We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed the villa! Its furnishings, finishings, maintenance and overall appeal were excellent. Best of all, having Billy as our driver/tour guide for our entire vacation was amazing..he was fantastic! Joe & Sophia - we can't thank you enough for your wonderful help planning our vacation and your hospitality during our vacation! Thanks so much!!

Hello Joe and Sofia. We all had an amazing vacation at you wonderful villa. You certainly have a terrific home. We all have some excellent memories of our stay in Greece. We all had a terrific time at your home and Greece
is really a special place. The kids thought the
pool was the "coolest" they had ever been in. We
have such pleasant memories of dinner on the
terrace over looking the sea at sunset. As hosts,
you both made everything so easy for us and Billy,
as our driver, was super.
The ability to see the country with him as our guide
was a highlight. We hope to visit you again soon
and thank you for your generous hospitality. |

Thank you for providing such a memorable Greek experience! You do have a beautiful home with a fantastic view. This is definitely getting away from the rat race at home. We appreciate your daily visits and guidance for touring the area. There was a perfect balance between touring and relaxing. There is no way to see it all so we were able to pick from highlights and still find time at the villa for relaxation. We especially enjoyed the farmers market at Nea Makri and the Ancient Flavors Greek Restaurant in Athens. The Gelato here is out of this world. It put regular ol' ice cream to shame. Too many wonderful experience to say about here, but a perfect setting for a perfect family vacation. Thanks again for providing this. One other thing, we truly enjoyed our driver, Spiro. He’s awesome. His language is easy to understand English and he has a great sense of humor. He’s great! Thumbs up. It’s a shame everyone in the world doesn’t get he opportunity to find a gem like Ashley’s Villa at Schinias. We will be back.

Our trip to Greece was amazing. Thank you for your hospitality. We loved your villa-having coffee on your balcony over looking the sea – spending time in your pool – and jumping off the rocks. Billy was great and was the perfect person to show us Greece. We enjoyed all conversations as well as seeing the sights. We wish your family all the best.

| We had a fantastic time at the Sea Shore Villa. It is everything the advertisement says it is and more. We all have fabulous memories swimming in the infinity pool while viewing the Aegean Sea. The house decor and artwork was outstanding. The location allowed us to enjoy Greek village life in cafe's and beach life. Jumping off marble rocks into the Aegean left unforgettable memories. Joe Ashley is a wonderful host and an onsite source of information. He was caring and interested in our safety and enjoyment. We highly recommend the Sea Shore Villa as a vacation destination extraordinaire. |

| There is no better way to experience the real Greece, then a stay in a beautiful villa and the services Billy provides. I left Greece with the feeling it was one of our best trips (and we do travel alot). Joe & Sophia were most helpful. The pleasure was all ours staying at your beautiful villa! What a treat being picked up at the airport by Steve, one of your drivers...stopping at the grocery store (where his help was clearly needed for communication)then the fabulous bakery...TERRIFIC!
Then to be greeted at the villa by Joe was wonderful...you truly have a beautiful place and a view to die for!
You and Sophia were so wonderful to us and I will always remember how great it was celebrating my 60th with you! That chocolate cake was one I will never forget!
Having Billy for our driver for the week was beyond words...what a great guy! Not only did he have to put up with a lot of teasing from the four of us but he had to endure many "shopping" excursions...and always with a SMILE! His cautious driving made our trips so pleasant...and his knowledge of the areas we visited was very helpful. His sense of humor was such a bonus and so needed with what we put him through. What an added treat to meet his wife, Natalie and their children!
The time at your villa passed too quickly but the memories will be forever in our hearts.
We would HIGHLY recommend your villa and drivers to anyone considering a stay in the Athens area and again, our thanks for everything!

