| We've stayed in unit 205 two times now, and the best word I can use to describe it is "paradise." We thoroughly enjoyed the luxury accommodations and, especially, the fantastic view. The location is perfect. We are seriously considering a return trip next summer! We love it there! |

The only issue we had with this condo is that we never wanted to leave! Puunoa 205 is even more beautiful than the pictures indicate. Each time we entered, we were greeted with gorgeous views through expansive windows lining the living, dining, and master bedroom. We spent hours each day on the huge lanai admiring the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, the ships in the harbor, and the island of Lana'i.
The condition and decor of the condo is supreme. We had so much room; our two daughters were thrilled to each have their own bedroom. This place felt much more like a home than a rental condo. We thoroughly appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, the full-size washer & dryer, the beach chairs & supplies, the iPod docking station, and the flat-screen TVs.
The environment was so serene and gorgeous; we had the pool to ourselves each day of our visit! Being close to the Cannery Mall and Front St. was a real plus as well.
We have reserved this unit again for this December. We cannot wait to get back to your beautiful place! Thank you for sharing your Puunoa home with us.

Yes, it was a perfect vacation, as we had expected.
Actually, due to an accident happend at the airport in Tokyo earlier the day of our departure,
we had to take alternative flights that took us additional hours to get to Maui. However, all such
efforts paid off when we entered your property!!
We will definitely come back in the near future.

| This was our third stay at PB Estates and we will definitely come back again. Unit 205 is immaculately maintained and the views are spectacular. This is a great property for families. When our kids were younger, Baby Beach was perfect for them. Now as teenagers, they enjoy being on their own and walking into Lahaina for food and shopping. Definitely plan at least one meal by the pool with the great BBQ grills. Thanks, Larry, for allowing us to stay at your place. We will definitely be back to see the new renovations! |

| May 2009, was our third trip to Puunoa Beach Estates. It was our first visit to Condo 205.The remodel was beautifully done and we especially liked the addition of the den. The accommodations were four star and of course the oceanfront view was spectacular. |

| Had a wonderful stay here, with grandma, us, and 4-year old daughter. Beach is lovely, peaceful; saw whales from the balcony on our first day. Easy walking distance to Lahaina. Overall very enjoyable. |

We loved our stay at Puunoa Beach Estates. The condo is beautiful and the beach is wonderful! You cannot bet the view & the sunsets. It is nice because it is within walking distance to the restaurants & the shops in Lahaina
