WELCOME TO OUR LOVELY HOME. WE HAVE JUST PURCHASED THIS PROPERTY AND ARE VERY EXCITED TO SHARE IT WITH YOU. WE LOVE THIS HOUSE FOR MANY REASONS. IT IS SPACIOUS, YET COZY, SO IT IS EASY TO FEEL INSTANTLY "AT HOME". IT'S VERY CLEAN, TASTEFULLY DECORATED,WELL STOCKED AND IS LOCATED IN THE PREMIER NEIGHBORHOOD IN DUCK. OUR GUESTS GET ALL THE AMENITIES OF THIS UPSCALE COMMUNITY. EVEN IN THE EVENT OF A SHOWER OR CLOUDY DAY THERE IS A GREAT GAME ROOM FOR THE KIDS, A NICE GYM, AND A BALMY INDOOR POOL. ALTERNATELY YOU CAN WALK TO TOWN,OR TAKE THE TROLLEY, FOR SOME SHOPPING,AND/OR DINING. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOTH BLUE POINT AND AQUA S FOR EXCELLENT FOOD, GREAT SERVICE, AND AMAZING VIEWS.
ANOTHER OF THE MANY REASONS WE LOVE DUCK, IS ALL THE BEAUTIFUL BIRDLIFE. THE EARLY MORNING HOURS ARE ALIVE WITH THEIR HAPPY SONGS, AND THE BIKE TRAILS MAKE FOR A LIVELY HIKE.THE TRANQUILTY OF NATURE SURROUNDS YOU, FROM WATCHING DOLPHIN JUMP THROUGH THE OCEAN, TO VIEWING THE SPECTACULAR SUNSET OVER THE CURRITUCK SOUND, YOU CAN'T HELP BUT RELAX.
