| I have attended the Shrimp Festival since 1993 and found this wonderful condo three years ago. I've rented it every year since and it is simply the best and most comfortable I have been in. You feel so at home and Kathy provides the best amenities around. The sheets and beddings are luxurious, Bath & Body soaps, Yankee candles, complete cookware and serving pieces. You really don't need to bring a thing because the place is very well stocked. Kathy is an outstanding hostess and great to work with. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed. |

The view is absolutely breath taking. We miss sitting on the balcony drinking our coffee and watching the sunrise in the mornings and watching the sunsets in the evenings. The condo decor is so lovely. I can't even begin to describe it. We have stayed in many condos and most put furniture in just to get by. Not this condo!! You can tell the owners care deeply about their place. It was very comfortable and you felt right at home. It had everything you could possibly need as far as being equip. The owners are awesome. It was such a nice surprise to walk in and find a card and hot cocoa sitting on the table. I have never had that. Even our children were excited by that. We were only suppose to stay one week. Because we loved the place so much we ended up adding two days onto our stay. As a Christmas present to each other me and my husband do a trip to the beach for a week every year right after Christmas. We will being staying in the Best's condo again.

We just got back from our wonderful, relaxing vacation in beautiful Gulf Shores. This condo is outstanding!! The decorating was very "beach festive" and comfortable. The view was stunning. I'll miss my moring coffee time on the balcony.
Kathy was very helpful and accomodating with every aspect of our stay. The condo was so well stocked.
Something to note, the keyless entry doorlook is very convenient........no keys necessary and you can change the code to personalize (makes it eaiser for everyone to remember). Not every unit had this but we SO appreciated that this unit did and that we never had to worry about keeping track of a key.

I spent many hours searching the internet for the perfect condo for our family get away. This was it. The condo was decorated beautifully and was very clean. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable.
I wanted something that would please my parents and my three teenagers. Everyone was pleased and all want to come back. The keyless entry was awesome.

Another Great Stay! We were here last year at the same time. The condo is great. We especially love the view from the large balcony overlooking the beach. We love eating our
breakfast on the balcony! Weather was a little chilly a few mornings but the sun was warm and out for most of our stay.
There is a Pier 33 market right across the street and is great for last minute pick ups and souveneirs.
This is a great family experience if you never have enough time to spend with your family or if they live somewhere else. We would like to come back again to the Island Royale.

This was our first experience as " Snowbirds " What a great time we had. The time flew by to fast as we enjoyed every minute of our two month stay in Gulf Shores. Can't tell you what agreat time we had. The condo was wonderful. It rained some and that just encouraged more family time! Thanks for providing things for our toddler like the pack-n-play crib. Ate oysters several times form Safe Harbor in Bon Secour. Yummm! Thanks for everything, we will be back!!!

Thank you for a lovely place to stay. We relaxed and did alot of great things. Fishing was great on Friday. The red snapper we caught travels to Louisville Kentucky for dinner on Sunday! This week wass aspecial vacation with our oldest son, a senior in high school. We probably won't be able to take him on Fall Break next year because of college. We appreciate your hospitality!

Based on comfort, cleanliness, safety and amenities, this is one of the nicest condominiums I have rented. Not only was it great, but Kathy the owner was very wonderful to work with.
I visited with my 4 year old and my parents. The house suited everone's needs. My father injured his hip the week before. It was an easily accessible unit and complex for him. He was glued to the balcony with the great views and was especially thrilled with seeing the pelicans and other neat birds that flew by at eye level. My four year old son was the one that spotted the condo on the internet. He loved the decor, dolphins, books, videos. Needless to say, he particularly loved the beach, pool, shells, and raft collection. The people that we interacted, both staff, owners and guests were very nice.
Whenever I travel, I have to be concerned with cleanliness, pet dandor, etc, as my son has severe allergies and asthma. His health was wonderful during our visit. We hope to return next year! I appreciated the video surveilance and felt very safe. Ben, the maintenance man was very wonderful.
I highly recommend this condominium. |

We had the best time on our April 2007 vacation. Our two young daughters had a blast in the kids suite, and loved watching the dophins off of the balcony.
My husband and I couldn't believe how nicely decorated and well appointed the whole condo was. It's amazing for a rental.
It was also quite a value, especially when you are looking for something a little luxurious but still affordable.
We had a wonderful time, and will come back again as soon as we can.

I had to add a comment about our stay in your lovely condo at Island Royal. My 25 year old granddaughter, Emily, and I spent Christmas there and it was just perfect. The location was great for getting to anywhere you wanted to go and the view awesome from that great balcony. We hope to do this again next year and we will certainly get in touch with you if this works out. It was so easy dealing with you and not a rental agent. I highly recomend this unit to anyone wanting a lovely place to stay when they are in Gulf Shores. Thank you for sharing this unit with Emily and me for a truly wonderful Christmas away.

What a blessing! You have made your Condo into a home that is welcoming. The decor is lovely and you have added the touches that many condo's do not have.
The peace of God is in your home...we so enjoyed getting up and having a good cup of coffee and sitting on your balony and letting the sound of the waves refresh us.
What a fantastic view of the beach we enjoyed sitting at your dining room table! We felt the blessing of the Lord the entire week. We've come home rested and ready for our busy lives.

Our family had a wonderful time during our stay August 7-14, 2004. Being Alabama natives, we've vacationed in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach multiple times over the years. This was our first experience with VRBO and it proved to be very pleasant and easy! It was especially nice dealing directly with the owners rather than a management company. The condo is beautiful-we all had our own space but spent time together as a family (great for those preteen/teenagers and little ones who have early bedtimes).The kitchen is very well stocked. It was REALLY GREAT to use the door keypad instead of having to keep up with a key while on the beach. Pier 33 across the street came in handy when we needed a few extra groceries/beach items but didn't want to drive down the street. We also enjoyed walking down the beach to Bahama Bob's and having lunch and dinner. The beach area is not as narrow as it is with some of the larger condo complexes so there was never a problem with finding a spot to drop our things!
We'd reccomend the Best's Island Royale unit to anyone headed to the Alabama Gulf Coast! |

My family & I stayed the week of June12-June 19, 2004. We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very relaxing and comfortable. The view from the balconies were wonderful. The beach was beautiful and very laid back. My family & I could not believe how everyone respected each others belongings(such as beach chairs, etc.)
This was our first vacation to Gulf Shores but I know it will not be the last. I highly recommed the condo you are currently viewing(36703). When the owners of this unit(36703) tell you something, they follow through. The owners even called to make sure we arrived and that everything was okay.

| We just returned from a wonderful stay at your condo. From the keyless entry system to the balcony overlooking the beautiful beaches of Gulf Shores, this condo was everything it was advertised to be. Each room has been thoughtfully and tastefully decorated for maximum enjoyment. Most condos with a front bedroom overlook a parking lot. This one has it's own awesome view of the lagoon with fantastic sunsets. The beds were extremely comfortable! One of our favorite things was the rooftop hot tub. This was a great condo & I would recomend it to anyone! |
