| We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Dock House in July. It was the perfect setting for a reunion of 12 friends who wanted to cook, relax, and float in the lake with one another. With the amenities of the swim dock, kitchen, family room, sauna, and hot tub, there was always plenty of room to spread out on the property. The lake is not overly crowded with boat traffic, which allows for plenty of canoeing and floating. |

| What an awesome place! So relaxing and beautiful! We loved spending a lazy morning in front of the fire in the hearth room and canoeing on the incredible lake. Description of property is right one - driveway is quite a challenge but worth it! This is a must see property! Thanks and we plan on coming back again! |

| A plus!! The home is gorgeous and the views of the mountains are breathtaking. Every room (including the sauna and hot tub) has a view of Lake Nantahala. I especially enjoyed jogging on the many mountain trails and visiting nearby Wayah Bald Mountain. I also enjoyed the peace and quiet. My teenagers loved the lake and mountains, and playing pool and video games. There is something for everyone at the Dock House. We cant wait until our next visit!! |

| Wow! We had such a great time. We left Florida to get away from Hurricane Francis and we were able to actually relax and forget(somewhat) what was going on in Florida. The house is amazingly beautiful and has everything you might possibly need. We can't wait to be able to come back next year for a planned vacation!!!! |

"The Dock House" is a unique house, situated within 10' of Nantahala Lake. I reached way back into my college days for the knowledge to design and build this house, so a lot of care went into every detail to make your stay more enjoyable.
