| My family and I spent the 2nd week in July 2004 in your condo and had a really good time. It is so convienent to the boardwalk, fishing, crabbing, and the park. Everything was within walking distance. We will be back. |

| This was a most enjoyable stay. What a nice place! Perfectly laid out, plenty of room and convienent to all of OC. We even ordered a pizza and it was delivered in 14 minutes flat! We did not even have to use the AC, there was such a nice breeze blowing thru. I will be a repeat customer, again and again!! |

| We really enjoyed our stay at this condo which has a great location. We parked the car for the weekend & walked everywhere, the beach, inlet & all the different stores. It was clean & had everything we needed. We'll definitely return to this place. |

| This apartment has just recently been updated and is in an ideal spot. One can park the car and walk to the corner for a bus. It is convenient to everything, and it is only a short walk to the boardwalk. A number of the condos are owner occupied and the people were very pleasant. This condo was clean and had all the necessary appliances for our needs. |
