place.

| We just returned from a wonderful vacation! Liz and Don's condo was perfect. Comfortable and convenient. The beach was beautiful and the facility was very well-kept! We appreciated the information from Liz and Don regarding activities and restaurants. Having the rental car allowed us to tour and explore the island ourselves. The locals were helpful and friendly! Fishing with Les, Captain of Lil B's Fishing Charter was a blast. Had lots of fun at Bikini Bottoms a great little beach front bar and grill just around the corner from Coral Beach-Thursday and Saturday the live music is great. Can't wait to go back! |

| Liz and Dons place was very nicely decorated, cozy and a home away from home. In addition Liz was available by email to help answer questions on where to go, what to do and what to buy locally. The complex was well kept, quiet yet near things. We took the bus for $1.00 to the market, grocery store etc. We found the locals friendly and helpful. The condo was situated on a private beach where waters were crystal clear. A true paradise. Thanks Don and Liz for a great get away! |

what a great vacation! Liz and Don's condo is exactly as shown.We were pleasantly suprised that the first day we were there both don and jackie collins called to make sure everthing was okay.
The condo is well stocked and made us feel at home.
This is the first time we have not done the all-inclusive thing. WE will be back.
The beach is clean and everyone at coral beach made us feel welcome.
I would deffinetly recommend. The intructions liz sent us left nothing unsaid. |

| We spent the month of January in this unit and must say that we enjoyed being there. The accomodation is comfortable, bright and roomy, with a lovely view from the balcony. The unit is decorated nicely and has all the amenities of home, so it was very easy just to move in and enjoy it. The beach is beautiful and uncrowded, and it is a short walk into Port Lucaya. The poolside concession was not operational which was probably the only negative. The local bus system was convenient and safe, and we found it easy to get to the grocery store, Port Lucaya and downtown. We would certainly consider renting this unit again if we decide to return to Grand Bahama. |

| We just got back from 6 fabulous nights in Don and Liz's condo. We had the best time and can't wait to go back. The crystal clear calm water was prefect for our three year old daughter! The beach is spotless and the water gorgeous. The condo was extremely well stocked and we enjoyed eating dinner at night on the balcony! |

| We had a short but safe and wonderful stay at Liz and Don's place. The description and pics in the website are accurate; what a clean, lovely, well-appointed beach condo. We had no problems other than somewhat cooler than expected weather in mid-Feb. Great beach walks to Port Lucaya (3/4 mile), and easy to catch the shuttle bus ($1.00 each). This is a short hop from Southeast US and great value. |

Hi Liz and Don,
We have had a wonderful 2 weeks here in your condo. Everything we could need was here with more. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch on the lovely balcony overlooking the courtyard and view of the ocean and dinners in Port Lucaya. The walk to Port Lucaya was great.
For our 2nd week we rented a scooter and saw both ends of the island. Gold Rock Beach is amazing and snorkelling at Paradise Cove was super.
We plan to come back again.
Liz and Don are pleasant and easy to work with. The condo is lovely.

We’ve just returned from a great 11-night stay ( Dec 23 to Jan 3rd) at Liz and Donald’s condo at Coral beach!
The accommodations were everything we had hoped for, very clean and comfortable and very nicely renovated with floor tiles and a comfortable queen size bed.
The unit has a fully equipped kitchen including a water cooler, quality linen and towels, Internet and VOIP phone which made it very easy to keep in touch with home.
The view from the balcony of this 5th floor unit was very nice and a great place to enjoy meals.
The beach and pool area are very nice and it is a pleasant 10-15minute walk on the beach to Port Lucaya to the shops and casino. The beach has palm huts and the condo provided beach chairs and towels.
We can only provide positive comments about our stay and Liz and Donald are very helpful and reliable and a pleasure to deal with! This place is a must for anyone looking for comfortable accommodations on a nice beach offering tranquility and all the comforts of home.

WANT TO TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE A BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT.VERY COZY AND PRETTY.THE BED AND PILLOWS WERE COMFORTALBE.EVERYTHING WE COULD NEED WAS THERE. THE VEIW WAS GREAT TOO.
TO SEE THE BEACH AND THE SUNSET WAS GREAT. THE POOL WAS GREAT TOO . THE LITTLE RESTAURANT AND BAR BY THE POOL WAS NICE .WE HAD LUNCH AND A DRINK ON THE BEACH AND MET FREINDLY PEOPLE. GREAT LOCATION . CLOSE TO THE MARKET, CLOSE THE BUS STOP.
I HAD THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME THERE. I WILL NEVER FORGET IT. IT WAS WELL WORTH THE PRICE.LOOKING FORWARD TO THE NEXT TIME.

