| Valerie's home is as advertised! Very charming, relaxing and inviting. We loved cooking in the state of the art kitchen, and then dining on the front deck, enjoying the breeze, sunshine and beautiful ocean view! The back gardens are so tranquil, perfect for reading and sipping coffee or tea. We had two romantic nights alone, and then our children joined us and they did not want to leave either. Only five minutes from Stearns Wharf, but far enough away to not be in the "tourist" chaos. We will look forward to another stay, and please say "hi" to Flippy. |

| This place was great! My family stayed there for my mom's 60th birthday and we were all very excited when we saw the home. It's a beautiful home 2 minutes from the beach with a great patio with ocean views for bar-b-qing, a beautiful upgraded kitchen, a hammock in the back yard, and wonderful art throughout. I highly recommend it. |

We had a wonderful stay! The weather was PERFECT and we so enjoyed your beautiful home. Reminded us so much of France of course and it was fun discovering a new piece of artwork you have displayed so stylish everywhere that we hadn’t noticed the day before.
We LOVED your front patio and cool breezes and Summerland beach. Your gardener on Friday brought us some fresh peaches from your tree (your gardens are very pretty, both front and back).
We'll recommend your home to friends and family. Again, many thanks for ALL your help with our questions and helping us to get “comfy” in our new vacation home. Stay in touch and we look forward to visiting Summerland and staying in your home in the very near future.

We had a wonderful time! The house and property is so beautiful, we felt right at home. We loved the character of the place with all of the unique paintings, figures, art and the lovely landscaping.
We enjoyed sitting out on the deck looking out to the ocean.
You are right, we didn't want to leave! If ever we're in need of a place to stay in Santa Barbara/Summerland we'll be sure to check with you first.

| What a beautiful and warm home! We spent every evening on the deck with the beautiful view, grilling, drinking wine, talking, laughing. The garden in the back is lovely, what a great place to lie in the hammock, read or nap. What a place to renew your spirit and forget about stress! We will definitely return. House was more than omfortable for the 6 of us (3 couples), oh and we loved Flippy, she was a great hostess. |

What a great place to visit in the Santa Barbara area.. Summerland Just outside Santa Barbara was such a treat. You have to understand.. Had to fly to Santa Barbara for a week get away and when I explained my situation to the owner she was so pleasant and accommodating she worked so much around my schedule. My wife and got away for a week, which is just what we needed. The views are wonderful and there were so many things to do in the area. The house was impeccable and so quaint. The kitchen made it so nice we met some people and even invited them over for dinner. My wife felt right at home. She love the decor and said it looked like something she would have done herself. The people are so nice when you come here they are so willing to help out. What a treat our week was in Summerland CA. We will be back again and again thanks to our stay in Santa Barbara's Summerland.

This was the best place for my family and I to stay
in preparation for my wedding in August. It was
spacious and so relaxing. The large kitchen was
ideal in preparing our wedding flowers, the views
were breathtaking, we were able to entertain some
visiting friends with a delightful BBQ, and had many
breathtaking prewedding shots in the backyard
canopy. The owner and family were kind and
gracious. They evenmailed out a forgotten retainer.
We now look forwarded to making family trips to
the Santa Barbara area because of our experience. |

| Without a doubt this is the most charming home I have ever rented. Well equipped, clean, tasteful, and relaxed. Great ocean views, peaceful, we loved it and can't wait to return. The graciosu owner left us some homemade cookies which were fabulous and made us feel extra welcome. |
