My wife said it best: this is the perfect place to vacation. We enjoyed the unforgettable views of the gulf, the quietness of the condo, the ease of access from the airport, the security of the property, and the friendly people on-staff.
Whenever we walked down to the beach, the person attending stood up and met us asking if there was anything they could get us. Now, that is great service.
When ever we left to drive around on the island and returned, the man at the guard house always said "welcome back, sir". How nice.
We enjoyed the sound of the waves which can be heard from the balcony. You can't hear the cars on the road, but you can hear the surf. That is cool.
We attended the Friday morning spin class with Jessica. Great class - look it up.
The condo is first class plus - a wonderful place to stay and so comfortable. I think my wife is right, Portofino has to be a perfect place to vacation.

| I JUST RETURNED FROM OUR TRIP LAST WEEK OCTOBER 10-17TH AND WISHING I WOULD HAVE HAD ANOTHER WEEK. THIS WAS THE MOST DROP DEAD GORGEOUS PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED. THE VIEWS WERE STUNNING AND THE CONDO WAS IMMACULATE. I CAN'T WAIT TO TAKE MY FAMILY THERE AND ENJOY UNIT 1903 AGAIN. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!! THE PORTOFINO EMPLOYEES WERE WONDERFUL!! | Just came back from a great week's stay at Portofino 1903. I can't say enough about every detail of a wonderful seven days - exquisitely decorated, beautiful views of the gulf and sunsets, convenient access to the beach, which we practically had all to ourselves, the most comfortable beds. This was hands down, the best trip I've ever taken to the beach. Easy to arrange and a bargain, my wife and I will definitely return. |

| We had a wonderful time at unit 1903 in Portofino Aug 8-15 2009. The condo was spacious for the 5 people we had and it was very clean. The view is amazing and the accomodations were very comfortable. We highly reccommend Portofino to anyone. Although we ran out of time to use all the ammenities the resort has to offer, we used the pool alot and it was always clean and well taken care of. The staff were also very helpful and we felt at home there. Thank you for a great place to stay on vacation. We will definitly be staying there again. |

Nick and Tina,
We wanted to let you know we had a wonderful stay at your condo in Pensacola Beach, 8/15 to 8/22. Portofino Unit 1803 is beautifully furnished and had everything we could possibly need or want. We loved the view of both the beach and the bay especially late in the day having drinks on the lanai with the sun setting. The grill was very handy for cooking steaks on one of our evenings in. We enjoyed the Portofino amenities, the pools, restaurant, and gym, which had great equipment. We spent some time at the beach every day, even in the midst of the tropical depression which made for great waves!
I have recommended the Portifino to several people already and we look forward to returning soon..

Theses units also have fantastic views. Nick has perfected the check-in process. It is so easy! We will definitely be back. |

The condo was furnished with beautiful home funishings and electronics, and the kitchen was stocked with everything one could need. The balcony has a beautiful view of the Gulf and the beaches are phenomenal. The neighbors were very nice and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. |

We spent a lot of time out on the spacious balcony enjoying grilled dinners & awesome sunsets. Portofino is a very relaxing resort this time of year, & we were very impressed with the friendly service from everyone we came in contact with! The view is fabulous, an amazing scene of the ocean and bay. Our boys love Pensacola and the Portofino so much, that when we asked them where would they like to go this year for vacation they answered without pause PENSACOLA BEACH! My husband, adult son and I spent this Christmas at Portofino in unit 1803 while visiting another son and family who have a home close by. Our stay was delightful. The condo was very well equipped.The grounds are lovely and the views of both the sound and the gulf are wonderful. Our grandchildren visited during the day and loved the huge indoor pool.
Our son who lives there said he also would definitely recommend it to visiting associates.
In future family get-togethers there, I hope the unit will be available......we will definitely request it again....and Nick was a pleasure to work with. |

We enjoyed our stay very much in this condominium. Portofino might have other condominiums, but not a lot have such a great view to the beach, ocean and santa rosa bay- expecially not from every room.
Every room is beautiful decorated and new. We loved the new and great mattresses as we usually get back pain in every vacation- but not this time. Thank you so much. The kitchen has everything you would need, even a mixer. We can highly recommand this place. Cheers, Michaela and friends. |

Excellent place to truly get away. The property is
located at the end of the beach and is bordered on
one side by the Gulf Islands National Seashore
rather than more condos. The Portofino is a great
resort in and of itself with plenty of amenities on

The condo has a beautifully upgraded interior design and feels very upscale and posh. The view from the balcony is picturesque and the Sunday champagne brunch at the on-site restaurant was a relaxing treat. This place was absolutely beautiful! Thanks for making it such a "home away from home". The views were fantastic and the amenities superb (loved the spa!) Being off season, it was a bit cold, but the indoor pool made up for that with my boys. The beach chairs were complimentary during winter season and we were able to get a couple days of beach time. The sun was out quite a bit! Having a washer/dryer in the unit along with the outdoor grill really made it a perfect family vacation spot.

