Where do I begin? Our vacation to Myrtle Beach was fantastic!! 1106 Margate was truly outstanding, just as I knew it would be. The condo was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, exceptionally clean and soooo relaxing. The minute I walked out for the last time I was already missing the "elephant bar" (as we have dubbed it) on the balcony. Everything was just so wonderful. My boys said they felt like "rock stars" staying there! lol
My parents, sister and nieces who came to dinner one night were equally impressed. All 10 of us had a wonderful relaxing dinner listening to one of the great Cd's you had in the player (very nice selection of music by the way) The music on the balcony was a great added touch, and the balcony was amazing....what a view!!
All of the "extras" were so wonderful and appreciated. My daughter and I used the beach chairs every day and when my nieces came they enjoyed the beach buckets and shovels and playthings. When I went shopping the first day I bought all of the usual things I purchase for a condo stay but to my surprise when I got "home" you had already stocked those things. You do think of everything dont you?
Again, thank you so much for use of your lovely beach home. It is by far the best we have ever stayed in. We WILL be back in the future!

| Dear Paula, Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us last week. We absolutely loved it. You pictures do not do justice to the condo. It is beatifully decorated and extremely clean. The deck is very spacious and the outdoor furniture and elephant bar were great. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful place to stay. I would recommend your condo to anyone. My kids loved that you had bocci ball which we played on the beach. You made everything worth while and made our vacation a very memorable one. Thanks also to Gale at the lobby desk. We could not have made a better accomodation choice for our family's spring vacation. Your place was truly as advertised. My wife Bea and our three kids enjoyed every moment in your beautiful home. All that was required was the food shopping. No worries after that. Believe me, your deck was used everyday the entire week...5 o'clock somewhere...I was looking for a place to relax and call home for the week and we found it! The Armony's will most definetly be planning another vacation to North Myrle Beach with a priority being another stay in your home. Thank you for making our stay friendly and rememberable.

Paula's ocean front condo is the best value on the Grand Strand (that comment includes the Marriott Grande Dunes). She includes everything you can think of for a complete vacation so all you have to bring is your fun spirit and your toothbrush.
Her condo is also immaculate which is how we take care of our home. And her balcony is one of the biggest in Margate Towers providing you a great view of the ocean on the 11th floor.
This place is a "keeper"!

We stayed at the Margate the end of May. They owners said they try to make
the condo a place people will want to return to for vacation. They've
definitely done that. The home is lovely, the location is fantastic and
having things like the linens and beach chairs is icing on the cake.
When we vacation in Myrtle Beach again, we'll look to stay in this same condo at the Margate. |

Paula - I just returned from a short trip to your condo with 'the sisters'. I can't tell you how much we enjoyed the trip and you condo is simply stunning! I don't think that during our waking hours we spent more than a few minutes anywhere other than the balcony. Listening to the music and watching the ocean was all we needed.
Thanks for your attention to details and letting us with 'less favorable living conditions' enjoy your home.

Your condo is absolutely fabulous! We cannot believe how beautifully decorated and how comfortable you've made it. We've rented many places in Myrtle Beach over the years, but never stayed in a unit as luxurious as this. We felt like "family" because you left us your personal belongings to use...it certainly made packing much easier thereby making our vacation more relaxing.

| Wow! No matter what your expectations, they will be exceeded by Paula's condo. Location, view, location, decor, location, amenities, location, hospitality, and did I mention location? I could go on for at least the 3000 character limit, but suffice it to say that we will NEVER stay anywhere else on the Strand unless Paula is booked, and even then my next option would be to change my vacation week! I was tempted to post a bad review and not tell my friends about this place just to keep it a secret, but my conscience won LOL. Paula, thanks for a great vacation. |

What can I say but WOW! We returned from a wonderful vacation in your beautiful unit. My family and I are very particular about cleanliness and could not believe the high standard of cleanliness found in the unit. Both you and your cleaning staff are to be highly commended.
The furnishings and unique personal touches were truly outstanding. Walking into the unit and hearing the music play made a memorable impression on us.

We absolutely loved our vacation last week in Myrtle Beach. Your condo is amazing....it is the cleanest vacation condo we have ever stayed in. I commend you and your cleaning staff. The decorating of the condo is wonderful....I love palm trees, so this is the place for me!!! Any guest that is thinking about staying in an ocean front condo, should definitely stay here...you will not find another cleaner, more comfortable condo than Paula's. The view of the ocean is wonderful and I loved sitting on the patio with the stereo on....nice touch.

