| We really enjoyed our stay at this peaceful haven. What a relaxing time. The owner was very friendly and easy to deal with. The cabin was very clean and very nice. Highly recommend. |

This cabin is a nice cozy place in a wooded area. The private lake and beach area is wonderful to relax at as well. My boys enjoyed playing in the neighborhood waterfall/creek area. Close to Lake lure and Chimney rock which as well is just amazing which beautiful views. We also saw a pack of deer every morning around the property.
If you are wanting to get away from the stress of the city of just wanting to get away this is the place to go. You will not regret it. My family had a blast. |

| Our stay at Riverbend Retreat last October was just what the doctor ordered! The quiet walks and creekside hikes rejuvenated our exhausted crowd, and the kids played constantly in the woods. We'll definitely come again. |

| We truly enjoyed our stay at Riverbend Retreat! The owners have thought of every need in this cabin. The kitchen is very clean and convenient, and there is so much space! My whole family enjoyed horseback riding, the Lake Lure Boat tour, splashing in the river, and Mirror Lake! This is a perfect choice for a family vacation! |

| I could not have asked for a better weekend. The lake was beautiful. I have not been so relaxed in a long time. I even entertained the thought of calling my boss and telling them I would be gone all week. The cabin was warm and cozy and I felt very much at home while I was there. I will be staying again in the future. |

| Riverbend Retreat was wonderful! We came for a few days for our sons' spring break. The weather was a little chilly but still a great weekend. Loved the seclusion of Riverbend and the private lake and access to the river - many things for 2 small boys to enjoy. We saw so many wild turkey and deer. Cabin was great. Would highly recommend. Also - for anyone with kids the Broad River Gem Mining place was great. Our boys are 9 and 6 and loved it. Thank you. We plan on coming back sometime in the Summer. |

We enjoyed rocking on the front porch each evening. This is a nicely furnished cabin that is clean and neat. A good location for visiting Lake Lure and Chimney Rock. An excellent value for the rental price.

| We really enjoyed our stay at the Riverbend Retreat. The Riverbend amenities were fantastic - especially the private lake and waterfall!! A must see!! The cabin is clean, modern, and close to everything we wanted to do: Biltmore House, Chimney Rock, Lake Lure boating. |

| What a Godsend your lovely Riverbend Retreat turned out to be! We travel with my parents on the even years to celebrate our shared anniversary date, and this year they chose your cabin for our getaway. We loved the peace, the closeness to nature, the nearby activities and the comfort of the cabin. Our one-year-old daughter learned to walk in your den (we brought our own gates for the stairs and porch steps!) and the three-year-old loved sitting quietly on the porch and watching the deer wander through the woods. Although I didn't manage to write a new song while I was there, I expect the fresh air and woodland inspiration I got there will result in a song sometime soon! Thank you again! |

| We had an enjoyable time celebrating our son's first birthday. The log home was immaculate and had all of the necessary amenities. The scenery was beautiful and we enjoyed the private lake located directly across from the development. We also had fun splashing around in Lake Lure. Everything was beautiful! Thank you for making our vacation so special! |

| My family enjoyed a delightful Mother's Day Weekend at this lovely log cabin in the woods and hills of the Lake Lure area. Our favorite spot was the front porch and the comfy rocking chairs. We spent our three days hiking, touring the lake and surrounding area, sharing great meals, getting caught up on one another's lives and loving our sweet new grandbaby. This cabin was truly a wonderful home base! We hope to make a return visit! |

| RiverBend Retreat is only about 10 minutes from Lake Lure...the perfect starting point for lake and stream fishing. The cabin more than met our expectations with a well-equipped kitchen and game cabinet. The woodsy setting, the rocking chair front porch, and the clean accomodations were just what we were looking for in a weekend getaway. We would recommend it. |

| All the amenities of home and then some. Cabin is located within an easy drive to everything we wanted to see: Biltmore in Asheville, Chimney Rock, Grandfather Mountain and great restaurants galore. Our biggest surprise was our rustic cabin stay, nothing has been spared to make this a real home with every accommodation you can think of down to the last detail. They even have deer and wild turkey running thru the trails. We are already planning our fall trip for this year and can't wait!!! |

| We used the cabin over New Years, and brought along some family members. Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and we thouroghly enjoyed ourselves! We enjoyed hiking, shopping, and visiting Chimney Rock. The cabin was perfect. We could not have asked for better accomodations. We look forward to visiting again soon! |

Riverbend Retreat is a wonderful escape.
It is a great place for families or romantic getaways, but I enjoyed using the cabin as a meeting place to reunite with old friends. The cabin is very clean and comfortable. The large porch and deck are perfect for entertaining. It's furnished with everything you need to have a very pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this cabin and hope to stay there again someday. |

| WOW! What a wonderful retreat from the hot and humid flat lands of Florida. The cabin had everything we needed. It only took minutes for us to feel right at home. The owners provided brochures of nearby attractions which made exploring the area very easy. Those times we decided to stay around the cabin we had a wonderful time hiking through the areas surrounding the cabin. We will definitly be back to the cabin soon. |