Thank you so much for welcoming us into your beautiful (and very large) home and sharing it with us! Everything was bigger and better than imaginable (especially the pool) and ultimately the hospitality and new friendships made. Billy was excellent - and worked so effortlessly around our changing schedule regarding the driving. It really did feel like home away from home. I don't think my children will ever forget your pool or will ever find another one in a private home that quite matches it. There is literally nothing that I could find fault with except maybe that it all went by too quickly. Oh did I mention that swimming off the rocks and jumping off the rocks was something quite special too. Take care! |

Our first ever trip abroad and because of our wonderful experience at Villa Sxinias, will not be our last! The villa is beautiful and our hosts Joe and Sophia are warm and gracious, and their knowledge of the area is wonderful. We couldn't have survived without them and without Billy, our driver for the week. Do not plan a trip to this beautiful villa without arranging to have Billy drive for you. He is a courteous, safe driver and took us places we ordinarily would not have seen. Well worth the money!! Thanks to all of you again for making our Greek vacation fun and memorable!!

What a way to spend a vacation; a luxury villa on the sea with a car and driver at our beckoning taking us where ever we wanted to go. We truly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. We knew that we were renting a beautiful villa on the sea, but your house simply overwhelmed our already high expectations. It was perfect for our family’s reunion. The evenings by the fireplace, the walks along the coast and that one mid-winter’s noon day swim are things we will remember. Your transportation service was easily worth three times the price. Billy was most impressive and his driving perfect. Our trips to Delphi and Mycenae were great, but we really liked the drive through the wine country and that little village where the water came out of the tree.

We came to your home to reunite a divided family. Children visited briefly from Europe and parents came from the US with grandparents and a new born. We learned together to deal with a foreign language, culture and world history to the benefit of all. The best testament to the impact your home had on our journey is the fact that each made his/her computer wallpaper a picture from the deck, pool and upper levels of your magnificent home. I am short changing all of the magnificent features of your house to direct attention to our purpose and apologize for that as your pictures speak for themselves.

Ahhh, Greece with Joe and Sophia as hosts, a spectacularly appointed home, and the beauty of the Aegean, who could ask for more. Our 2+ weeks in this home was much more than expected. Joe graciously took our order for food and beverages prior to our arrival so 4 weary travelers arrived to a perfectly stocked frig and pantry. As we all know, the small things are those that often matter most such as the use of the cell phone and the fresh greens that Sophia shared; we felt welcomed and cared for on a daily basis. Even in March we had some wonderfully warm,sunny days and cool nights in front of a warm fire---we will return in the future to eat more of the delectable Greek food and experience the wonderfully animated Greek people, but no visit to Greece would be the same without staying with Sophia and Joe, sleeping each night in exceptionally comfortable beds, and waking each morning to the beautiful Aegean.

| This was our first vacation rental over the internet. Needless to say, we were very apprehensive. Your detailed directions from the airport took us to your house with no problems at all. All I can say is WOW. Your house is much more than you described. We thoroughly enjoyed morning coffee and the sun rises over the islands outside the kitchen window and sitting by the fire at night. Like you said, we had plenty of privacy and the walks by the sea were fantastic. We really appreciated you letting us keep our excess luggage at your house when we went on our trip to Santorini and arranging for a taxi to take us to the ferry and pick us up when we returned. Thanks for helping us have a wonderful vacation. We hope to come again, but next time in the summer, so we can enjoy swims in your pool and in that little cove in the sea just outside our bedroom window. |

What can l say!My family and l stayed in your beautiful home while visiting Greece and the only regret we have, was that we could'nt have stayed longer.It was more then we could have expected.The view from the house is breath taking.Over looking the mountains and sea while drinking that first cup of coffee in the morning just reminded me how lucky l was.I had to pinch myself to make sure it wasn't a dream.Also with that great kitchen with the view of the sea, made for wonderful candle light dinners who needed restaurants.My 13 year old daughter was thrilled to put on her bathing suit and dive into the pool that seemed to just be an extension of the sea below.If we return to Greece we know where we will be staying Thanks again for helping us make wonderful memories of our trip to Greece.
