What a great time we had at the Knight's chalet! The cabin is beautiful and has all the comforts any one could ask for. The land it is on is breathtaking and there are great views from every room in the cabin. We enjoyed watching the deer and Elk come up into the yard each morning and evening. The scenery in and around Buena Vista is incredible! The Knights provided lists of things to do and places to go. We had delicious meals in town and the shopping is great fun, ladies! We didn't have to go far to enjoy lots of different activities. The small kids enjoyed the sledding, ice fishing, skiing and just playing in the snow or the streams when it was warmner. Our older grandsons (19 to 24) loved the hiking and skiing and the "night life"! It is a great place for all ages. I enjoyed just relaxing on the deck and listening to the soothing sounds of the creek and wildlife and reading in front of the wood burning stove. The stars are incrediable! You can almost reach up and touch them. I didn't know they were that large or there were so many of them! We have been back two more times. The Knights have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and most enjoyable!
