I just wanted to thank you so much for the wonderful condo you rented to us (we were in the Lodge from 11/25 to 12/1). It was just perfect and we really appreciated it. We have passed along your information to a number of friends and relatives. It was so great having such a comfortable, homey place to stay while we were so far away from home. Our son is in the Teen Challenge boys adolescent program in Branson West (Teen Challenge Ozarks Boys Academy). We highly recommended it to other parents traveling in to visit their boys. We just returned from Branson last night after spending Friday and Saturday nights (11-28-08) at your condo, the Ranch House. It was absolutely wonderful and we thank you so much. I'm so pleased I found your website when I was planning a getaway weekend for ourselves, our youngest daughter and her family. When we pulled up in front and saw the welcoming entryway we were all smiles but when we turned the key in the door and stepped inside we knew we had ourselves a winning place to stay. We enjoyed every moment there and it was so much more pleasant than just a motel/hotel room somewhere. | We have stayed in these condos twice now, and they are fast becoming our favorite place to stay in Branson. The complex is far enough out of town to avoid the traffic but close enough to run into town for a show or shopping. The condos are very nice and offer anything a guest could possibly need to make it a week away from home. We highly recommend them. |

| We highly recommend these condos. They were very clean and comfortable. This was one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever had. The condos are far enough away from the downtown area to allow us lots of quiet time, yet close enough to be convenient to the shows and local attractions. We enjoyed just spending a day reading and taking naps. We especially appreciated the extra things that were provided that kept us from making numerous trips to the store. The condo's furnishings made us feel so comfy, just like being at home!!! We look forward to another trip soon. |

We were so pleased that we didn't want to leave. We have rented other units in the Notch development and none compared with this. It was in perfect condition and decorated so beautifully. We were very comfortable. This was our best vacation ever. We can't wait to come back.

We really enjoy coming to the Branson area, but this was the first time we stayed in a condominium. This time we met my brother and his family there. Larry & Joan were very gracious. Everything about the accommodations and our hosts was far beyond our expectations. The children loved the swimming pools and we felt like it was a very safe environment for the children to be in. It really seemed like the children were welcome in the community. Everyone made some very good memories. Thank you Larry & Joan ! We will certainly be back!

Loved the location and the condo. We were EXTREMELY surprised and pleased with the "fully equipped" kitchen. We are used to having to supply the little things like salt, pepper, napkins, dishwashing liquid, condiments, etc. We also were very appreciative to have a washer and dryer available--brought our own supplies and realized there was already laundry supplies there.
We will definitely be back.
Larry and Joan were very gracious in their communication with us. Larry happened to need to come by the condo to check on the internet access. He asked permission to come in and when my husband said, "Of course. It is your condo." Larry replied, "This week it is YOUR condo." Needless to say, that impressed us greatly. |

| This will be an unusual review because we didn't actually stay at this condo. We made reservations as part of plans to celebrate my parent's 60th anniversary. Sadly, Mom passed away about one month before we were scheduled to go to Branson. We notified Larry that we would be unable to use the condo. He made a super effort to rent it and refunded our payment. We couldn't have asked for better treatment at a very sad time in our lives. If the condo is as nice as the owners, it's a winner. |

| Hi Mr.Larry and Ms. Joan our stay at the conda June 7 - 9 was great. I had seen the pictures on the web right before we left and thought surely it can't look like that. It was that and more. We all loved it, my girls loved their room. My middle child told me that the conda fitted us. We love the outdoor esp. fishing so the decorations were just for us. I know other will enjoy it too. Thanks for all of the heads up on the shows. The only one we seen was Shephard of the Hills, front row seats, we all enjoyed it. Of course Silver Dollar city was a big hit with our two girls. | We have been going to Branson for over 10 yrs and have always stayed at this condo. As always, we had a wonderful time. The condo is very user friendly. I liked the fact that we received information about stuff to do in Branson. Especially the lake. Out of all of the years that we have been there and all of the hiking that we have done we had never been to the lake. It was lovely. But beware, the walk back up is a killer! Our 15 & 19 yr. old boys enjoyed seeing their mom & dad struggle. It was a nice family day. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to decompress and spend time together as a family. Oh yeah, we appreciate the price of the condo. It doesn't 'break' the bank to stay there. Can't wait for the next time! |

| We stayed during Silver Dollar City's Christmas time. It was wonderful. We even saw eagles flying in the mornings over the rolling hills. The condo's were quiet and nice. There were even great trails to walk on. |

