| This large and airy condo is very well maintained and so comfortable. Four of us Seniors and our dogs spent the week of October 24th here and had a super week. Fred and Jacque are the most accommodating owners we have ever experienced in our years of renting condos and cabins. We would highly recommend this place to our friends and family. |

| 5 adults, a 2 year old, and two dogs visited this condo in mid-Aug 2008 and found it adequate and met our needs. This was our 1st visit to HHI and found more things to do than time in which to do them. The Pitts were very professional and I appreciated a single price, which even included sales tax. Recommend you visit the visitor center 1st to help plan your activities. Don't miss Savannah! |

This condo is very nice. The owners have thought of everything to make vacationers comfortable. I would recommend it to my friends. Everything is in walking distance. The 3 bicycles were very much appreciated.

| Our family had a wonderful time at this Hilton Head Villa. It is a wonderful "home away from home" villa and the location is outstanding. Not only is it very tastefully decorated, everything you need is there for you! Mr. and Mrs. Pitts were very nice to work with and very helpful! |

| We enjoyed our vacation with two teenage girls and our dog very much. Townhouse was spacious and close to everything...pool, shopping and walk to beach was easy. All rooms were nicely decorated and kitchen was very well equipped. Couldn't ask for more! |

| We truly enjoyed ourselves and had a very good time. The Villa was very nice and we loved that we each had our own room and bath. We also liked the quietness of the entire place,we couldn't hear others around us. It was relaxing and the walk to the beach was enjoyable. Our dog, Missy, loved it. |

| My husband and I along with 4 other friends stayed at this villa the end of March. The villa is absolutely beautiful. The villa was clean and well equiped. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath, which was nice. We just wish we had more time to spend there. |

This condo is beautiful! Everything is brand new and sparkling clean. The location was central to everything we did. Great pools, lovely lagoon with lots of turtles, fish and heron. Very quiet complex with friendly residents.
Will definitely stay here again if we return to Hilton Head! A++ |

| MY WIFE AND I ENJOYED A WONDERFUL WEEK AT THIS CONDO. EVERYTHING DEPICTED ON THIS WEB SITE IS MOST ACCURATE AND MORE. MY WIFE GOT SOME GREAT DECORATING IDEAS FROM THE WAY THE CONDO WAS APPOINTED. OUR FIRST VISIT TO HILTON HEAD BUT HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. THE ENTIRE ISLAND IS LIKE ONE BIG GARDEN. HAD A LOT OF GREAT SEA FOOD AND MET LOTS OF VERY NICE PEOPLE. GREAT PLACE FOR WALKING OR BIKING. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO AND PLAN TO RETURN AGAIN. |

| This was wonderful! We had every accomodation needed. The pools were so close which was a plus. The shade trees just added the finishing touch. Loved the decorations, just made us feel so at home. We would recommend this villa to anyone. We will definitely stay again. Thanks to the Pitts for the opportunity to stay here. |

| We enjoyed our stay. It was our first time visiting Hilton Head Island. The villa was just as the pictures indicated. It was newly furnished, clean and comfortable. Our two teenagers loved having their own bedroom and bathroom. Its location was great; close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We would recommend it to our friends. Thank you so much. |
