Just returned after 10nights at villa 5Th - 15Th May 2009 found everything as described,villa is well appointed
comfortable and very clean and sitting at the pool watching the wild life is very relaxing squirrels numerous birds even pink flamingos on a couple of days.
will definitely be back.

This villa is beautiful. We have just returned from spending two weeks in Bradenton and cannot say enough good things about this location. The property was immaculately clean and very well equipped. It is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping areas as well as beaches and other attractions. The layout of the house with living areas in the center separating the master suite from the guest bedrooms and extra bath makes it especially suited for two couples or (in our case) grandparents with adult children and grandchildren.
We could not have found a more suitable home for our vacation and hope to return next year. |

We had a great time and everything went okay. Your house and the location is fantastic. At the house we spent most our time sitting in the lanai area, we saw lots of different birds that we usually see in a zoo, there was even a wood stork. The ducks and squirrels were fun to watch and there were geese with two baby’s. There is much to see and do and all within a one hour drive. My sister was sorry she had to leave after 17 days. Normally after two weeks she is ready to go home to her kids and grandkids, but now she didn’t have that feeling. It was her first time to the USA and she was loving every minute of it. With the house being very comfortable it was nice to be there even on my own. Shops, cinema’s, restaurants, beaches, everything is close by and of course the pool, which we called our little river, is great. All in all it was a great month (may 2008) and a fantastic vacation.

Thanks again for the use of your home during the month of March, everything was perfect, the house, the pool and the weather. We managed trips to the beach, the malls and a couple of golf courses. We found a number of excellent restaurants both local and in the St. Petersburg area. Carolyn was very helpful, we appreciated her assistance.

Dear Darren,
Thank you so much for the use of your home, for our short leave vacation. It was great for our son and I to be able to enjoy time away from his dorm and be able to have dinner on the lovely patio. Enjoy the swimming pool and the lovely surroundings. The house was filled with every amenity needed. The lovely sunroom was a extra bonus for me. Our son Nikko' had the opportunity to relax and do homework, have breakfast and just enjoy our time together. It was truly the BEST trip and extremely relaxing.
Thank you again and again, we look forward to being able to stay there in the future. The location was wonderful and very convenient.

Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful Bradenton home as our wedding present. As our first visit to the US the location and surroundings of the house made it a truly memorable break.
The standard and comfort of the house is first class and has been thoughtfully furnished, we were so impressed! You should be very proud!

We had a lovely time during the week we spent at this property. The children particularly liked the pool and associated facilities. The Villa was very well, equiped with everything you might need on holiday including stuff for the beach, such as towels, chairs and cooler box. The Villa is very accessible, being about 5 mins off the I75, which makes trips North/South easier.I would definitley recommend to anyone.

Just wanted you to know that we made it back to Cleveland safe and sound....a little sun burned, but safe!!
Came home to a cloudy, cool day...which made us appreciate sunny Florida even that much more! We had a wonderful time vacationing in Bradenton, Sarasota, and Siesta Keys. The weather was in the mid to high 80's every day. Our son, Danny, had a full schedule of golf, golf, and more golf at the IMG Academy, while Dan, Kayte and I took in the Siesta Key beaches, two rounds of golf, bike riding (nice bikes!), and swimming (great pool!). In the evenings we spent time as a family and enjoyed dining out in both Bradenton and Sarasota, a catarmaran/sailboat ride on La Mahina to watch the sun set, the David Copperfield show at the Van Wezel, playing putt-putt golf, shopping and a just little bit of relaxing! We found everything to be within a reasonable driving distance and easy to find.Your place is absolutely beautiful. We cooked out on the grill twice while we were there. Your home is much more spacious than I had imagined. Carolyn stopped by on the second day of our vacation just to make sure we were all okay. She is a very nice lady.
We ran a couple of excursion ideas by her and she gave us some additional pointers. It was a great vacation Darren. Thank you for making your place available to us. I trust that Carolyn will find that we kept your home in the same impeccable condition we found it in. Look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely,

Dear Darren,
We had a wonderful time visiting your home in Bradenton. The wheather was just perfect, mid 80"s everyday, clear blue sky. We couldn't have ordered it any better.
The location is also ideal. We ventured north to Tarpon Springs, south to Venice and west to Siesta Key Beach with the house being the center point.
Thanks again for the opportunity to stay in you home. Possibly we can make it down soon. If so we will be sure to contact you.

It was great! It was very convenient to get to everything we wanted to do. We visited several different beaches, shopping centers and parks. We meet Carolyn and her husband. They are both very nice people. You have a great person working for you. We did sign the guest book at the
house. We added details about the beaches we liked best.
We go to Florida every other year. How far out do you book? We would like to stay there again.

We had the great pleasure of renting his lovely
home for 3 winter months.
The location was great. We were able
to find everything we needed in the area.
The local management person was very
easy to deal with and was close by to see to every need.

We thought your house was perfect. It had everything we would ask for from a holiday home, very clean and comfortably furnished. Lovely pool, good pool side furniture, some shade (very important) and a lovely outlook. The staff at your management company were very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time and hated to leave. Your place was great and
we felt so at home in it. My husband was wishing it was ours, and being
so close to our son was so much better. He could walk over to see us. We
are hoping to use it next year to if all works out. The weather was
great! We got back home and had 3 inches of snow so we all were in a bad
mood and ready to go back. Thanks for everything and hope to talk to you

Both my family and I very much enjoyed our vacation. Thanks in part to your beautiful home, pool, close proximity to all other things that are needed to help make for a great vacation. The weather for the most part was excellent. Having coffee on the lanai in the morning with 67 degrees, along the side of the pool, sun shinning brightly, is my idea of my own heaven. The surrounding area (man made pond and wild life) was absolutely gorgeous. The inside of your home is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and the provisions were top notch. Dear Darren!
Your place is wonderful and I can't imagine why anyone wouldn't be comfortable and content. Often I said to George how you have so thoroughly outfitted the house ~ cooler, cold packs, cleaning equipment, all kinds of folding chairs, loungers with
mattresses, great pots with glass lids, marvelous electronic equipment
(never could figure out the radio in the living room), step ladder, brooms,
bathroom tissue, nice table mats, lots of beach towels, the list goes on.
The sunroom off the master bedroom was the best spot in the house! We're in
the throes of building a house in a retirement community and have a similar
layout. I got many fine ideas from your house, measuring and imagining.
Your place is wonderful, Darren, and our only additional suggestion is that
you and Joanna use your house a lot, 'cause it's too nice to miss! We'll
see how things shake out for next year ~ if you have time available, we'd
like very much to return. It was great being so close to our friend, also.
