| This house is absolutely beautiful. We used this house during the Martin Luther King Holiday weekend. The location was great, and the surrounding area was beautiful. The backyard, is lovely for a game of football in the snow or lounging in the spa. The house is warm and cosy. It is truly, the home a way from home. |

We stayed at this lovely home in December, but there wasn't a geustbook available at that time. We had a terrific time, the house is in excellent design and was the perfect size for our larger group (5 adults, one 4 y.o. and one 1 y.o.). It is nicely decorated, with very easy access to all S. Lake Tahoe attractions. With the small children, we spent a wonderful day in the national forest sledding just 200 yards up the road (although we brought our sled, there were several already in the garage). The hot tub was a wonderful addition, very relaxing after pulling kids on sleds all day!
The rental was extremely easy and the owners amazingly responsive, even to our questions after arrival.
(another note to those with small children: the staircase is not entirely baby-proof. Bring a gate and move the sofa back to block access to the railing).
We really had a terrific experience, excellent location, everything was spotless, the kitchen appropriately equipped, and the owners very helpful. What more could you ask for?!
If you are thinking about renting a place in the South Lake Tahoe area, I would highly recommend this one. |

| What a great location!!! We have rented several different houses over the last few years and this one was our favorite. It is nice inside and out, plus the hot tub was great. |

This is a great house in a great location. The hot

| This house is truly in a convenient location that is close to everything (Heavenly ski resort, casinos, lake, shopping, etc). House is perfect size and has everything you need down to the hot tub! |