We have been coming to Branson for a week in the fall for many years now. We have stayed at 2 or 3 other places before we found you. We have stayed in the Homestead and also the Hideaway twice. We have enjoyed the condo all three times we have come and have no plans to look any further. The price is right, the location is right, it is always clean and well supplied. We stay 8 nights so it is important to us that it feel like home. My brother and sister-in-law and my husband and myself truely enjoy the space, decor and the guys the TV's.(can't be without sports you know) It is fun to support Christian's and your faith is obvious when you walk in. Comment Text: Our stay was in June 07. The condo was lovey, clean, and well stocked with all the essentials. The whole family loved it and can't wait to stay again. Walmart was close and made it easy to pick up a few groceries. The kids enjoyed the pool. We all loved the deck, sighting hummingbirds, and just sitting out and relaxing.

| My mother, aunt, sister-in-law and I LOVE to go to Branson to shop at the outlet malls. We usually get two hotel/motel rooms and double up. We were so pleased to stay at the Eagle's Nest Condo this last trip. It was WONDERFUL to sit in the livingroom, or out on the deck,and enjoy fixing our meals TOGETHER!!! I know we saved precious shopping money because we chose to eat at the Condo most of the time. The kitchen had everything we needed to make ourselves feel right at home. We all had very comfortable beds and plenty of room to just relax. It was just the best trip ever! WE SURE WANT TO GO BACK!!! Thank you Larry and Joan, and Marti and O.J.!!! |

returning a candy apple red radio,cassette & cd player to us. My husband was once a professional singer. Needless to say HE STILL LOVES TO SING. His eyes lit up like a childs,he is 65, when he received

HACIENDA....It was very hard for me to say goodbye...Joan I commend you

| What a wonderful place for a fall vacation..... peaceful, beautiful scenery and fantastic lodging at The Ranch condo. My mother and I joined my granddaughter and her son of Springfield for a week's stay. Everything about the condo was positive and beyond expectation. It was so nice to cook their favorite meals and enjoy them on the deck. My mother is 86 and handicapped, and she found the condo very accessible. It was so easy to travel to various parts of Branson from this location. We all truly felt like we were at home and plan to return again. |

We recently had a second stay in one of Larry & Joan's condos in Branson. It is such a blessing to us to be able to stay in such a great location - away from the hustle and bustle of the strip, yet close enough to drive to it in a matter of minutes. Silver Dollar City is literally a couple of minutes drive away, which is great! The condo is very comfortable, tastefully decorated by Joan, and a welcome palce to come back to after a full day of Branson activities. For our family the condo is great as we can do laundry right there, cook a meal, enjoy eating on the deck and let the dishwasher take care of the dishes. | We stayed 3 night's & 3 days at the Lodge & it was very nice & homey. It was more like coming home after a day at the parks or shopping. This was our most enjoyed trip away from home. We look forward to doing it again. If I had my choice I'd never stay in a motel again. |

| We stayed in Joan and Larry's condo, the Hideaway....and we loved it. All the extra's are so nice and really make your stay so complete. Joan and Larry help out even before you come with their complete list of things to do and see (and what not to see). I really feel you get a great deal and more than your money's worth when renting from them and We will FOR CERTAIN be coming back and renting from them again. I talked to a friend who recently had rented a condo in Branson and it was a nightmare! I am so glad we got a hold of you guys! The boys loved the bunk beds, we liked having 3 different TV's , having the complete little kitchen with everything I needed was great and money saving! Really not much we didnt like...thanks again! Go see Pierce Arrow if you get the chance, awesome show and great comedian! |

The books, movies, cds, and games made it really feel like home away from home. We also appreciated the multiple seating outside the front and back of the condo as well as inside. It was great to spread out and have space for everyone to enjoy what they wanted to each day. Location could not have been better...very little traffic. And, the directions you gave that allowed us to avoid downtown Branson was a great benefit. We drove into town one day and realized how happy we were that we were not staying in that busy area. We loved the view and the kids loved the pool. We would stay there again! It was great!

