My family and I had a wonderful time. We grilled and spent most of our time in the heated pool. We enjoyed fishing even though we didn't catch any fish. We can't wait to come back.

We stayed in your 6 bedroom rental on Pinewood Dr. We treated our workers and their spouses to a vacation....so there were a dozen of us. This home was large enough to house all of us, comfortably, with plenty of bedrooms and restrooms to accomidate us all. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect size and so was the grill on the patio. The porch was screened in, so we did not stress bugs or mosquito's, even in the evening with the lights on. Your house was very well maintained, and very comfortable beds and furnature. Your dishes and glasses were very nice as well. No paper plates here! :o) There was a dish washer too.....so no standing washing dishes on vacation either! We were EXTREMELY pleased. We will stay at a CloseToMickey property again.

I want to thank you for helping make our trip to Disney World the success that it was. The house was everything that you promised in your website. It was much cheaper than hotel rooms for seven people, but it had separate bedrooms for everyone, plenty of bathrooms, cooking facilities and a pool. It was also cleaner than most hotels that we have stayed in. Thanks again and you will hear from us the next time we decide to visit the Magic Kingdom.

| We just completed a wonderful stay at the 4-bedroom Darlington Loop home. What a treat! Our kids enjoyed the pool and home as much as they enjoyed Disney, and it really helped to have a nice, comfortable place to relax and unwind after a day at the parks. We all had the VERY BEST time and the major reason was the house!!! From grandparents to married children to grandchildren, the house was the perfect place for a vacation. All the beds, the toys, the kitchen utensils necessary for us all to co-exist easily.
We also loved the wild life viewed from the deck....what a plus!
We didn't see Royce that much because we didn't need to!!! He did a bang up job! |

We had a great time while we were in Florida
but if we do it again, we will hang out at the house an extra day instead of the parks. Our 4-year
olds highlight was staying at the house playing in the pool which we only had time to do 3 short
times.
In the future I will suggest to friends and families to stay at a home off site instead of the parks.
Thank for yours and Cyndi's help in arranging our stay.

Just returned from a wonderful week in Orlando (Disney and Seaworld) and we only wish we had another week to stay to just enjoy the beautiful house! We spent the week in the 6 bedroom "Kings Estate" and were more than pleased with the accomodations. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures on the website! Royce was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful during our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and of course, the private deck overlooking the lake. We got to see 3 resident alligators in the lake which was very exciting for our boys!
We look forward to visiting again and staying in the "Kings Estate" with our family. Thanks for everything!! |

If you are tempted by the pictures you see online for any of Close to Mickey's Homes in Orlando. GO FOR IT! We had the six bedroom house for a week, and it couldn't have been better. Everything you need from start to finish is there when you check in. Pool toys, pool towels, incredible linens, decor, YOU NAME IT. Royce Andrews was fantastic. He checked with us the entire week and was always friendly and helpful! The distance to Disney and all major attractions is true. We couldn't have been happier!

We had 14 people in our party and the 6 bedroom estate home was perfect. Royce made our stay so enjoyable and when I needed him or Cyndi for something as simple as directions onto the Disney grounds they were there for me. We stayed 8 nights and the ample room and the pool with the hot tub made each long and stressful day a comfort when we came in. The experience was beyond words we will most certainly be back. | We were all pleasantly surpised when we arrived to see the house. The pictures on the WEB didn't do it justice. Since I made all of the arrangements, I was concerned that my choice would turn out to be a dud, but each couple remarked how great the place was. Royce was more than helpful with everything. It was great to have someone nearby to call if somthing was needed. The drive to Disney was no problem, and took us just minutes to get there. We'll definately utilize "Close to Mickey" in the future. |

The 5 bedroom house was spacious enough for two families and offered extras like bikes, rec room and movies to keep all 6 children happy. We even safely made it through hurricane Jeane! The location of the house was very convenient. The Andrews were exceptional and attended to our every need. We can't wait to come back in a few years! |

| We had a wonderful time at the "KING'S ESTATE"! It was the first time all of our family had been together in a year. We had 13 of us living there and had ample room. The home is beautifully furnished and the new pillow top mattresses are absolutely wonderful!! We all slept great after a long day at Universal Studios! It was so nice to have our own private pool and the lake was beautiful to look at every morning. We had a wonderful time and would definitely look at renting from the Andrews again. Royce and Cyndi were very nice and flexible which made our vacation even better. |

| Where do we begin. From our first telephone conversation with Royce we realizied his attention to detail. Then came the e-mail with all the pictures and info. This put our minds at ease and with a tight schedule and short notice we were able to book for the 13th to the 20th of February. We stayed at the 4 bedroom in Bridgewater crossing. This home exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room plus the heated pool and hot tub made for a wonderful mid-winter getaway. As time permits we shall return and once again enjoy this wonderful home. | We had two families staying in the five bedroom home. We found the home to have more than ample room for the kids and adults. The area was so quiet we hardly knew we had neighbors. We were there in Dec. and the weather was cool, however the pool heated up quickly and we forgot the cool weather. Royce and Cynthia were very accomodating and willing to attend to all of our needs. They provided valuable information on places to go and places to avoid. this home is much cheaper than many hotels and much nicer and more spacious. We highly recommend this home and are looking forward to returning. |

| We (2 families) stayed at the 4 bedroom house during the week of thanksgiving 11/03. Upon arrival we were extremely pleased with the appearance of the the home. It was extremely clean, well maintained, and fully equipped. We had all the equipment to prepared a full thanksgiving meal. We were really amazed at the home and the convenient location. The area was very nice and quiet. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and just lounging by the pool. The Andrews were also very attentitive to our reguests and needs. We are already planning a return visit next year. In all it was much better than expected and very affordable. We would recommend it to anyone. |

We stayed at this house in the beginning of October for 8 days and it was absolutely wonderful!!! The house was clean, well-furnished and equipped, had everything we needed. Best of all, Mr. and Mrs. Andrews are wonderful, they tried their best to make sure that we had a perfect stay at the house.
Highly recommend the house. We definitely stay there again next time.
