| We recently rented this unit from Rick & Pat for a last minute beach get away. We have been renting from VRBO for the past 3 years and this by far was the cleanest condo we have ever rented. The location is perfect to reach both Lewes and Rehoboth beaches and area attractions. The décor is very tastefully beach oriented, which makes you feel comfortable and right at home. We have two small children who also loved staying here, and especially enjoyed the community pool. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to anyone! |

We had a wonderful time in October in this our
fourth stay in the Condo. It remains the best
location for the various interest of our family,
shopping, bike riding, beaches, State Parks and all
the great places to eat. The condo is clean, well
maintained (and treated like home by all guests to
date). The Carroll's are the best "owners"! |

We just returned from a 4 night mini vacation at the Summerlyn. We loved this codo. It is very clean and comfortable. The best part is the location. It is on Route 1; central to everything but sits back in far enough to escape the noise of traffic. It is very relaxing sitting on the patio listening to the fountain; watching the crane by the water and reading a book.
We cannot wait to come back!

| We are only sorry we didn't rent sooner, as we had heard wonderful comments from friends who stayed at the Carroll condo. It is lovely,and beautifully decorated, with all the comforts of home. The 1st floor setting makes moving in easy. We loved the backyard access for kite flying and playing games. It was conveniently located to the beach and all attractions on "the strip". Thanks for the memories! |

We really loved staying here. It is so convenient to everything.
I loved being in a quiet, peaceful, lovely place to relax; sleep late, hang out with family, and read the books I had saved up for my vacation.
This condo is so attractively decorated; not so fussy that we felt uncomfortable, but I enjoyed the greenery and flowers very much. The beds and couches were all very comfortable.
We got into the habit of sleeping late and waiting until late in the day to drive down to Lewes Beach. The temperature was great then, it was easy to park and just a short walk to the sand and water. Not to mention, the Dairy Queen is right there too. We didn't have to pay a fee to go there either.
We went to the state park one day, but they charge $8 for a NC car and nice as it was, we liked Lewes better.
We had a little trouble figuring out how to get the pool passes to work, but someone finally got the hang of it.
My mom lives in Bridgeville, DE so coming over via Georgetown, this condo was the best location ever.Almost right after we turned.
Very close to the outlets. The ladies had an afternoon of cruising the many great stores.
There was so much to do. We could not do it all. The movie theater is right there, but we just didn't take time to go. We did take the little girls down to the boardwalk and rides one evening.
We used the sun room as a phone booth. Anyone taking a cell call would go in there and close the door; giving them privacy and the rest of us a break from the phone chatter.
We rented a week in July, 2007 and have already booked a week for late July for 2008.
We loved everything about the condo.The owners were super to deal with too. Very professional. Called to be sure we got in okay our first day there. Sent the deposit back in a timely manner.
I wish all rentals could be like this.

We had a wonderful stay at Rick and Pat's condo.
Their place is delightful...very clean, spacious, well
equipped kitchen, and extremely comfortable beds.
We will definately rent again. |

| Inviting from the moment you open the door! Spacious and wonderfully decorated with all the conveniences of home. We enjoyed our vacation stay tremendously. Minutes from the outlets and our other favorite beach areas. Anxious to return! A must to check out especially if you have a family or want a quick get away. Thanks again Rick and Pat. |

| We loved your place and had a wonderful time during our stay there. It was exceptionally clean and very spacious. The location was great, so close to so many things. Our kids especially liked the sunroom, it was "there" room!! Look forward to returning again next summer. |

My wife and I had a great time in your condo. The codo is located conveniently around many restaurants and the ferry to Cape May. The condo had everything just like our home. When we go back to Lewes we will certainly get in touch with you to use your condo again.

Thank you for allowing us to rent the condo last week. It was in a great location and not far from where my brother-in-law's home is located. My grandson especially like the sunroom.
If we have the opportunity to visit again next year, I will definitely be in touch. It turned out to be a great family reunion week.

Just out of curiosity, are there later dates in the summer and early fall available to rent? I haven't made any plans yet, but I would love to consider renting the condo again if I go to Dewey.

Just wanted to thank you again for saving our vacation this year.
I didn't realize that there was a place at the beach that was so close to everything yet we felt that we were at a peaceful resort. Your place is beautiful --so open and spacious. I fell in love with the sun porch--so tranquil in the morning and evening.
My husband and I rediscovered Lewes and Rehoboth. Our daughter and her friends even managed to see that teenagers also come to Rehoboth, as they made several friends while we were there.
What was a disaster last Friday turned into one of our best vacations ever.
