| This is a great cabin - good views of the mountains - easy to get to and conveniently located in Maggie Valley near many great places to visit and things to do for a family. Everything is like new in the cabin and very well maintained. |

This was the first time that we have ever stayed in a cabin for our vaction. It was everything we ever wanted. We stayed out on the deck most of the time and the kids and my husband really enjoyed the hot tub and the game room. We really felt comfortable and right at home. We will definitely be back. After a very hectic work week that included Friday, we arrived late. What an awesome home we arrived to. The hot tub was a blessing to help unwind and start our vacation. We really enjoyed the game room with our boys. We spent a whole day at Ski Valley snowboarding and had a blast. My retreat was the deck with an awesome view, reading and drinking my coffee. The kitchen was stocked with everthing we needed and then some. Enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace as well. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us. This was a much needed get away. Wow! What an awesome place. With pool, air hockey, foosball, and a lot of land to explore it never got boring. I hope my family will come back next fall for my 16th birthday. We had alot of visitors.."turkey, a screech owl" that landed right on the railing while we were in the hot tub, the cute little squirrel who had to have those seeds and great birds. We visited the water falls and the Parkway during the day and played games at night. We celebrated Aaron's birthday at the Pizzaria which was very good--too much to eat. We had a wonderful time, your home is beautiful and the amenities are great! We had the best view of the "Peak Season" that was late this year. Thank you for letting us rent your home for a long weekend. We have really enjoyed the peace and quiet. My parents and brother also enjoyed it. Maybe the next time we can stay longer. The leaves changed while we were here and it was really beautiful. When we first got here we were wearing shorts, within two days there was sleet and snot. When we pulled up the 1st night we couldn't believe our eyes!. We were just as pleased as we walked in. There isn't a thing I would change. We loved the view from the decks. Just wanted to send a brief note of our stay and how we felt about everything. First of all thank you so much for opening your home to us letting us share the experience. It was so awesone in so many different ways to us. Your home is very beautiful with a lot of scenery. The squirrels were really fun to watch along with the many different birds. The view was spectacular in all the different directions. I was alittle reluctant about getting the place and only seeing the online pictures but to my surprise I had nothing to be worried about. It was much more than I had expected. The house was amazingly clean. The hot tub was wonderful. Thought without air we would be a little warm but we were actually a little chilly at nighttime. Half the time we had the windows closed and didn't even notice. The location was also perfect, not far from Cherokee or other areas such as Bryson City. We also enjoyed Granny's Chicken Palace. In addition, a must for future guest we suggest the Museum Wheels through Time in Maggie Valley; we found it very informative along with quite cool! We went tubing at the deep creek in Bryson City. First time it rained, second time was a charm. The guys all went white water rafting and they enjoyed that as well. I loved it so much I did not want to go home, if it were up to me I would have stayed there forever. Therefore, I almost have the family convinced into moving to the area. So maybe one day in the near future we will. It is so awesome to be so close to Mother Nature and all her glory that our awesome god has created. I hope to do this again and I most definitely recommend it to anyone. Once again thank you for everything and the wonderful memories of a fabulous trip to North Carolina that we will never forget! Thanks for the use of your wonderful cabin! We enjoyed the hot tub, sitting on the porch, watching the birds and just "veggin" out for a week. The weather was ideal for 2 Florida people! We used the bar-b-que several times & the food definately taste better here. We scoured most of the craft shops & I bought all the birdhouses I could take home. Your home was very comfortable & had everything we could need and use. Hopefully, next time we can use the pool table and do more hiking. Thanks again, Judy, Joe & the pups!