Our family had a great time in Branson. We really injoyed our stay in the Ranch House. Our kids loved all the decor. My husband and I sat out on the deck for hours looking off into the woods. There was a nest in side the arrangement on the wall. We got to watch the baby birds hatch and momma feed them. I had looked all over the Branson area to find a place that would fit my family of 6's needs with a cost that would not break our budget and you did just that! Thank you for being so considerate to every detail. I have told several people about your condo's and we will be back.

| Our family of 5 recently stayed at Larry and Joan's "Homestead Condo". We were amazed at the detail in the decorating. It is charming and very comfortable. One of the pools was perfect for our toddlers. The kids even loved the video collection. Location was great. With our monday - Friday visit, we never experienced heavy traffic or long lines at the parks either. Great vacation. If we make it to Branson again, we will definitely stay at one of the Lichlyter condos. |

Would like to say what great accommodations we found when we reserved "The Hideaway" for a weeks stay last month!! I've stayed in many condos, cabins and motels but none as thoroughly equipped as this condo!! All the little extras just added to the wonderful experience and we are already looking forward to staying at another of the Lichlyter's condos in September.

It is great for visiting Silver Dollar City especially if you need to come and go from Silver Dollar City. Just a note to say thank you for such a beautiful place to stay while we visited our Aunt and Uncle in Branson. It was exceptional, the view off the deck was fantastic. We had a brunch on the deck with my sister and her husband and my Aunt & Uncle. It's close to places to eat if people don't want to fix meals, there is a great grocery store even better then WalMart, just up the road north about 1 mile or so, just before you turn right to go to WalMart. We had some great visits with some of the year-round occupants. We grilled 1 nite. It's easy to get to if you use the bypass highway, and it's very close to Silver Dollar City. We could hear the train whistle in the evening air thru the valley. We were there in early November for 3 days and 3 nites. We're especially glad that it's a christian owner like you that owns this condo. We stayed in the Hideaway (Bldg 9-Unit 3). It was just a great great place to stay. The next time we come, I think it will be for a week or so. We didn't get to see Silver Dollar City yet. We did take your advice on the ticket deals and we told them that you sent us and he said to tell you thanks for recommending him. Again, thank you for allowing us to rent your home away from home. We have stayed at a lot of different condos over the years at Notch and by far yours is the best. The bunk beds are a great addition, it keeps us from having to pull out the hide-a-bed in the living area. We hope to be able to stay with you again.

| Our recent stay at the Lichlyter's condo was hands down, the best we've experienced in our 12 years of visiting Branson. The homespun atmosphere was so inviting. The entire complex was very well maintained. We enjoyed being away from the hustle & bustle of the strip but were still able to make it to our destinations quickly & effortlessly. We have 3 children ranging in ages from 1-14. They all had a memorable time during our week stay. I would highly reccommend Notch & the Lichlyter's condos to anyone who is looking for the perfect home away from home. The Lichlyters have a way of making you feel right at home-no matter what your age! |

Notch Inn was a great place to stay while we were in Branson. It was really nice for the kids to have their own room and their own space. The kids really enjoyed all the local wildlife and the pool.

We had a wonderful week at the Hideaway and Hacidena. It was just so perfect having the two condos next to each other. The area is very quiet and peaceful...the girls (ages 2 and 14) loved playing outside, sitting on the deck watching for animals...and swiming and riding bicycles...We ate all our meals on the deck of the Hideaway...couldn't ask for any better view. It was so nice being so close to Silver Dollar City. We had a great time in the Branson area and will recommend your condos to our friends...

We just wanted to thank you for the use of your lovely condo during our stay the week of July 24, 2004. The view was beautiful and the area was a nice quite and pleasant atmosphere. The rates were very reasonable and everything that we needed was available.
I am the office manager at a church office with 7 pastors and over 1200 people regularly attending along with a school grades K-12 (Granville Christian Academy) of approximately 280 attending, and a preschool (Sonshine Preschool) of around 125 attending and I will be sure to pass on the information about the accommodations we had during our time there. The other couple who shared the condo with were equally satisfied and Anita is the administrator of Sonshine Preschool. She too would not hesitate to recommend your condos and if we are to come back to that area again we would most definately choose to stay with you again.
