| Dear Kathi, Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful villa over the July 4th weekend. Everything about it was perfect, from the spectacular 2 story foyer, lovely home furnishings, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, peaceful lanai with exceptional views, and immaculate cleaniness, to the fabulous Waikoloa location and sunny, calm weather we had for our amazing dolphin boat swim. | We had a lovely stay at Kathi's unit. All you need to bring is food only. The owner had stocked a lot of beach activities and equipments for guest to use use, plus tons of beach towels. The kitchen is stocked with everything if you wish to cook. This unit floor plan is well layout. It will be our top choice to stay when we return. The golf discount is a big plus. |

| Thank you for the wonderful accommodations for our stay in Kona!! We really enjoyed your condo and would stay again in a heartbeat. We appreciate the extra baby items and beach toys you provided. The condo is gorgeous inside, priced great and with the AWESOME GOLF DISCOUNTS it is one of the best in the neighborhood. |

Dear Kathi & Phil, We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. The only problem we had was we had to leave and come home. As advertised your unit lacks nothing and was very clean and comfortable. I will recommend you to our friends. Thanks for the equipment you supplied, and especially your golf membership which saved us a substantial amount at both courses. As we visit the big island yearly,I'll contact you in the future.

We can't rave about your place enough. It was so immaculate and inviting from the moment we walked in until the moment we had to leave (7 days later). We took full advantage of everything offered as well, including the snorkel gear, the boogie boards, the beach chairs and mats, the tennis rackets, and the well-stocked supplies. We really didn't need to bring anything but ourselves and our clothes! Thank you for being so accommodating and wonderful to deal with. We would highly recommend your place to anyone inquiring. Too bad it's so far away from where we live on the East coast or we would be back in a heartbeat! We had a fabulous time. |

| The second time around was even better than the first. Last November we stayed for 5 days and this November we stayed for a week. We won't ever stay for any less again! Since we already knew what great accomodations to expect we felt at home the minute we walked through the door. Thanks for having such a great place, we'll be back. |

Kathi: We are just back from Kona today (10/01) and wanted to thank you very much for having such a great place. I hope that we left everything in proper order. Please let me know if there were any problems or if we may not have understood the rules fully. Our friends arrived one day early, so they stayed with us for the last night. They liked it so much that they and we have decided to stay at your place in the future, rather than at Waikoloa Shores, if you will have us. The Shores is now very old, and there are no kitchen tools or cookware there anymore; the place was not clean at all. Very disappointing. We had stayed there many times over the past years, but there must be new owners or managers. Regards, Richard Honour

We had a great time! The layout was perfect; we had friends that were on vacation as well over for cookouts several times. All of the water toys are in great condition. The two bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean and private. You will not regret staying here!

What a wonderful experience we have enjoyed in your beautiful condo. We have been coming to Hawaii for 30 years and have stayed in many beautiful places and we would place your right on top. It seemed like everything we needed was here including a well stocked kitchen. Aloha!The experiances we shared during this past week has definately surpassed even our highest expectations! Thank you very much for giving us the opportunity to sepend our holidays in your lovely home. Our eldest daughter met us halfway from Toronto, and tomorrow all four of us will be returning home to Tokyo, Japan. We felt so comfortable and relaxed: the interior decor is absolutly breathtaking and we couldn"t have asked for a better location. We feel very lucky to be able to take home some of our fondest memories yet!

Your place is absolutely beautiful. It looks like a model home! Mark especially loved the leather chair and coffee table. Our afternoons were spent on the lanai for happy hour. The barbeque facilities came in handy. Everything was perfect, loved the pool, hot tub and snorkleing at "A-BAY"...(thank you so much for the use of the snorkel equiptment.) Wish we could have stayed longer... we will be back!