I must say Nick made the renting process a breeze. The unit was spacious, airy and most comfortable. The view and breeze from the 18th floor was incredible. From the balcony as far as the eye could eye pristine sand beach and clear waters. We rented for 2 weeks and frequented 4 restaurants in the area Maquires, Peg Leg Pete, Flounder and Aegaen Breeze. There is a Walmart within 20 - 25 minutes from the unit for all your grocery needs.

What a beautiful view! The floor to ceiling windows, ocean views, clear water and large balcony were just spectacular. We loved the resort's amenities; huge lap pool and work out room are a big plus. The kitchen had everything you need;ice cream scoop, blender even utensils for the BBQ grill on your balcony. We give Pensacola Beach and Portofino 1803 two big thumbs up.

I beleive we chose the best condo available on Pensacola Beach! The Portifino Towers are the most recently built condos, and that makes a big difference in the decor and the cleanliness. It was absolutely beautiful! The weather that week (4-21-07) was wonderful! My grandson, who was only 4 months old, loved the heated pool. We stayed in the condo almost the entire week. It was so comfortable and relaxing, not to mention the spectacular view! I would recommend this condo to anyone!

I just want to take a minute to thank you for allowing us the use your condo all last week. Normally when it is time to leave and come home from vacation I am ready, but not this time. We were so comfortable and loved the view so much that we could have stayed and stayed. It was perfect. I have been to the ocean many times and always come to the same conclusion that God has really made some beautiful things but He out did Himself when He made the ocean. I came home and was telling some friends of mine at church just how beautiful and comfortable your condo was and what a perfect location it was in. The condo was exactly as described, and much nicer, well-kept and stocked than we thought it would be. The beaches were great and the resort amenities were wonderful. We didn't leave Portofino for 4 days because we had everything we needed at the resort. We especially enjoyed the grill on the patio, the clay tennis courts and the easy beach/Gulf access. |

| We stay in unit 1803 and it is beautiful. Nick is absolutly wonderful to work with. We have now made his unit our second home. We visit every year and love it. It is very clean and well decorated. Nick is very prompt to take care of any problems you may have. It is just such a great place to vacation I can't imagine going there once and not wanting to go back. We no sooner leave and can't wait for the next year to return. The out door grill makes it wonderful. We enjoy that probably the most. If you have any hesitations about renting his units DON"T they are wonderful you will not be disappointed. |

The Portofino Resort & Spa Property as well as the Athen's condo is in one word outstanding. The accomodations are the best we have experienced up and down the Gulfcoast.
The beach is beautiful. You can stand on the balcony and see the Gulf and the Bay at the same time. It is very relaxing, peaceful and very easy on your eyes. We can not encourage you enough to visit this unit at Portofino. I failed to mention this is a great property for families, and very modestly priced for what ammenities
you have at your finger tips. Nick and his wife are very gracious with every attention given to detail. Please take the time to visit. |

| We stayed in unit 1803 in late October and it was beautiful. It was well equiped and beautifully decorated. I loved the grill on the balcony. That was a major plus. The weather was great and the resort was wonderful. Had a great time. We will definatly go back next year |

| Very nice home. We had 15 guests from age 13 to 81. It worked very nicely. There were some minor glitches but host/caretaker were responsive & helpful. The nearness to the beach worked well & we all enjoyed the privacy & spaciousness with together rooms. |

| We were fortunate enough to stay in your Frangista Beach house and did not want to leave. There were 11 of us from 3 yrs to 75 yrs and it was perfect for everyone. The elevator was fantastic for my Mother and loading/unloading luggage and groceries. The home was beautifully decorated, the views were great, the beach and community pool right out the door and convenient to all shopping and resturants. All we needed to bring was personal items and food. You have thought of everything in this home. I hope we are fortunate enought to stay there again. |

| The unit 1903 was very comfortable and very well furnished. The views from every room were fabulous. I liked the fact that the living area was spacious and comfortable. The resort seems to be one that will have a lot of amenities when all is repaired after the hurricane damage. It's nice to stay in a rental unit that has granite counter tops in the kitchen, marble floors, and leather furniture. Very nice! Dealing with the owner was a joy -- he was so accommodating and polite and anxious to make my stay comfortable. |
