| We stayed here for four days in March 2007. This was a great choice for a family of four - we had plenty of room. We chose not to rent a car until the last day, and when we did, we rented in Cambridge rather than going all the way back to Logan. Everything was convenient - a grocery store and T bus stop right across the street and good restaurants in the neighborhood. I recommend this comfortable flat over a hotel any day. Thanks! |

There were four of us and we stayed over 4 nights at the flat. It was extremely clean, comfortable, airy, and convenient. Everything we needed was right there!! As a long-time traveller, I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the flat and the overall layout. The kitchen was large and was stocked with all of the necessities (pots, pans, dishes, etc.). The bedrooms were spacious enough for everyone and we had plenty of "moving around" room, although we were on the run most of the time, rushing to get ready for this or that (we were there for the Marathon). Theresa has the flat nicely decorated and, when you walk in, you feel comfortable and at home. Having a grocery store directly across the street helped tremendously, as we arrived at midnight and had none of the "breakfast" necessities on hand -- just got up and walked across the street and there they were!! Arlington was so convenient to Boston and the trips back and forth were easily transversed. The town is so centrally located to everything -- Boston, the Revolutionary Trail, etc. I can't say enough about how pleasant and comfortable our stay was. Of the hundreds of condos and hotels I've stayed in in my travels, this ranks right at the top as it was more than we all expected. We expected a decent place and found a jewel! I would certainly recommend this to anyone if you're staying in the Boston area. We rented a vehicle for our travels to and 'fro but transit system is within a block, so it is not a necessity. We even lucked out as, being on the 2nd floor, we had a nice balcony and got to see the Patriot's Day Parade with a front-row view! There is also a very nice deck on the back with a grill, table/chairs, etc. This flat is well worth the price charged, I would say it's underpriced, if anything (don't hold me to that, Theresa!) The area is safe, decent, and again, convenient to everywhere. Millie McHugh

| We're still at the "flat" and having a fabulous stay! We plan on staying here whenever we are back in the area and we will recommend it highly to everyone else heading here. My husband's cousin visited us here one evening and said he would rather stay here than at his mother's home because it is so great! (Except she cooks for him and does his laundry when he visits from California!) The location is fantastic, easy to get everywhere on the T system and not having to drive or park in the city was great. We rented a car as this trip we needed to travel to some outlying suburbs. The parking at the apartment is very easy even though we share the driveway. And also important for us, it is conveniently located near our family that we are here visiting. The grocery store across the street was a truly great convenience as is the laundry facility in the apartment. The floor plan is terrific, the accomodations spacious, the amenities superb and the beds are very comfortable. We are having a great vacation here. Wish we could stay longer! This experience has inspired us to rent this way whenever we travel now. |

Dear Theresa, I wanted to thank you for our very enjoyable stay at your lovely flat. We were very comfortable, and felt very much at home. It was a real pleasure to be able to bring our dog with us on vacation, so we didn't have to worry about leaving her at home.
The convienence to the "T" was incredible. It was our first experience with public transportation, and by the end of the week we were "old pros." We did not luck out on the weather though, and got rained out of our Red Sox game at Fenway. Other than that we did see quite a bit of Boston, Salem and even Cape Cod one day. I have a niece, as well as quite a few friends whose children are going to be attending colleges in Boston next year, and have already been passing around the word, and the website at cyberentals, with your flat's info. Again, we had a great time, and thank you very much for sharing your lovely apartment with us. Only best regards, Sherri, Phil, Nick, Jake & Lily Caramico Hawthorne, NJ (stay 4/23 - 4/30/05) |

We had a wonderful week in Arlington. It is a well appointed apartment with all conveniences and our hosts were most helpful. Arlington is a great location to visit Newport,Cape Cod, Boston, Concord and Lexington. Being on the Bus line was great for trips into Boston. We would recommend highly Louise Patterson |
