| My husband and I stayed in the apartment for just over a week in May 2005 and would have loved to stay longer. Henri was very helpful, even organised some advance restaurant bookings for us. The neighbourhood was jumping! but the apartment was quiet and the garden peaceful. The metro was close by and lots of on-foot discoveries to be made close by. Highly recommended - the best place we have stayed in three visits to Paris. |

We were a little anxious about renting an apartment in a foreign country from someone we had never met. I think the number of emails that I had with Henri holds the record, but in all of them he was extremely patient, kind, and accomodating. There were no surprises, he did everything he said he would do and more. We absolutely LOVED our apartment, and we LOVED the street it was on. It was so hard to believe that just beyond the courtyard doors there was so much activity because our apartment was so quiet. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was quite obvious that great attention and thought went into the accomodations, right down to fresh flowers, coffee, bottled water and orange juice! Henri was a delight to do business with and we have saved our luggage tags because there is no doubt in our minds that we will return to Mouffetard. We loved it and we love Paris. |

My brother and I took our daughters to Paris for a long weekend and found this apartment perfect for a number of reasons. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable and is much more livable than any hotel room. We enjoyed the freedom we had to come and go, eat in or out, explore the neighborhood and easily return to the apartment for naps, sncaks or a glass of wine we bought at one of two neighborhood wine stores.
The atmosphere of the building is lovely...very convenient, quiet, secure and attractive. We loved the market at the end of Rue Mouffetard and we enjoyed many of the shops and restaurants right in our immediate vicinity.
The host/owner of the apartment was most helpful and gracious. He was helpful in advance of our arrival and met us at the apartment to "show us the ropes." He also had many tools in the apartment to help us enjoy the neighborhood...recommendations for shops, restaurants and local places of interest.
I will definitely return the next time I go to Paris. I have already referred several friends to Henri, the owner.

The apartment is quiet, well furnished and extremely comfortably equipped (hairdryer, oven, micro-wave, fine china, etc.). It can easily accomodate five people. The surrounding area is lively, friendly, full of restaurants, shops and markets. The nearest underground station and many interesting sights are within walking distance. We are looking forward to going back to Paris, in rue Mouffetard! Pierluigi and Alessandra Abbondanza, Milan, Italy. |

| My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in this one bedroom Mouffetard apartment for eleven nights in August, 2004. This was our first time in this apartment and our third time staying in Paris. We found the apartment to be in a perfect location, with its own private courtyard. The apartment was very quiet, and yet we were very close to many reasonable restaurants, the daily market, the lovely Place de la Contrescarpe. We were within walking distance to the Pantheon, Notre Dame, the Seine, Luxembourg Gardens and many shops and boutiques. Of all the locations we have stayed, this is by far our favourite. The metro and train stations are nearby. We were met by the owner of the apartment on the morning of our arrival. He was very congenial and helpful. The apartment was spotless, and there clearly was attention paid to detail in every way. The kitchen was small but well equipped, and the living room was spacious and furnished with newer contemporary pieces. Both the living room and bedroom had French doors/windows and they could be opened right up for lots of fresh air. There were several closets and areas for storage. The bathroom was spotless, and included washer/dryer, large bathtub, many toiletries, laundry detergent, etc. What we really liked was that just outside the very quiet courtyard, we were instantly surrounded by lovely quaint cobblestoned streets lined with cafes, bakeries, grocery stores. We loved the atmosphere; a cozy neighbourhood feel. We would return in a heartbeat! |

| We found this apartment charming, elegant, beautiful, quiet and well situated. We were able to accommodate 3 adults and 2 toddlers with ease ... we even hosted a dinner party for 10 effortlessly. No detail was too small for our host - from the 'things to do' binder to the Market bags for the 'Mouff' market goodies we would bring home - Henri thought of everything to make our stay in Paris wonderful. Highly recommended! |

| This lovely, quiet apartment was well situated on Rue Mouffetard, near plenty of good restaurants and within easy walking distance of the Place Monge Metro stop. All amenities were available and we easily slept 4 (including 2 teenagers). Market and bakery nearby for food shopping ease. Owner friendly, accessable and most accomodating. Highly recommended. |