We really liked the amenities at the condo, especially the internet access and free internet phone service. It's probably what made us choose your condo over some of the others that we considered and the free telephone was a HUGE bonus. Air conditioning & cable TV were also important (we had to leave the beach at some point!) We didn't really cook or do any laundry but it was nice to have the option.
Overall, we thought that the condo was extremely well-appointed and organized, and very, very clean.
The information about the Bahamas & the information for taxi services was handy, too.
We only spoke briefly to Jaki, who was nice enough to call & check on us the first night that we were there. We didn't need anything, but again, it was good to know that there was someone there if we did.

| We just returned from this wonderful apartment. Coral Beach is one of the best beaches I've ever been on! I was told by Elizabeth that she and Don are the new owners. They were great to work with, and made me feel good about staying here.They have a wireless internet connection, so bring your laptop! It was great being able to stay in touch with my children and family.The bed was very comfortable, the sheets were quality, you can tell.Everything about this place is upscale. I was worried when I saw the outside of the building, but this condo is very cozy and nice! They said that Coral Beach is working on updating the exteriors.The kitchen is smallish, but there was enough room for us to cook and enjoy dinners on the terrace. Very romantic! I will definitely return to #1503 and tell all my friends about this! |

| My friend & I had a great time in the Bahamas! The condo worked well for just the two of us. It was very quiet and peaceful there. The beach was beautiful & the shopping area was just a short walk down the beach. We also did a fun snorkel trip! Kathie was great to talk with and provided lots of information about the area. |

My husband and i just returned from 5 nights at this condo. It was just PERFECT! Kathie, was wonderful to talk to and very helpful on what to do. Didnt have to rent a car once. We walked everywhere and took the bus. The place offered so much tranquility or the party life just down the beach. The locals were wonderful! We feel we are spoiled now and will only rent this condo when we return. Thank you again for a very wonderful vacation.

| My friends and I just returned from Coral Beach and were very impressed with the accomodations. The condo was neat and clean and provided a beautiful view of the grounds and the beach. My friends and I enjoyed soaking up the sun at the pool and relaxing under the tiki huts. Grand bahama island is beautiful! The weather was pleasant and we really enjoyed the fact that we were in walking distance to Port Lucaya square. We can't wait to go back! We will definitely rent this condo again! |

| My friends and I stayed at Kathie and Sean's condo from May 25-May 31 and we had a excellent time! The condo was perfect for all of us. What I enjoyed most about Coral Beach was the access that we had to the beach and pool. This is the perfect location to be if you are looking for some tranquility. I think Coral Beach is much better than the beaches at Port Lucaya because it is not as congested and if you don't care to much for the sun, you can always get under one of the Tiki Huts. :) The view at night from the balcony facing the ocean is out of this world...It was a full moon one night and the view was breathtaking. My friends and I have been to GBI a couple of times and out of all of the places we have stayed, our stay at Coral Beach was the most enjoyable. Kathie and Sean, we will definitely be back! :) Thanks again. |

Pleasant suprise. Accomadations were great and the beach and pool fantastic. Snorkling nearby was good; snorkling way east at Paridise Cove was great. Buses don't run often enough in the heat of the day! But some owners or renters have cars and a ride isn't hard to find. Taxis are five bucks almost anywhere except the airport ($20).
We visited the Sheraton and Windom to see what we could have paid twice for... We did the right thing by calling Kathie and Sean. Thanks!

We spent the first week of April 2005 at Kathie & Sean's
condo. We had a great time, and we enjoyed the condo. We had a great
view of the ocean. Some trees have been cut down and the view is much
better than the pictures on the website show. The atmosphere was
quiet, which we loved. This is the place to go without spending so much for
the expensive hotels a half mile up the beach. We did walk there for
jet skis and the Banana Boat. The beach area at Coral Beach Condos is
less crowded and has more beach space, plus tiki huts for shade. The
pool was nice and clean. If you're looking for luxury and lots of
people, go to the Our Lucaya Resort, but if you're looking for a great
vacation with a beautiful beach, a nice place to stay, and lunch and drinks
on the premises, definitely go to Coral Beach Condos! We would ride the
bus/van for $1 per person in the early evening to the Port Lucaya area
for eating out and enjoying the music at night. The buses/vans stop
running about 7:00-ish, so we would just get a taxi back. We didn't rent
a car at all. Kathie was great to work with in getting the condo
scheduled. The instructions and information that she provided were very
helpful. We took lots of snacks and breakfast items with us and picked up
a few items like milk and water in the little grocery store on the
premises. I even got my nails painted one day at the salon on the
premises. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our visit. We will
definitely go back!

| We spent New Years week at Kathie and Sean's condo. The condo was perfect-spacious, comfortable, and clean. We ate breakfast and lunch on the balcony overlooking the garden, pool, and beach. The kitchen was great for cooking delicious meals with our new favorite spice: carribean curry powder. We took long walks on the beach and lounged on the beach. We didn't really need a car as we originally had planned because the buses were fantastic-cheap and easy to use. We got to meet locals and get advice on two amazing restaurants in downtown Grand Bahama. These were two of the best meals we had here (we prefer local cuisine, not tourist places)--check out Kay Jo (next to Winn-Dixie) and Brother Mac (in plaza across from Winn-Dixie). We also recommend the seafood pizzas at Pisces in Port Lucaya. In addition, we loved taking the mini scuba lesson from UNESCO, also in Port Lucaya. The location of Coral Beach made it easy for us to get to many places relatively easily. Kathie and Sean were great to rent from. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had a lot of information about things to do on the island. We would definitely stay in this condo again. |