I almost called you as soon as we got to the condo. I know I saw it last year and fell in love with it but it was so much better than I remember. We had everything that we needed and so much more. We just returned home after enjoying a week in your condo. All I can say is... wow. My daughter-in-law and I are very particular about accommodations when we travel, and your place not only met, but exceeded our expectations. The entire unit was immaculate and tastefully decorated. We spent a stressfree, fun, relaxed week in 1106 (with perfect weather!) I must also mention that the balcony is HUGE and the view of the ocean is spectacular. I can't tell you the number of times I dozed off in the lounge chair just watching the waves and listening to the ocean. Perfection! Last month, my family and I had an outstanding vacation in Myrtle Beach thanks to Paula’s condo and her wonderful hospitality. The moment we entered her unit, we knew we would be in for a fabulous week. Paula has thought of absolutely everything. The size of the unit, view and location are phenomenal! Whether reading a book on the sprawling balcony or walking the expansive beach – this place is paradise. There is something for everyone - the unit is so well equipped – especially for those families with children.
Our only regret is that we did not stay longer – we hope to return again soon.

My family and I rented Paula's condo this
past September and surprised my mom in
honor of her 60th birthday. Paula was a
huge help from the very start and made us
feel like family. She made planning a
surprise vacation, which was no easy feat,
truly enjoyable.
After months of planning and a long drive
from NY, walking into the condo for the first
time was truly like entering paradise! My
husband and I said "Wow!" countless times
as we took in the beautiful, immaculate and
spacious surroundings. We loved everything

| Wow. Where do we even begin?? This place is FABULOUS. From the moment we walked in and heard music (coming from the great cd changer and nice selection of cds!) and saw the gorgeous place, we were thrilled. I told my husband I felt giddy! :) The place is gorgeous! Wonderful decor and such attention to detail. From the little barstools and tv in the kitchen (great for taking a little break while cooking - you can sit on the barstool, stir something and channel surf all at the same time!) to the big comfy bar stools at the bar to the awesome dining room table, the wonderful sectional sofa and the master bed - WOW - everything in this place makes you feel like royalty! :) The decor is wonderful! And the balcony - my GOODNESS it is HUGE and the furniture on it is anything but your standard ourdoor furniture. So comfy with thick padding and extra pillows!! We sat out there under blankets and just awed at the incredible view. We normally eat dinner out at least once or twice but we couldn't tear ourselves away from the gorgeous condo so we stayed in and cooked. It was GREAT!! And Paula - wow - she is truly the 'hostess with the mostess'!! She took wonderful care of us and made the whole experience absolutely perfect. Thank you, Paula!! | Paula's unit is wonderful! It's new, spotlessly clean, and amazingly well stocked with everything you would need, and Paula has done a super job decorating it. You will enjoy your stay. Paula really cares about that and will work with you to make sure everything is just right. Her unit has a very large balcony and it faces right out onto the beach. The Margate tower is the newest in town, it's in a great spot as part of Kingston plantation which is a quiet spot, easy to get to, plenty of convenient parking right at the unit, good security, excellent facilities (pools, beach, etc.). We look forward to returning to Paula's unit. |

| This is by far the nicest place we've stayed in our 12 years of vacationing in Myrtle Beach! Not only is the condo beautifully decorated, immaculate and incredibly well-stocked (you don't need to pack much!), but Paula and Van even showed up to replace a broken iron and provide us with some new magazines and videos! Even the lady and gentleman who came in to clean as we were leaving were so nice; they actually tracked us down in the parking garage to give us a couple of things we'd left behind! | Aside from extending Paula a huge THANK YOU for the magnificent accomodations, I do not even know where to start when describing this beautiful condo. From the moment we entered, my family and I knew we had made a great decision. Paula has truly gone out of her way to make sure that your vacation will be carefree and relaxing as possible. The condo is without a doubt the nicest condo I have ever stayed at. | What a fabulous place at the beach! The condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated when we arrived. The view from the huge covered patio overlooking the ocean was inspiring. And Paula did all the little things to make sure that our stay was hassle-free and very enjoyable. The kitchen is superbly outfitted with all the spices and ingredients that you don't want to have to pack, but that allow you to feel like you are at home. Kingston Plantation is very nice. The fitness center is fantastic, and very busy early in the morning. It would be easy to live here permanently! One of the top vacation rentals we have found. |

I am in love with the "princess and the pea" bed in the master! And the laundry room was so clean and nice! Still can't believe Paula and Van were there to greet us! I've searched far and wide for the best unit at Kingston. We have found it! I want that makeup stool in the master bath too! Hope to see you in May, girlfriend!
