We had an excellent stay at your villa in August 2009 - all 5 of our children loved the swimming pool, the pool table and the basketball game, and we found it an ideal location to explore the Disney parks. Roll on next time !!

| Your vacation villa was precisely what it was advertised to be and exactly what we wanted and needed. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The price was right and the amenities were in great condition. My family and I, especially the children, hated leaving. If our vacation plans bring us to Orlando again, we'd love to stay at your villa. I highly recommend it to anyone that is interested. |

| We have just returned from a fantastic week in your Villa. Having visited Disneyworld before but not stayed in a villa, it was ideal for us and our family that we met up with for the week over there. It was a great base for a week at the 'Disney Parks' and the villa had everything we could possibly have needed. Good to relax after long hot Florida days (and a few showers thrown in) Many thanks. |

| We have recently returned home from our second visit to this villa.We`ve booked again for 3 weeks in 2009 as well!! Lovely 4 Bdrmd villa with private pool.Everything you could possibly want is provided.The kids will love the games room as well.The villa is close to Publix etc for shopping and if you`re doing the theme parks you`ll be lucky to get another villa as close. |

Excellent villa with everything that you need to make your holiday memorable, only problem was we didn't have enough time to enjoy it all.
Very good location, easy to reach all of the attractions and for a little shopping as well. Would definitely recommend this villa - you won't be dissappointed. |

Our views echo those of the previous visitors. The villa was well equiped and there was plenty to do for the whole family particularly if you needed to escape from the hot sun. Our 13 year old son made good use of the basketball and Play station and our 15 year old daughter used the inernet access to email her friends back in England via her laptop.
It was a lovely villa to stay in and we would recommend it to friends and family.

| A big thank you to Jacky and Mike for allowing us to stay in their Villa. We've never stayed in a Villa before always holtels and I think that we have been spoiled. The Villa is fabulous, clean, tidy and enough room for all six of us Mum, Dad, myself, husband and two children Rhys (6) and Amy (2). We've been back a week now and the kids are really missing the pool. We would all love to stay in the Villa again and we would certainly recommend the Villa to friends. |

If y'all want a great vacation in a home instead of a hotel/motel, then y'all have to stay at this villa. It has everything that anyone would need to relax and enjoy ones self.
We have been vacationing in Florida for quite a few years staying in efficiency hotels. After staying at Hillcrest Villa, for a month, we had the best the best time ever and are planning to stay there again next year
Try it y'all won't be disapointed.

| For the first time we rented a vacation home instead of the traditional motel. We were skeptical at first but were pleasantly surprised when we pulled up and seen the beauty and cleanliness of this home. We spent two weeks living at our own pace with only the sounds of birds chirping and the occasional music of the icecream truck down in the Bahama Bay Resort behind the house. This was an incredible experience for us and we will definitly do it again. |

We stayed at this beautiful pool home Aug23-31, 2005. The home was extremely clean and well equipped. The home owner was very attentive in the booking process. My 4 children ages 8,7,3, and 1 all thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent at the villa while we were on holiday. We enjoyed many hours in the pool with our children. Pool alarms ensured that nobody could go outside without our knowing.The children also enjoyed the playstation,games and bikes. We had one of our best Florida vacations ever at this home. We did some sightseeing and it was so nice to come back to this villa at night rather than a hotel! It really was a home away from home! Mike thanks to you and your family for letting us stay in your home and we hope to rent from you again soon!

| My family and I just completed a 2 week stay (7/16/05-7/30/05) at this villa. We were thrilled with the accommodations. My teenage son and daughters had a great time in the gameroom challenging each other to games of pool, darts and basketball. They each had their own room with their own TV which was also a bonus. My son especially appreciated the playstation. We all enjoyed the enclosed pool in the back yard. My kids only complaint was that we did not spend enough time at the house. Our days were spent at Disney, Universal, and Sea World which were only minutes away. The house is completely equipped with everything you could possibly need. My family of 5 made this villa our home for our 7 day vacation. We were there to visit Disney. This villa was very clean and well kept and within minutes to all attractions. This villa also has lots of extras to keep the kids or yourself very busy. We would absolutly stay in this villa again. The best way to describe this villa is PERFECT! The homeowners were very helpful with all the information and questions we needed.

My family and I spent the week of February 12 to 19, 2005 at the villa and found it to be very comfortable,with excellent activities for the children. Another time, I would arrange to have the pool heated, although we were not there to use it that much. Just 2 weeks before going, I fell and broke my leg, and despite a long cast, I was able to manage well as the home had no stairs.

It was a great bargain even with the exchange rate.
The Villa was immaculate and well equipped. No need for anything but groceries.

| We stayed at Mike & Jacky Ogden's villa for 2 weeks in April 04', and have to say it met all our expectations, it was very clean and tidy, well equiped with everything we needed. The neighbourhood of Hillcrest Drive is a great place to come back to at the end of the day or even to stay in all day. The children are safe playing out front, or out back in the pool. This villa is a credit to Mr & Mrs Ogden, and we will definately be going back. |
