| These owners are doing a real disservice to this website by only publishing the positive feedback received. This unit is equipped as published with very high end furnishings. However, it is poorly maintained and appears to be very well used. I would recommend shopping around before you book this unit. |

| The condo was spacious and every bit as beautiful as the pictures. Kitchen was well equipped for eating in, which we did most of the week. The pool was a must have to entertain my three boys aged 9, 12, 15 and our guest 17 month girl, when they weren't at the beach. The game room was also a hit with the boys. The beds are just like she says, pillow top and so comfortable! Everyone at the Capri seemed to know the owner Theresa, and were very helpful with anything we asked. We would recommend staying here! Thanks again Theresa. |

| The condo is great. Highly recommend for multiple couples. Recommend a full length mirror for the ladies and a powder room would be sweet. The amenities are very nice and location on the beach is great. This unit receives 4 out 5 stars. |

| I have to say this place was awesome. A few friends & I stayed for a girls getaway & it was great. Everyone was so impressed by the decor & even just the condo itself. We liked it so much that one night we actually stayed in just to relax in our comfy home away from home. Thanks Thereasa!! |

This is by far one of the nicest condos I have rented. Very comfortable and attractive decor. Renting from Theresa felt like dealing with a friend. I highly recommend this property. You won't want to go home!

We stayed for New Years Weekend 2007. All of the furnishings were
very comfortable. This place seemed like our home away from home! I would not
change a thing! Theresa was wonderful to deal with for this entire transaction.
We look forward to coming back over the summer.

The condo was even better than the pictures! I kept hearing WOW! This is really nice! We are so happy we went. The weather was gorgeous.
All the furnishings were very comfortable, including the balcony furniture. We can't wait to eat breakfast out there when we go in August. My daughters commented on your special touches- such as the fresh flowers and the candles. The dining room table looked so elegant. The paint job throughout the entire condo was beautiful, and you were right- the pictures of the mural can't capture how special it really is. As far as a luxury condo- it certainly is. You even thought of the tennis rackets, which we did use. Theresa, I can't say enough about how pleased we were!

We had a great time. Weather fine, one storm blew by condo.. was very nice & roomy. Pool was a plus. Kids loved it! Staff was also very helpful and pleasant..
I don't know what next summer will bring, but I'd enjoy the Capri again.

We had a great time- thank you again. You have a beautiful condo in a great locaton. We really enjoyed the spacious rooms and the balcony. We spent several evenings taking in the sunsets over the bay. It was a special personal joy for me to see my parents with my son, niece and nephew. I think this week was a real thrill for them.
